From Constraint to Quantum Branching: A Physical Reciprocal-Asymmetry Bridge to Born Probability

Eric Needham

Abstract

This record contains a frozen ENSO Framework manuscript examining the relationship between physical constraint, quantum branching, and the structure of Born probability. Using a controlled angular-momentum-resolved quantum system, the paper develops a physical bridge between independently specified constraints and a previously established closure-based representation of normalized outcome structure. Particular attention is given to the distinction between the structure that determines relative outcome weights and the separate temporal scale governing their physical incidence. The work is intended as a foundational and methodological contribution rather than a claim of a new numerical deviation from standard quantum mechanics. The archive includes the manuscript, source material, symbolic validation, validation report, provenance record, and reproducibility documentation. The detailed mathematical construction and derivation are contained only within the archived manuscript and accompanying validation materials. Production as Closure, Not Process: Born Probability, Nuclear Branching, and Atemporal Instantiation

Eric Needham

This record contains a frozen ENSO Framework manuscript examining the relationship between physical constraint, quantum production, probability, and temporal description. The paper develops a closure-based account of production in which normalized physical alternatives are treated separately from the temporal scales associated with their realization and observation. Several established physical systems are used to test whether this distinction can be expressed consistently without replacing standard empirical results. The work is intended as a foundational analysis of the explanatory role of time in quantum production rather than as a claim that laboratory processes lack temporal order. It also develops operational criteria for distinguishing complete physical relations from incomplete temporal descriptions and considers conditions under which the proposed framework would fail. The archive includes the manuscript, source material, validation code, validation output, provenance documentation, and reproducibility information. Detailed mathematical constructions and physical examples are contained within the archived materials. Quantum Mechanics from Constraint and Closure: A Structural Explanation and Derivational Roadmap

Eric Needham

Quantum Mechanics from Constraint and Closure: A Structural Explanation and Derivational Roadmap assembles a sequence of ENSO quantum-foundations results into a single explanatory architecture. The paper asks why central structures of quantum mechanics—complex phase, conjugation, quadratic norm, Schrödinger dynamics, spinorial return, Born weighting, and measurement—belong together rather than appearing as an unrelated collection of formal ingredients. The proposed route begins with constraint-bearing distinction and minimal maintained recursion. Within an explicit primitive two-state class, recursive minimality selects the Fibonacci structure and its Perron root ϕ. Exchange completion (symmersion) derives a reciprocal pair, continuity and composability lift that pair to reciprocal flow, and bounded return selects a rotational generator satisfying J2=−I. Constraint-bearing eigenmodes then become phase-readable in Schrödinger form once ℏ supplies the action scale. Reciprocal product and exchange map exactly to quadratic norm and complex conjugation; Euclidean orthogonal composition fixes squared weight; repeatability leads to orthogonal projection; and intrinsic closure supplies the framework for event readability. A new canonical result provides an independent convergence. For a real symplectic system containing a genuinely non-real, non-unit scale-phase eigenmode, reality and symplectic reciprocity force the spectral orbit λ, λ̄, λ⁻¹, λ̄⁻¹ Such a mode is impossible in real symplectic dimension two; four dimensions are minimal. The resulting reciprocal-conjugate quartet contains exactly the reciprocal pairings used in the earlier closure geometry. The accompanying reproducibility archive contains the manuscript source, direct construction validator, adversarial null-test suite, captured outputs, machine-readable results, near-symplectic perturbation diagnostics, exact symbolic audit, validation-run provenance note, and package checksums. All twelve declared null tests pass in both recorded executions. The paper distinguishes completed mathematics, structural derivation, exact representation, and the remaining roadmap toward a fully native reconstruction of quantum theory. Before Born: Reciprocal Completion, Finite Return, and the Emergence of Complex Quantum State Geometry

Eric Needham

Before Born investigates whether elements of finite-dimensional quantum state geometry can be derived from a more primitive pre-probabilistic structure rather than assumed at the outset. The paper develops a formal reconstruction beginning from reciprocal relation, exchange, and achieved return, and examines how familiar quantum-geometric structures may emerge downstream under explicitly stated assumptions. Particular attention is given to the logical status of those assumptions, the distinction between derived structure and physical interpretation, and the relationship of the construction to established quantum-reconstruction programmes. The work forms an antecedent companion to The Geometrical Derivation of Born’s Rule, moving the explanatory starting point further back while remaining deliberately separate from questions of measurement outcome, event realization, and empirical frequency. The archive contains the manuscript, source, numerical validation script, and validation README. The computational validator is a consistency audit of the analytic construction and hostile controls; it does not replace the proofs. This restricted deposit establishes the timestamp and provenance of the work prior to public release. Atemporal Causation to Closure

Eric Needham

This paper develops a revised relational framework for describing constraint dependence in foundational physics where temporal succession is not treated as primitive. It introduces a new terminology and formal representation, examines its relationship to quantum-foundational examples, and develops criteria for distinguishing relational from temporal-process explanations. The record includes the manuscript, source material, and computational supplements documenting the mathematical checks, assumption audits, and claim-status development associated with the paper. The New Quantum Physics: Constraint, Amplitude, Probability, and Temporal Instantiation

Eric Needham

This paper brings together a recent sequence of ENSO studies in quantum foundations and presents them as a single developing research programme. The synthesis concerns the relationship between quantum state structure, probability, observation, constraint, and temporality. It distinguishes established mathematical structure from conditional derivations, proposed physical interpretations, and unresolved empirical questions, while making explicit the dependencies between the constituent papers. The paper is intended as a map of the programme rather than as a claim that standard quantum mechanics has been experimentally replaced. It identifies the present claim boundaries, conditions under which the framework would require revision, and the direction of future theoretical and experimental work. Amplitude Before Probability: Atemporality and the Born Rule

Eric Needham

This paper develops a foundational analysis of the relation between quantum amplitudes, Born probability, and temporality within the ENSO framework. It examines whether the mathematical structure associated with amplitude can be placed prior to probability assignment in the order of explanation, and considers the consequences of that ordering for the status of temporal process in quantum theory. The paper extends earlier ENSO work on relational closure, atemporal instantiation, and the distinction between structural constitution and temporal readout. It is intended as a companion to Before Born, The Geometrical Derivation of Born’s Rule, From Closure to Observation, and Production as Closure, Not Process. The claims are restricted to the declared finite-dimensional closure architecture and are presented with explicit scope and refusal conditions.
