Abstract
This paper investigates the design and implementation of a distributed storage system leveraging quantum error correction (QEC) techniques. Traditional distributed storage systems face significant challenges in maintaining data integrity when confronted with high error rates, particularly in environments susceptible to quantum noise. This research proposes a system architecture that encodes data into quantum states and employs QEC codes to provide robust error correction, thereby achieving high fault tolerance. The core claim is the utilization of QEC to realize a high-tolerance distributed storage system. The core mechanism involves encoding data into quantum states and utilizing quantum error correction codes for error protection, enabling reliable storage and transmission. The novelty lies in addressing the reliability issues inherent in conventional distributed storage systems within error-prone conditions. This work outlines the fundamental principles, key components, and potential challenges associated with such a system, offering a pathway toward resilient quantum data storage.
