The Deterministic Transaction: A Relativistic Reinterpretation of the Double-Slit Experiment

Abstract

This paper presents a deterministic, relativistic explanation for the double-slitexperiment, bypassing the traditional quantum mechanical (QM) reliance on probability wavefunctions and Fourier-based wave packets. By defining velocity as acomplex vector where rotation exists on the imaginary (temporal) axis, we propose a mechanical origin for wave-particle duality and quantization. We argue thatobserved interference patterns are geometric consequences of timeless energy transactions, and that ”wavefunction collapse” is simply the mathematical projection ofa complex vector onto the real spatial plane during an interaction.

The Collapse of Duality: The Double-Slit Experiment as Tensor Interference and Geometric Decoherence in the DQ Framework

VILMA VARCO, JUAN JOSE ESPINOSA

This paper offers a strictly deterministic and causal resolution to the iconic Double-Slit Experiment, eradicating the need for the mysticism inherent in the "observer effect" and classical wave-particle duality. Using the Quantum Diffusion (QD) framework, it is shown that the particle does not possess a dual nature, but is invariably a topological perturbation (tensor wave) of the 12-dimensional subspace 𝐹μν. The interference pattern arises from the flow of this perturbation through channels of high spatial diffusivity 𝐷. Furthermore, it is shown that the "wavefunction collapse" induced by a detector is not a product of conscious observation, but rather of the physical injection of gauge asymmetry and electromagnetic friction into the slits, which drastically alters the local diffusivity gradient, destroying the geometric coherence of the tensor wave and forcing a localized trajectory.

A Geometric Projective Formulation of the Double-Slit Experiment

Rachid Nassif

The aim of the present lecture note is not to propose an alternative formulation of quantum mechanics, but to emphasize that several apparently distinct descriptions of the double-slit experiment may be understood as complementary consequences of a single geometric projection onto the transmission subspace defined by the apertures. Modeling the double slit as a projection onto the two-dimensional transmission subspace spanned by the localized slit modes provides a common mathematical framework for the wave-based, particle-based and information-theoretic descriptions of interference. The formalism starts from an arbitrary incident localized wave packet and naturally reproduces Duane's momentum-selection law, which emerges directly from the geometric transmission condition rather than being introduced as an independent postulate.

Fluid-Dynamic Reinterpretation of the Double-Slit Experiment: Pressure Perturbations, Incompressible Media, and Measurement Mechanics

rafik hamdi

Standard quantum mechanics interprets the double-slit experiment through the lens of wave-particle duality, asserting that entities propagate as probability waves and collapse into discrete particles solely upon observation. However, this interpretation evades direct physical and mechanical causality by relying on abstract mathematics and assumed vacuums. This paper introduces a rigorous fluid-dynamic framework, grounded in the principles of **Dark Primordialism**, which posits that the universe operates exclusively through concrete hydraulic interactions. By replacing the probabilistic wave function with a continuous, incompressible cosmic fluid medium, we demonstrate that interference patterns are not emergent from abstract "wave collapse," but are the mechanical result of pressure-field superposition. The core overlapping pressure mechanics driving this phenomenon is formulated as: P_overlap = Sf ⊕ Mr = Φ + ((∇ρ_solar * ∇ρ_lunar) / R_medium) This paper provides: 1. A mechanical explanation for the interference pattern based on pressure streamlines. 2. A deterministic resolution to the "observer effect" through physical measurement perturbation. 3. Clear, testable experimental predictions regarding medium density modification and resistance gradients.

Reconsidering the Completed Form of the Wave Equation --- Phase Evolution, Non-Zero Energy, and a Reinterpretation of Probability ---

Akihito Sugawara

This paper revisits the wave equation originally suggested by Einstein and examines the possibility that it constitutes a complete description of particle motion without requiring a fundamental probabilistic interpretation. It proposes that intrinsic physical fluctuations of particles can account for phenomena typically attributed to quantization and superposition. The double-slit experiment is reinterpreted from this perspective, suggesting that interference patterns may arise naturally from particle fluctuations interacting with boundary conditions. This work offers a conceptual reevaluation of wave–particle duality and discusses whether quantization should be regarded as a necessary fundamental principle or as a posteriori interpretation.

Demystifying Superposition and Wave-Particle Duality: The Double-Slit Experiment in the Absolute Medium Framework

SREEMAN BARUA

The double-slit experiment stands as the cornerstone of quantum mysticism, often interpreted as evidence for particles existing in multiple places simultaneously or consciousness collapsing reality. Within the Absolute Medium (AM) Model, this experiment ceases to be a probabilistic paradox and becomes a deterministic, fluid-dynamic interaction between a moving excitation and the universal energetic net. We demonstrate that what standard physics calls “wave-particle duality” is actually “core-wake duality”: a localized topological defect (the core) moving through an ultra-dense elastic substrate generates a physical wave field (the wake) that interferes, guiding the core along paths of least resistance. All variations of the experiment— which-way measurements, delayed choice, quantum eraser—receive mechanical explanations grounded in the medium’s properties. This framework eliminates the need for superposition, wavefunction collapse, or observer-created reality, replacing them with the coherent dynamics of a continuous medium.

The Double-Slit Experiment Reinterpreted: Matter-Wave Propagation and the Physical Mechanism of Quantum Interference

YOUNG HO GOH

The double-slit experiment has stood for a century as the paradigmatic demonstration of quantum superposition: the standard interpretation holds that a particle passes through both slits simultaneously, existing in a superposition of two spatially separated states. This paper proposes a physically distinct alternative: the particle's matter wave — a real physical wave propagating through space in accordance with de Broglie's relation λ = h/p — passes through both slits, while the particle itself (matter) remains in an undetermined state until a constructive interference maximum is formed at the detection screen. The particle does not simultaneously occupy two locations; the wave does. This distinction eliminates the need for superposition as an ontological commitment while fully reproducing the observed interference pattern. We further show that the disappearance of the interference pattern upon which-path measurement is explained without invoking wavefunction collapse: the measurement interaction redirects the matter wave to a single-slit geometry, eliminating the two-wave interference condition. Three experimentally testable predictions distinguish this framework from the standard interpretation: (1) weak-measurement trajectory reconstruction should reveal single particle paths inconsistent with simultaneous two-slit passage; (2) diffraction fringe spacing should depend on the mass density of the slit material, because denser slit edges generate a steeper refractive-index gradient for the matter wave; (3) the fringe pattern should exhibit a density-dependent phase shift measurable with current matter-wave interferometry technology. This reinterpretation requires no new mathematical formalism — the Schrödinger equation and Born's rule are retained — but replaces the ontological claim of simultaneous multi-location existence with the physically consistent picture of matter-wave propagation through an undetermined-state particle.
