Abstract

In this work we investigate the problem of secretly broadcasting five qubit entangled state between three different partners We implement the protocol described in ref [16] on three particle W-state shared by three distant partners Alice,Bob and Charlie. The problem is interesting in the sense it is the first attempt to broadcast five qubit entangled state between three parties.

SECRET BROADCASTING OF W-TYPE STATE

Indranil Chakrabarty

In this work we describe a protocol by which one can secretly broadcast W-type state among three distant partners. This work is interesting in the sense that we introduce a new kind of local cloning operation to generate two mixed three qubit entangled states between these partners from a W-type state initially shared by them.

Broadcasting of three-qubit entanglement via local copying and entanglement swapping

Satyabrata Adhikari, Binayak Samadder Choudhury

In this work, we investigate the problem of a secretly broadcasting of a three-qubit entangled state between two distant partners. The interesting feature of this problem is that starting from two-particle entangle states shared between two distant partners we find that the action of a local cloner on the qubits and the measurement on the machine state vector generates three-qubit entanglement between them. The broadcasting of entanglement is made secret by sending the measurement result secretly using cryptographic scheme based on orthogonal states. Further we show that this idea can be extended to generate three-particle entangled states between three distant partners.

Joint remote state preparation

Nguyen Ba An, Jaewan Kim

Alice, Bob and Charlie are three remote parties. Alice and Bob share the classical knowledge of a secret qubit state. We consider the following question: 'how can Alice and Bob jointly prepare the qubit state for Charlie?' Two different protocols are proposed for such a joint remote state preparation. The first protocol uses a single GHZ state while the second one uses a pair of EPR states as the quantum channel whose entanglement is not necessarily maximal.

Quantum Information Splitting of a Single-Qubit State via Genuine Four-Qubit Entangled States

Hong Wei-ning

We present a quantum information splitting(QIS) protocol by using four-particle entangled states in which quantum Alice shares a secret key with three classical parties,Bob,Charlie and David.None of them can acquire the secret unless they mutuallg collaborate and each receiver has the same authority for getting the sender′s secret. The receivers have the same probability to get the original secret and the probability is 1.

Quantum Secret Sharing with N-Particle Entangled State

Yan Feng-Li

In order to construct quantum secret sharing protocols among many parts,a N-particle entangled state that has a large persistency of entanglement is introduced, and a quantum secret sharing protocol between one party and(N-1)parties is presented using the proposed entangled state.During constructing secret sharing,Alice chooses randomly unitary operation I or σx for the sent particles, and chooses a part of the particles to check the safeness of channel;then Alice chooses another part of the particles to check the honesty of partners and the safeness of channel by the operations of(N-1)parties.The protocol carries on examination to the eavesdropper for many times,so that it can insure the safeness of channel and the usability of the secret strings. Finally, there are n[1-(N-1)/2 N-1]/6 sharing secret bits among Alice and(N-1)parties.

SEMIQUANTUM SECRET SHARING USING TWO-PARTICLE ENTANGLED STATE

Jian Wang, Sheng Zhang, Quan Zhang +1 more

We present a semiquantum secret sharing protocol by using two-particle entangled states in which quantum Alice shares a secret key with two classical parties, Bob and Charlie. Classical Bob and Charlie are restricted to measuring, preparing a particle in the computational basis, or reflecting the particles. None of them can acquire the secret unless they collaborate. We also show the protocol is secure against eavesdropping.
