This paper introduces BC-Horizon, a black-hole branch of the Boundary Com-pensation programme. The aim is not to derive Hawking radiation, the Bekenstein–Hawking entropy, the Page curve, islands, or a microscopic model of the hori-zon. The more limited purpose is to formulate a compatibility interpretation ofthe black-hole information problem in which the exterior observer is not iden-tified with the complete system. The central structural assumption is that theexterior observer has access only to a finite-resolution algebra of observables, denoted Aext(s), which is a strict subalgebra or finite-access sector of a morecomplete compensational structure Afull. The effective exterior state is thenread through a map Φs from exterior-accessible observables into the full struc-ture. Apparent mixedness, thermal-like behaviour, and an entropy of inaccessi-bility are interpreted as properties of restricted exterior readout rather than asevidence for fundamental destruction of information. The slogan of the paperis: information need not disappear; the exterior layer is not the full algebra ofthe system.

Abstract The black hole information paradox (Hawking, 19741976) poses a fundamental conict: quantum mechanics requires unitary evolution (information is preserved), while black hole evaporation via Hawking radiation appears to destroy information (the radiation is thermal, carrying no information about the in-fallen state). After fty years of debate, the paradox remains unresolvedHawking conceded it in 2004 [3] but no complete mechanism has been identied. ˆ We resolve the paradox by identifying its source: confusing Ω with Πext[Ω]. Information is never destroyed. Ω-conservation (Noether, P2) guarantees this. What is destroyed at the event horizon is not the information but the exterior ˆ observer's projection operator : Πext becomes inapplicable inside the horizon. The ˆ ˆ information encoded in the in-fallen matter passes from Πext[Ω] to Πint[Ω]two projections of the same Ω = 1 that agree in total but disagree in local accessibility. Hawking radiation is the κ→0 leakage of Ω-entanglement across the projection boundary. The Page curve [4]entanglement entropy rising and then falling as the black hole evaporatesfollows directly from Ω-conservation without invoking island formulas [8, 9] or specic stringy mechanisms. The paradox is not a paradox. It is a projection error.
This work examines a specific premise in the black-hole information problem: the assertion that complete quantum evolution preserves arbitrary initial quantum distinctions through the full formation and evaporation of an actual four-dimensional black hole possessing a genuine event horizon. The paper does not argue that fundamental information destruction occurs. It does not reject unitary quantum mechanics or the substantial mathematical progress represented by holography, quantum error correction, entanglement islands, replica wormholes, Page-curve calculations, asymptotic observable algebras, or gravitational reconstruction. Instead, it asks what establishes that the scope of such results reaches the complete physical black-hole process for which global preservation is asserted. For a registered ordinary future-directed causal route from strictly inside a genuine event horizon to the stipulated exterior future, the event-horizon and Structural Flow translation premises imply that ordinary outward Cascade and same-route Authorization do not occur. This route result does not determine the global fate of quantum information. The restricted horizon-facing premises entail neither guaranteed global quantum-information preservation nor fundamental global information destruction. The complete physical fate therefore remains dependent on additional physics-owned premises. The work distinguishes global preservation from restricted exterior recoverability. A preservation claim must specify the physical target process, admitted quantum input family, governing dynamics, physically complete output system, relevant quantum-coherence burden, and applicability of the mathematical result to the actual gravitational regime being claimed. Recovery from Hawking radiation alone is not privileged as the only admissible proof route, and inability to recover information from a restricted radiation subsystem is not sufficient to establish fundamental loss. A public falsification and reopening protocol accompanies the paper. It separates model- and code-level advances, physical preservation or loss results, event-horizon domain-translation failures, and genuine foundational Structural Flow counterderivations. A black-hole-specific failure does not automatically reopen universal Structural Flow, the Universal Kernel, or the TOE. The release also includes a machine companion and a consolidated Lean formal append evaluated with the unchanged Structural_Flow_Universal_Kernel_v1.0.lean. The supplied Lean Web execution record reported all 68 expected theorem checkpoints from the integrated source with no compiler errors reported. The consolidated BH-EH source contains 69 theorem declarations. Machine closure is explicitly limited to the encoded conditional logical scope. The formal layer does not establish the existence of an actual event horizon, the physical validity of the Structural Flow translation, complete quantum-gravitational dynamics, or the global information fate of real black holes. This coordinated package contains the scientific anchor, public falsification/reopening protocol, machine companion, scoped BH-EH formal append, and frozen Universal Kernel.
What if the black-hole information problem begins with the wrong primitive? Rather than treating information as a substance that must be stored, hidden, destroyed, or recovered, this research reframes the problem around Realised Physical Distinguishability (RPD): the physically actual capacity to discriminate between alternative states by operations performed with finite energy, finite time, finite resolution, and access to a specified algebra of observables. Two states belong to the same operational class when no admissible measurement can distinguish them above a fixed threshold. The resulting structure is RPD(M) := 𝒮(M) / ~, while information appears only as the derived quantity I(M) := log₂ |RPD(M)|. From this perspective, a black hole is not primarily a container of inaccessible bits. It is a horizon-mediated transformer of distinguishability classes. The event horizon changes which operations remain available to an exterior observer. Because the exterior algebra 𝒜_ext is only a restricted part of the global algebra, states that remain globally distinct may become operationally indistinguishable from outside. This produces the observer-dependent quotient RPD_𝒜(M) := 𝒮(M) / ~_𝒜 and motivates a time-dependent transformation of the form T_H(t): RPD_𝒜₁(M,t₁) ⇝ RPD_𝒜₂(M,t₂). Horizon crossing therefore need not mean the destruction of physical distinctions; it may instead mean their removal from one accessible channel and their redistribution into others. The paper identifies three candidate channels: null-wave delocalisation, in which causal structure and redshift carry distinctions beyond ordinary localisation; gravitational-geometric re-expression, in which mass, angular momentum, multipole structure, gravitational waves, and memory preserve aspects of the preceding configuration; and quantum-radiative redistribution, in which correlations among Hawking radiation, residual geometry, and possible topological sectors may progressively restore exterior-accessible distinctions. Unitarity is consequently interpreted not as the miraculous reconstruction of a former macroscopic object, but as the possible lawful continuity of distinguishability through changing physical forms. The framework is developed on a compact or effectively compact S³ carrier, while Schwarzschild-, Kerr-, or de Sitter-type horizons remain local models of operational inaccessibility. A quantitative selector branch compares the causal-spectral capacity of S³ with explicitly declared external ceilings such as Bekenstein or holographic bounds. Its central filter is Σ_grav^(P) = min(1, B_ceil / (b_P Γ_R(T) N_P(ε))), where Γ_R(T) describes the causally accessible fraction of the compact carrier and N_P(ε) counts distinguishable spectral modes at resolution ε. In the local regime, a notable cancellation gives B_causal^(P) ~ (2b_P C_P / 3π)(cT/ε)³, removing the carrier radius R from the leading term and producing the threshold relation (ε_*^(P))³ = (2b_P C_P ln 2 / 3π²)cTℓ_P². This selector is not proposed as a force law or a complete microscopic theory; it is a disciplined diagnostic of how causal access, spectral resolution, and gravitational ceilings constrain physically realisable distinctions. The work further introduces topological horizon capacity as an open research object and explores whether holonomy, Berry phases, the Hopf fibration S¹ → S³ → S², and sectors labelled by Q_H ∈ ℤ could protect or transform distinguishability during collapse and evaporation. No final solution of the black-hole information paradox is claimed. The research contribution is a sharper foundational question: not “Where are the bits?”,but “Which physical differences remain realisable, for whom, through which channels, and under what geometric and topological limits?”
The complete evaporation of black holes, as a natural endpoint of Hawking radiation, gives rise to the black hole information paradox, which fundamentally challenges the principles of unitarity and information conservation in quantum mechanics. Although the AdS/CFT correspondence indicates that information is preserved during black hole evaporation, the precise mechanism by which it is recovered from the Hawking radiation remains an open question. To explore a potential resolution, we investigate information transfer in a spin-chain model featuring an effective horizon realized via position-dependent couplings within an XY spin chain. We derive and demonstrate Page curve-like behavior, and analyze the transmission of quantum resources, such as entanglement and coherence, across the effective horizon. Our results show that quantum resources initially localized within an interior subsystem can be transferred to the exterior via particle radiation through the horizon. This study provides a novel perspective from quantum simulation on how information may escape from black holes, thereby contributing to the further understanding of the black hole information paradox.

This paper introduces a minimal measurement-readout module within the Boundary Com-pensation research programme. Earlier modules of the programme formulated a microboundaryspectral mechanism in which an effective compensation gap, topologically protected near-zeromodes and logarithmic gap sensitivity generate an amplified boundary response. A subsequententropy/time branch interpreted nonzero boundary compensation residue as accessible onlythrough finite-resolution internal readings. The present work applies the same finite-resolutionlogic to the quantum measurement problem. The central claim is limited. The paper does not propose a fundamental destruction of theglobal quantum state. Instead, wavefunction collapse is treated as an operational internal descrip-tion: a finite-resolution apparatus reads a stable pointer channel after unresolved environmentaland boundary degrees of freedom have suppressed inter-branch coherence.
