Abstract

This paper presents the formal definition of distributed cryptography based on the notion of distributed characteristics of space and time, and also defines algorithm group and correlation of algorithm that describes the relationship of algorithms of space and algorithm of time. Then, based on the idea of distributed characteristics of space and time, this paper establishes a model of distributed transmission. The model gives a new method to solve security transmission of space information.

QUANTUM CRYPTOGRAPHY: PRINCIPLES, PROBLEMS, AND PROSPECTS

Ілля Геннадійович Калюжний

Quantum cryptography is a relatively new but promising method for secure data transmission. Today it is believed that it can ensure the absolute secrecy of data, resulting from the principles of quantum physics, on which it is based, namely the uncertainty principle of quantum Heisenberg. According to this principle cannot measure any aspect of photons without distorting thus irrevocably different option. That is the recipient of a message knows when attempting invasion in this necessarily knows. To create a quantum communication channel often use fiber optic lines or open space in which carriers serve single photons or pairs of entangled photons are often used.Three tasks facing cryptography are:1. Ensuring the confidentiality of messages sent via open communication channels.2. Authentication messages that confirm the validity of the information received and sent.3. Installing intrusion in fact, if it took place.Given the importance of information security, quantum cryptography technology will soon be available not only banks or large corporations but also individuals. Leading IT companies are in search of optimum circuit solutions that would produce industrial equipment for the transmission of confidential information available for mass use. The main obstacles for implementation of quantum cryptography methods are short distances, which can transmit information with modern facilities, high cost and cumbersome equipment. To solve these problems prompted the idea of creating a hybrid air-fiber system using satellite communications is proposed. The use of artificial satellites for the transmission of photons through the air opens the possibility of secret key clients in any part of the Earth and even beyond. It is also appropriate to review the possibility of using existing telecommunication and electrical networks for the transmission of quantum keys. The ideas p presented in the paper, open new space for scientific experiments.

Quantum Information in Space and Time

Igor Vasil'evich Volovich

Many important results in modern quantum information theory have been obtained for an idealized situation when the spacetime dependence of quantum phenomena is neglected. However the transmission and processing of (quantum) information is a physical process in spacetime. Therefore such basic notions in quantum information theory as the notions of composite systems, entangled states and the channel should be formulated in space and time. We emphasize the importance of the investigation of quantum information in space and time. Entangled states in space and time are considered. A modification of Bell`s equation which includes the spacetime variables is suggested. A general relation between quantum theory and theory of classical stochastic processes is proposed. It expresses the condition of local realism in the form of a {\it noncommutative spectral theorem}. Applications of this relation to the security of quantum key distribution in quantum cryptography are considered.

Review of Security Methods Based on Classical Cryptography and Quantum Cryptography

Shalini Subramani, M. Selvi, A. Kannan +1 more

Classical cryptography is the process of hiding information and it manages the secret knowledge by encrypting the plain text message through the translation of it to an unintelligible message. Quantum cryptography is also hiding the plain text through encryption and it works based on the law of quantum physics for providing absolute security of data communication. It uses the idea of quantum mechanics to gadget a cryptographic system and the key problems are solved by intrusion detection including the Eavesdropping detection using quantum expertise. On the contrary, principles of secured communication protocol systems are demonstrated with classical quantum cryptography where the keys are distributed securely and are applied in quantum key distribution as well. In this paper, we provide a survey of works on classical cryptography and quantum cryptography and compare them with respect to time, security level and the classification of the data. Moreover, we perform a concise analysis of perspective classical cryptography and the conception of Quantum cryptography with various protocols and highlight the benefits of classical cryptography and Quantum cryptography in different applications. Finally, we provide a set of recommendations for selecting the suitable encryption model for securing the communication.

Čisar, Petar

Quantum cryptography is a relatively new area of computer security that deals with providing secure communication between the sender and recipient of information, using quantum-mechanical approach. It represents the vision of overcoming the classical methods of cryptography: asymmetric and symmetric algorithms, which have been used for several decades. It involves the establishment of a quantum channel between the participants, in which the transmission of information is realized using photons. The base of the quantum cryptography is formed by appropriate protocols that define the algorithm and method of exchanging and interpreting information. This type of security mechanisms has its undeniable theoretical advantages, but there are a number of problems related to the practical realization. The paper presents an overview of the general quantum principles and their characteristics underlying this form of cryptography and highlights the current advantages and disadvantages of quantum distribution security key.

Cryptography is important part of a security plan system. So, if we have a secure cryptography in a system, we have an opportunely to have a secure system and make a system by stability of 99.9% on the network. In this paper we will review the Quantum Cryptography as base model in our idea and after that we'll extend it for use on the network for distributed machine. Therefore we will show that cluster of machine which use distributed quantum machine, how it works base on our idea and how we can have a secure machine.
