Abstract

A phase-sensitive finite quantum effect is not, by itself, an identified coherent recoupling mechanism. This pre-result paper studies the additional mathematical and experimental structure required to pass from an operational phase-sensitive distinction to a prospectively identifiable ordinary-SU(2) recoupling reference class.Beginning from a frozen N=4 experiment whose physical mechanism remained underdetermined, we establish an endpoint-rephasing obstruction for isolated two-channel tomography and motivate an N=6 multipath architecture. An earlier prospectively frozen scalar discriminator, DESIGN_V2, is shown to be exact but non-identifying: its zero set contains large ambient model families, and a second proposed gate is structurally inconsistent with the intended reference class.DESIGN_V3 replaces scalar signatures with a complete 128-coordinate algebraic fingerprint. Ten fixed coordinates reconstruct ten visible quadratic monomials, and on the sufficient chart c3 ≠ 0 the five reference coefficients are generically identifiable modulo the global second-order sign. The remaining 118 deterministic predictions decompose into 82 generic apparatus identities and 36 reference-specific constraints relative to the broad real-symmetric ambient class. Comparator discrimination is exact and stratified: the range-at-most-two comparator class C2 is excluded across the full frozen chart, while the broader C1 class has an exact collision stratum at c1 = c5 = 0.The native N=6 target was not executed for this manuscript. The theory, observable map, reconstruction rule, comparator semantics, collision strata, and inferential ceiling were frozen before any native outcome was opened. The strongest supported interpretation is therefore effective reference-fingerprint compatibility under a future governed test. Microscopic membership, a physical Racah transformation, a physical F-move, and quantum-gravitational interpretations are not established.Version 1.1. Released 15 September 2026.

From Finite Relational Structure to Qubit Operational Form

Mark Whitlock

Paper 3 of 11 — A General Theory of Answerability The eleven-paper TUS OS mathematical research programme Abstract This paper develops an exact finite local-to-global analysis of the six-dimensional Hamming-cube foundation Atlas underlying the TUS OS construction. Every admissible completed foundation carries the same exact local qubit prepare–measure representation, while the complete repeated-common-effect Atlas has exact minimum complex Hilbert dimension four. The paper classifies the full ambient family of completed four-state foundations in the six-dimensional Hamming cube. Every foundation is uniquely an affine coset associated with a perfect matching of the six coordinates. There are exactly 240 unordered foundations and 5,760 ordered codebooks. Every foundation induces the same exact 27-class tetrahedral-SIC qubit operational quotient, with carrier-fibre profile 1⁸, 2¹², 4⁶, 8¹ and the corresponding Bloch-radius structure of eight pure states, twelve states of radius √(2/3), six states of radius 1/√3, and one maximally mixed state. Each ambient chart reduces losslessly to a signed perfect matching. The chart-coloured union of two matchings obeys an exact component-parity collision law, yielding the complete seven-value image spectrum over all 28,680 ambient foundation pairs. Exactly 10,800 pairs jointly reconstruct the full 64-state carrier, giving an ambient mathematical chart-cover number of two. The frozen TUS selector defines a canonical subatlas of 36 distinct foundations and 64 anchor-indexed chart instances across nine matching classes. Its selected-foundation reconstruction graph is bipartite and eight-regular with 144 edges, while selector multiplicity yields exactly 400 reconstructing pairs among the 2,016 canonical chart-instance pairs. Only this canonical subatlas inherits the native LANDING and GUIDANCE structure. At the sequential level, all 384 active map/chart descent tests fail: no active LANDING map descends to a state-only transformation on a fixed 27-class local chart quotient. Under the complete principal future language, every canonical chart refines to all 64 deterministic predictive states, with maximum separating depth two. The subordinate GUIDANCE witness is also classified: its endpoint map has image size 34, eight two-cycle attractors and maximum transient depth five, while the additional GUIDANCE-selected chart raises principal path reconstruction from 138/192 contexts to 169/192. The paper then establishes the exact global static common-effect Hilbert dimension. Although every individual foundation admits an exact qubit representation, no unrestricted qutrit state/common-effect family can reproduce all 4,096 Atlas probabilities while simultaneously satisfying all 240 overlapping foundation POVM identities. Together with an explicit chart-independent dimension-four construction, this proves d_q^atlas = 4 for the complete static Atlas. The attaining construction uses two declared qubit sectors; unrestricted uniqueness or rigidity of minimum representations is not claimed. The result therefore exhibits a precise local-to-global separation: exact qubit prepare–measure form exists on every individual foundation, but an exact chart-independent repeated-common-effect representation of the complete Atlas requires complex Hilbert dimension four, while the complete deterministic future language preserves all 64 predictive identities. Local operational state, global relational state and deterministic predictive state are consequently distinct mathematical structures. The paper explicitly keeps these distinct from the still-unresolved whole-position process state. The scope boundary is explicit. The paper does not establish a physical quantum carrier, operational access to all 240 ambient foundations, LANDING as a quantum channel, GUIDANCE as a quantum observable, endpoint channel or instrument, contextuality, nonlocality, quantum advantage, unrestricted rigidity of minimum representations, or whole-position process synthesis. Its conclusions are exact at the static Atlas, canonical-chart and deterministic predictive scopes defined in the manuscript. Supporting General Theory Programme This paper is Paper 3 in the TUS OS quantum-operational and Answerability research programme. It extends the results of Papers 1–2 from the canonical local geometry and exact qubit prepare–measure behaviour to the complete finite relational Atlas. It classifies the full family of admissible foundations, proves that every local chart carries the same exact 27-class qubit operational quotient, identifies the canonical TUS subatlas, and shows that the complete native future language refines those local quotients back to all 64 deterministic predictive states. Its principal global result is that the complete common-effect Atlas has exact minimum quantum dimension d=4, while remaining distinct from the larger 64-state predictive structure and from later process-level dynamics. The paper also classifies the subordinate GUIDANCE witness and its finite reconstruction contribution without promoting it into a channel or instrument. The wider programme then develops complete-future and process closure in Paper 4, the Anchored Analog Quantum System framework in Paper 5, contract-relative resource and operational-observability theory in Papers 6–7, generic Answerability theory in Papers 8–9, complete TUS OS formal and executable realisation in Paper 10, and culminates in Paper 11 with A General Theory of Answerability. Every completed foundation has the same 27-class qubit operational quotient; pair relations between charts provide exact carrier-reconstruction structure; the complete repeated-common-effect static Atlas has exact minimum complex Hilbert dimension 4; and the frozen complete principal future language has deterministic predictive-state minimum 64. The dimension-4 result is a static representation theorem and does not by itself supply common quantum process dynamics. BC-IDPR P1: Preregistered Directional Phase Locking in a Frozen Finite Quantum 6j Recoupling Atlas

Alex Malachevsky

We report the confirmatory stage of a finite, preregistered test of phase-resolved response ina two-channel quantum 6j recoupling model. The upstream construction fixes a regular localq-deformation coordinate, an explicit finite carrier atlas, and analytic recoupling observables.A disjoint calibration stage selected the integer q-curvature mode m = 5 against a matchednoninteger control frequency 9.5. Before any confirmatory family was evaluated, the protocolfroze eight previously unused external-label families, all 106 ordered carriers belonging tothem, a 1101-point deformation grid, a cubic baseline projection, an anchored complex-columnprimary observable, a signed-angular-speed replication observable, exact decision thresholds, and a one-run stop rule. The primary endpoint was positive in all eight families. The median family energy advantage was 0.12716387712459315, compared with the preregistered threshold 0.02; the exact onesided family sign-test value was 1/256 = 0.00390625. The primary family phases were stronglyconcentrated, with R1 = 0.9967284980027259 and R2 = 0.9869553189520441. The frozendecision rule therefore assigned the protocol outcome A_UNIVERSAL_PHASE_LOCK. The replication observable also gave eight positive families, median advantage 0.09240553845217536,and R1 = R2 = 1. It did not participate in outcome assignment. Numerical audits found nohard failure, nonfinite value, residual degeneracy, undefined phase, or anchor-sign failure; thelargest reported orthogonality and evaluator discrepancies were of order 10−15.The controlled conclusion is deliberately narrow: on the frozen finite atlas, at the frozenmode/control pair and under the declared observation protocol, the primary residual phasesexhibit preregistered directional concentration together with positive predictor-over-controlenergy advantage. The result is local in the deformation coordinate and finite in labels. It isnot a theorem for all SU(2)k data, not a pentagon, braiding, or modular-coherence statement, not global gluing, not a large-label or continuum limit, and not evidence of physical timeoscillations, dynamics, mass, matter, or gravity.

No physical pentagon: an interface-relative obstruction to Racah–Regge dynamics in a finite relational record model

Tobias Croydon-McRae

Discrete approaches to quantum geometry take the 6j symbol as a dynamical object: in the Ponzano-Regge state sum the 2-3 Pachner move is the Biedenharn-Elliott identity read as a coherent sum over an internal edge label. We ask whether a finite relational record model — a spin-1/2 chain in its total-spin-zero sector, with gating registers that select which adjacent bonds are active, and with an explicitly declared operational interface — realises recoupling in that dynamical sense. The answer is negative, and the obstruction is structural rather than quantitative. We show: (i) every operational datum of the declared interface reduces to a trace of a word in Temperley-Lieb generators at loop value 2, and is reproduced identically by realisations carrying no SU(2) at all, so the data are not evidence of SU(2) recoupling specifically; (ii) in any quantum system an amplitude proportional to a recoupling coefficient forces the dynamics to commute with one of the two coupling schemes, so the transition kernel is independent of the dynamics; (iii) within a register configuration the declared dynamics acts as the identity on the coarse intertwiners, so recoupling data are never dynamically sampled; and (iv) on all three readings of "a recoupling move as a process" — passive, active relabelling, and selected dissipative — physical composition fails to realise the pentagon, while the abstract Biedenharn-Elliott identity holds exactly, as it does in every SU(2) system. The one internal-label sum the model does select is incoherent, weighted by ballot multiplicities rather than (2x+1), and signless: the wrong object on three independent counts. The pentagon numerics rest on three independent implementations sharing no code, which agree exactly; the compatible-intermediate criterion separates all six two-move compositions correctly, four giving exactly zero and two giving 47/216 and 245/324. We state the scope precisely. Every result is relative to the declared interface fixed in Section 2. This is not a general no-go for finite relational record dynamics, and it establishes nothing about quantum gravity positively or negatively. The mathematics used — Racah and Wigner recoupling, the Biedenharn-Elliott identity, Schur-Weyl duality, Wedderburn theory — is standard and is not claimed. The contribution is the identification of which structures fail, and why, for this class of models.

Preregistered Evaluation of an Upstream Conditioning Architecture in Quantum Error Correction

Cody Robert Gleason

This preregistration describes a confirmatory study of an upstream conditioning architecture in a quantum error-correction workflow. The project’s purpose is to test whether an intervention applied prior to the primary decoder produces a real and reproducible decoder-relevant effect, remains compatible with more than one downstream decoder family, generates a measurable exposed-observable statistical footprint, and improves or preserves performance across a preregistered regime rather than only at a single operating point. The study is intentionally limited to architecture-level evaluation, with the public claim set confined to exposed observables, frozen transformations, preregistered statistical tests, explicit negative controls, and bounded interpretation rules. The confirmatory design is organized around five preregistered tests: category existence, decoder compatibility, structural footprint, observable statistical signature, and regime robustness. Across these tests, the central comparison is between a baseline control pipeline and a conditioned pipeline in which the upstream intervention is applied while all non-conditioning settings are held fixed. The study uses frozen observables and frozen execution rules, including matched seeds, shot counts, code distances, physical error rates, geometry, and baseline decoder settings, so that any supported effect can be interpreted as evidence about the architecture under test rather than as a byproduct of post hoc tuning. To preserve a clean-room boundary, the registration restricts primary analysis to exposed, decoder-facing quantities only. These include logical failure, an exposed defect-count summary, and an exposed decoder-difficulty proxy, along with a locked scalar error-load construction derived from control-only standardization. The study does not rely on decoder-internal state variables, hidden confidence traces, or implementation-specific internal diagnostics in its primary confirmatory analyses. This structure is intended to let readers evaluate whether the architecture leaves a reproducible footprint in decoder-facing behavior without disclosing reconstruction-level mechanism details. Expected outcomes are defined in confirmatory rather than speculative terms. If the preregistered hypotheses are supported, the study is expected to provide evidence that an upstream conditioning intervention exists as a real architectural category in QEC, acts before the primary decoder, is compatible with downstream decoding, changes decoder-relevant exposed structure, and produces a reproducible observable statistical footprint in logical-failure behavior. If support is absent, mixed, or null, those outcomes will still be recorded under the frozen rules without rescue through post hoc metric changes, reweighting, or reinterpretation. In either case, the expected result of the registration is a bounded, auditable public record of whether this architecture class shows reproducible category-level behavior under a preregistered confirmatory design. The preregistration is not intended to establish a unique mechanism identity, identify a privileged implementation, disclose implementation-specific reconstruction details, or support claims about exact targeting logic, suppression laws, subset-sizing logic, telemetry-governed control, or broader cross-domain theory narratives. Public-facing interpretation is therefore intentionally limited to category validation and exposed-observable behavior. This is meant to support rigorous public evaluation while preserving strict clean-room limits around protected implementation detail.

VSQT-OT III: Finite-Dimensional and Stratified Sector-Metric Compatible Dynamics Moving Positive Sectors, Fixed-Hilbert Reduction, and Relative Recovery Indicators

Hoang Duy Nguyen

This paper develops the deterministic finite-dimensional dynamical layer of Variable-Signature Quantum Theory and Obstruction Theory. The regular finite-dimensional theoryis deliberately conservative: it does not produce a new local Schrödinger law. Its main roleis to calibrate VSQT-OT by proving fixed-Hilbert recoverability on regular intervals and byisolating nontriviality into typed admissibility, comparison, global, or transition constraints.Along a regular path t 7 → θ(t) inside a fixed-rank positive stratum, the physical Hilbert spaceis the moving sectorEt = PtK, Ht = (Et, ⟨·, ·⟩t),where the restricted sector metric gt induced by an ambient representativê Gt is positive. The paper defines sector-metric compatible connections, sector Schrödinger equations, sector-unitary propagators, covariant von Neumann dynamics, and transported state/effect/POVMcalculus. Its main results show that compatible dynamics preserves sector membership, sectornorm, density states, effects, POVMs, and Born probabilities in transported or Heisenbergform. It also proves that every regular finite-dimensional interval satisfying the standing C1hypotheses admits a C1 fixed-Hilbert reduction. In any such reduction,Dt = St∇tS−1t = ∂t + Γt, Γ†t = −Γt,and the effective Hamiltonian is˜Ht = SthtS−1t − iΓt.Thus regular pathwise finite-dimensional dynamics over intervals is mathematically fixed-Hilbert ordinary at the intrinsic dynamical level, relative to the unrestricted admissibletrivialization class and the full finite-dimensional time-dependent Hermitian Hamiltoniancomparison class. Nontriviality can be claimed only after declaring admissibility, comparison-class, global, or transition constraints

Boundary Compensation Закрытие программы и атлас ветвей От спектральной чувствительности к сертифицированной архитектуре данных конечного разрешения

Alex Malachevsky

Boundary Compensation began as a minimal spectral-boundary model in which protected zero and near-zero modes amplify the logarithmic sensitivity of a small compensation gap. During its development, the programme shifted its centre of gravityfrom one physically motivated formula to a general finite-dimensional architecture ofscientific discipline. The resulting corpus includes induced Schur–Feshbach operators, multichannel gap spectra, sector and isotypic weights, finite-resolution response maps, inverse classes, admissibility rules, refinement cores, quotient normal forms, rank andresolution walls, atlases of compatible hidden lifts, perturbation tubes, certification algorithms, reset protocols, gluing obstructions, and layer-aware metrics.Parallel branches studied spectral entropy and relational internal time, operationalcollapse, information horizons, hidden winding shadows, compensated islands, descending compression, realization geometry, certified emergence, specification of open mathematical gaps, and quantum geometry in SU(2)k. The final BC-IDPR branch separatedlocal q-deformation from stronger interpretations, performed a preregistered phase test, proved a uniform finite-atlas frame bound, closed baseline global gluing with a negativetype-correct no-go theorem, and constructed a positive typed defect coupon with a ranktwo transition and a strict stability budget. The coupon’s intrinsic orientation was notdeclared unknowable because of missing data: after the endpoint adjoint action wasreconstructed, non-closure of the frozen two-channel coefficient plane was certified. The main programme outcome is not one completed physical theory but a reproducible language that prevents five recurrent substitutions: finite-resolution readout isnot hidden reality; a positive effective operator does not determine a unique hidden lift;local compatibility is not global gluing; parameter dependence is not time or dynamics;and a missing computational artifact is not an impossibility theorem. The programmecloses as a coherent corpus in finite-dimensional mathematical physics, inverse-problemarchitecture, and AI-assisted research governance, while all unresolved obligations remain as archival frontier records.

It extends the results of Papers 1–2 from the canonical local geometry and exact qubit prepare–measure behaviour to the complete finite relational Atlas.
