@rryoung98 @pranetksharma some questions about QPUs:

IQM Garnet is currently down, will it be back online before the competition deadline?
Do we need to get an IonQ API key to run the IonQ devices with QBraid? Will billing be deducted from the IonQ account or QBraid credits?
