Quantum computing is fundamentally changing our approach to cybersecurity and cryptography cryptography . New types of computation opportunities and approaches are introduced by quantum computation which is discussed in this paper as well as the shift towards quantum secure security models including encryption for critical infrastructure and cloud systems. The holism of how quantum computing quantum computing affects quantum resistant infrastructures is assessed from the application level down to the hardware level. The paper is devoted to describing the measures that have to be taken, in the quantum tech age, to counter threats and disaster scenarios related to quantum technologies quantum technologies . The study raises concerns about the lack of well thought out and coordinated approaches to building reliable and quantum-safe systems. A detailed defense strategy does not only offer a solution for handling cyber threats cyber threats that emanate from the installation of quantum technologies but also offers the relevant stakeholders how to guide the management of the infrastructure and formulation of policies.

Quantum-safe: Cybersecurity in the age of Quantum-Powered AI

Bibhu Dash, Sameeh Ullah

There is a lot of talk about how the cyber world will change and perceive itself as quantum computing takes center stage in the computing industry in a decade. While some are enthusiastic about the advancement of quantum technology, others remain skeptical about its application in cyberspace. But there is no doubt the interaction of artificial intelligence (AI) and quantum computing offers cybersecurity both tremendous benefits and difficulties as we navigate the digital terrain. This article explores the complex interrelationship between these two state-of-the-art technologies and how it affects information system security. In this article, we look at the possible risks that the fusion of AI and quantum computing could bring, as well as the creative ways that experts are attempting to strengthen our cyber protections, current research and future directions.
