Abstract

Abstract This paper presents an alternative, strictly local, and physically substantiated interpretation of quantum entanglement, the violation of Bell's inequalities, and related quantum-optical phenomena, completely eliminating the generally accepted concept of quantum non-locality. Working within the ether-dynamic paradigm of a discrete, massless, non-viscous medium, a standard photon is defined not as an abstract wave packet or a point-like probabilistic excitation, but as an equidistant, localized chain of interconnected toroidal vortices (Planck particles), which originates from the transverse reconnection and self-segmentation of the atomic electric field during its detachment. Using the Hong–Ou–Mandel effect, experiments testing Bell's inequalities (via the spatial geometry of the intersection of field precession cones), and induced coherence (the ZWM experiment), it is demonstrated that the observed synchronization of split detectors is governed by local, deterministic processes of sub-quantum self-organization, near-field dynamic entrainment, and the formation of a spatial minimum of motion between coaxial vortex structures. Keywords: quantum entanglement, Bell's inequalities, non-locality, ether-dynamics, Hong–Ou–Mandel effect, ZWM experiment, Planck particles, Helmholtz vortices, spontaneous parametric down-conversion, field precession cones.

Do Miracles Exist in Physics?

Igor Kuzmin

AbstractThe paper presents an alternative, strictly local physical interpretation of quantum entanglement and the violation of Bell's inequalities, completely eliminating the mathematical artifact of "non-locality". Within the framework of the ether-dynamical paradigm of a discrete massless ether developed by the author, a standard photon is defined as a subquantum chain of closed toroidal corpuscles (Planck particles). Based on a critical review of earlier hypotheses, the authors prove that orthogonally correlated IR photons are born in a non-linear crystal as a result of a direct mechanical interaction: the movement of a laser beam entrains and longitudinally deforms the spirals of the electric field of a stationary nucleon. Forced precession of the fields, caused by their rotation relative to the laser beam, ensures their spatial divergence. Field deformations initially establish the mutual perpendicularity of polarizations until the moment of breakdown and segmentation of the chains. The work restores the principle of close-range action and offers a clear space-time model of sub-substantial processes.

A Locally Dynamical Ether-Dynamical Model of Quantum Correlations in Bell's Experiments

Igor Kuzmin

Abstract This paper proposes an alternative, strictly local physical interpretation of quantum entanglement and the violation of Bell's inequalities. Within the framework of the ether-dynamical model of a discrete, massless ether developed by the author, a photon is considered not as an abstract mathematical wave packet of quantum mechanics (QM), but as a sub-quantum chain of closed ether vortices with different directions of rotation for each photon. It is shown that the synchronicity of detectors observed in experiments is caused not by mystical action-at-a-distance, but by the processes of sub-quantum self-organization of vortex fields in a non-linear crystal under the influence of laser pumping. The authors introduce the concept of an anomalous "two-sided photon" of nucleon genesis and the mechanism of its self-oscillating parametric synchronization with the laser frequency, which fully explains the results of Bell's experiments from the standpoint of classical mechanics, where Planck particles are similar to Helmholtz rings.

The Complete Disenchantment of Quantum Entanglement

Jiwen Nie

The Complete Disenchantment of Quantum Entanglement—Failure of Measurement Independence and a Field-Theoretic Explanation of Electron Internal Structure This paper provides a physical explanation of quantum entanglement—the most central puzzle in quantum mechanics—without relying on "nonlocality." The violation of Bell's inequality is widely interpreted by mainstream physics as "experimental falsification of local realism," from which the conclusion "the world is nonlocal" is drawn. This paper points out that this chain of reasoning depends on a premise that has never been independently tested: the measurement process does not change the hidden variable that determines the measurement outcome. This theory divides all matter in the universe into Nie-matter entities (massive, Staticity) and Ji-matter entities (massless, Dynamicity). The electron is not a point particle, but a Nie-matter entity composed of Zhonghua Micro-Particles, possessing an internal Ji-matter field configuration (the electron self-field). When a measurement device operates, it inevitably releases a Ji-matter field; this field undergoes local coupling with the electron self-field, changing the electron's effective configuration from the original configuration λ₀ at production to the coupled effective configuration λ_eff(a) = C[λ₀, F_device(a)]. The measurement outcome is a function of λ_eff(a), not a function of λ₀ alone—therefore, the measurement-independence premise of Bell's theorem does not hold physically. This paper further argues: the electron's having internal structure is precisely the physical origin of the angle-dependent correlations. If the electron were an unstructured point particle, measurements at different angles should give the same result—but experiments observe angle-dependent correlations, which in itself already proves that the electron is not a point particle. Bell-inequality experiments have never been a "victory of nonlocality"—they are ironclad evidence that the electron has internal structure. This paper gives four core arguments: P6-4C (failure of the premises of Bell's inequality derivation), P6-4D (change of electron state by the measurement device's Ji-matter field), P6-5 (how a point particle absorbs a photon—the electron must have internal structure to accommodate an absorbed photon), P6-4A (Bell's inequality—ironclad evidence that the electron has internal structure), and P6-4B (local mechanism of Bell experiments and experimental test paths for electron internal structure). These include an order-of-magnitude estimate of the electron internal structure correction to g-2 (~10⁻¹⁸), a comparison with current experimental precision (~10⁻¹²), and future test paths. The full text does not claim that Bell's inequality is "overturned"—it is a mathematically correct theorem. What this paper claims is: the measurement-independence premise on which Bell's inequality depends does not hold under the physical picture in which measurement is local field coupling. Violating Bell's inequality is precisely evidence that the electron has an internal Ji-matter field configuration, not evidence for nonlocality.

Quantum Entanglement in the Unified Framework of the Cosmology of the Quarkbase

Omeñaca Prado, Carlos

In the Cosmology of the Quarkbase, quantum particles and photons are interpreted as excitations of an etheric plasma represented by the scalar or vector field Ψ(x,t). An experiment that, in standard quantum theory, produces an entangled pair instead generates in this framework a single non-local field excitation: a coherent combination of Ψ-modes correlated through conservation of momentum, spin, and polarization, as well as through the coupling topology between local sources (quarkbases). Local measurement acts as a projection on this extended excitation, producing the experimentally observed strong correlations without any exchange of causal signals between detectors. The Quarkbase formalism introduces explicit medium parameters —density ρp, compressibility K, and effective mass mΨ— that define physical scales such as the screening length λ = 1/mΨ. These quantities determine the spatial decay of entanglement visibility according to V(r) ∝ e⁻ʳ/λ / r, and the effective CHSH parameter becomes Seff = C(r) 2√2. Therefore, if the vacuum possesses a finite λ, Bell-type correlations should attenuate exponentially with distance, providing a falsifiable signature of a massive or screened etheric field. Mathematically, the framework reproduces the predictions of quantum field theory —Bell states, coincidence probabilities, CHSH violation— while offering an ontological interpretation in which entanglement arises from the geometry and coherence of the Ψ-field rather than from instantaneous nonlocal action. The theory therefore unifies microscopic quantum behavior with macroscopic medium dynamics, transforming questions about “collapse” and “nonlocality” into experimentally testable properties of the underlying ether-plasma.

A Hypothesis on the Torsional Oscillation and Wave-Line Undulation of the Polarization Axis in Entangled Photon Systems: Addressing the Logical Boundary of Indirect Elimination in Quantum Non-locality

Dong Woo Kwak

Modern quantum information science and mainstream microphysics have persistently concluded that micro-particles remain in an entangled, non-local superposition prior to measurement, relying on the violation of Bell’s inequality as definitive proof. However, this interpretation is strictly bound by the logical limitation of 'proof by elimination' (an indirect alibi-elimination framework). This study introduces a novel deterministic and localized causal mechanics model addressing the severe geometric impulses exerted during the destructive parametric splitting of a single photon within Spontaneous Parametric Down-Conversion (SPDC). We propose a unified mechanism: the 'torsional elastic oscillation of the polarization axis' at the localized bifurcation boundary, which subsequently propagates longitudinally along the electromagnetic wave-line, developing a spatial 'fin-like or ribbon-like undulation pattern.' Operating under simple harmonic motion (SHM), this torsional oscillation inherently possesses an anisotropic phase velocity, maximizing the temporal stay probability density at the turnaround geometric thresholds where the velocity converges to zero. By deriving the time-averaged probability density function in relation to randomized measurement timings, we mathematically demonstrate that this dynamic phase distribution inevitably yields a geometric sin²θ statistical projection. Consequently, the statistical correlation of quantum entanglement is successfully reduced to classical local realism and action-reaction synchronization without invoking superluminal non-locality or non-deterministic wave-function collapse. Finally, this paper addresses the unexamined experimental gap ignored due to axiomatic dogmas and demands the establishment of an ultra-fast time-resolved optical protocol to empirically detect the micro-dynamic undulations of single photons.

A Geometric Re-evaluation of the Fundamental Non-Identity of SPDC Photons and the Validity of Bell Test Assumptions

Dong Woo Kwak

This paper raises a fundamental geometric question regarding the long-held assumption in Bell's inequality experiments: "Photons generated via Spontaneous Parametric Down-Conversion (SPDC) are physically identical to ordinary single photons." Defining an electromagnetic wave not as a point-like particle or a probability cloud, but as a continuous Flux-line Complex possessing tension, we propose that the energy-splitting process inside a non-linear crystal induces an irreversible Transverse Secondary Oscillation ("S-shaped body oscillation") onto the photon's electromagnetic field itself, distinguishing it from a pure sinusoidal wave. This mechanism is physically analogous to an arrow oscillating transversely along its line of flight after receiving an impulse upon release. The spatial mode-filtering procedures (e.g., single-mode fiber coupling) conducted by mainstream physics do not prove the identity of the two photon types; rather, they constitute a form of observational interference and Selection Bias that discards photons possessing intrinsic secondary oscillations. Although undetected by macroscopic single-photon counters, this transverse micro-oscillation acts as a Local Hidden Variable that modifies polarization transmission probabilities, providing a legitimate physical ground to re-evaluate the non-locality interpretation of quantum mechanics.
