This paper proves that the Adversarial Aggregation Channel (AAC) conservation identity Δ = 𝒜_V + D^rob_V is the unique quantitative extension of Arrow's decisive-coalition framework. The result is established in two stages. Stage 1 (Classical Forcing): Five axioms — Operational Discriminability, Adversarial Corruption, Data Processing, Exact Bookkeeping, and Boolean Recovery — jointly determine the AAC. A Categorical Uniqueness Theorem shows that the two-term decomposition is the unique exact decomposition whose terms are natural transformations in the category of adversarial channels (AdChan); any finer decomposition requires a non-natural selection rule on the adversary's action space. Stage 2 (Quantum Forcing): The five axioms extend to quantum channels by replacing total variation with trace distance (forced by the Helstrom bound) and classical adversaries with CPTP maps. The quantum conservation identity is categorically forced by the same argument; the no-cloning theorem is derived as the quantum Self-Referential Closure (SRC) condition. The full forcing chain is: Arrow → qualitative AAC → quantitative AAC → quantum AAC → no-cloning as SRC. The five axioms are independent. The categorical uniqueness theorem and quantum forcing are new results.

This paper develops the composition theory for adversarial aggregation channels (AACs) — the framework that unifies impossibility theorems across social choice, computability, mechanism design, and quantum information under a single conservation identity. While prior work treats individual AAC channels, this paper asks what happens when such channels compose, providing the AAC analogue of Shannon's classical composition calculus for cascade, parallel, and network topologies. For separable adversaries, four main results are established. The Cascade Composition Theorem decomposes total adversarial capacity across a series composition as A_casc = A₁ + A_{2|1} − L, where L ≥ 0 is a data-processing loss arising from the Dobrushin contraction coefficient, and the cascade aliasing set is shown to be monotone non-decreasing — cascading can only increase impossibility. The Parallel Composition Theorem establishes a maximum law for robust discriminability under independent observation. The Cascade Conservation Identity shows that the enrichment–corruption duality telescopes through cascade stages with an inter-stage adversarial synergy correction term. The Cascade Second Law proves that under the institutional Markov property, Shannon entropy of the true state is non-decreasing through cascade stages, with strict increase wherever self-referential closure occurs. The paper then extends the theory to correlated adversaries — multi-stage actors who can communicate and coordinate across institutional stages. A communication-constrained adversary model is introduced in which inter-stage correlation is mediated by a shared signal of bounded entropy R, interpolating between the separable and fully collusive regimes. The Correlated Adversary Cascade Theorem shows that correlated randomized adversaries can destroy discriminability that no single deterministic strategy can, via a cancellation mechanism impossible under independent randomization. The collusion premium Π(R) ≥ 0 measures the additional adversarial capacity gained from inter-stage communication and is bounded above by min{R, D^rob_casc}. The collusion-distortion function — the adversarial analogue of Shannon's rate-distortion function — is introduced with a Lagrangian dual shown to be automatically convex, and strong duality is established away from finitely many phase-transition rates. The Binary Degeneracy Theorem proves that adversarial cancellation is a strictly higher-dimensional phenomenon: the collusion premium vanishes identically for binary signal spaces and is generically positive for |S| ≥ 3. For J-stage cascades, a multipartite collusion decomposition via inclusion-exclusion is derived with three-body corrections that are non-zero only when the adversarial communication graph contains cycles; when the topology is a tree, the pairwise decomposition is exact. This connects the AAC framework to the game-theoretic literature on communication equilibria (Forges, Barany, Myerson), with the collusion premium providing a quantitative bridge between mechanism design and information-theoretic impossibility. All results are verified against Shannon's classical composition theory as a consistency check, reducing to standard results in the non-adversarial limit.
The axiom. Irreducible statistical dependence implies a connecting structure. This is the foundational principle of causal inference, applied without exception—including to quantum entanglement. The variational formulation. The axiom is given mathematical form as a variational principle on bipartite quantum systems. The action S = ∫[i⟨Φ̇|Φ⟩ − ⟨Φ|(K_A + K_B)|Φ⟩]dτ has modular flow as its Euler–Lagrange equation, the local-unitary group U(d_A) × U(d_B) as its symmetry, and the entanglement spectrum as its conserved Noether charges. The local form of this conservation law is the spectral equivalence of reduced modular Hamiltonians, spec(K_A) = spec(K_B), which is the informational analog of Newton's third law; Newton's third law itself is recovered as a special case in the thermal limit. The action is shown to be uniquely determined—not chosen—by six published uniqueness theorems (Schmidt decomposition, Stone–Tomita–Takesaki, Aharonov–Anandan, bipartite splitting, internal-consistency state-preservation via Noether, Ostrogradsky stability). The dependence axiom is therefore not a philosophical commitment but a variational principle of the same kind as those that organize the rest of physics. The central new theorem. For any bipartite pure state, the Holevo capacity of the measurement-induced channel exactly equals the entanglement entropy, the maximum is uniquely achieved by Schmidt-basis measurement, and the excess capacity is identically zero (χ = I = S_E). This Capacity Saturation Theorem is the framework's quantitative foundation and follows from the variational structure. Derivations from saturation: The Born rule—derived as the unique probability rule compatible with capacity saturation, with an independent derivation from channel thermalization. Two distinct paths to the same result. The Tsirelson bound S_CHSH ≤ 2√2 derived as the matching point where simulation cost equals channel capacity. Einstein's field equations via Bisognano–Wichmann and Jacobson's thermodynamic construction, with quantum corrections of order O(exp(−A/16Għ)) from finite thermalization precision. The cosmological constant Λ = 12/(N·Għ·t²_age) ≈ 10⁻¹²¹ in Planck units—within one order of magnitude of the observed value ~10⁻¹²². Uses one observed input (the age of the universe) and the number of massless species; no free parameters. A 120-order-of-magnitude improvement over the QFT prediction. Additional theorems (50+ total): the Bekenstein–Hawking entropy, Hawking temperature, holographic bound, Bekenstein bound, generalized second law, classical area theorem, no-hair theorem, Page curve, firewall paradox resolution, prohibition of closed timelike curves, arrow of time, singularity resolution, two-phase inflation, flatness and horizon problem resolutions, Hubble parameter range, monogamy from information budget, fine-tuning resolution, Reeh–Schlieder, Kochen–Specker contextuality, quantum Zeno effect, no-signaling, CPT theorem, measurement without collapse, second law of entanglement thermodynamics, Landauer bound for entangled systems, vacuum channel capacity, entanglement–energy equivalence. Predictions: S_CHSH temporal decay; decoherence rate ≤ MSS bound; gravitational entanglement bound for BMV-class experiments; entanglement-triggered gravitational collapse; entanglement content of gravitational waves; exponential corrections to black hole entropy. What this paper claims. The paper introduces a variational principle that formalizes the dependence axiom, proves the action is forced (not chosen) by six published uniqueness theorems, derives the entanglement spectrum as a Noether charge, recovers Newton's third law as a special case in the thermal limit, and shows that the resulting framework unifies quantum foundations, quantum information, general relativity, and cosmology under a single organizing principle. The contribution is both new mathematics—most notably the Capacity Saturation Theorem, the variational formulation with its uniqueness chain, and the cosmological constant prediction—and structural unification across results previously developed in disconnected subfields. The framework is presented as a compression of known physics with one falsifiable prediction already passed (Λ to within an order of magnitude, zero free parameters) and several further predictions proposed. No established result in quantum mechanics, general relativity, or quantum information theory is contradicted. Correspondence: student_t_vs_bohr@proton.me
Abstract: In Causal Priority Theory (CPT), the ΔC conservation law has previously been treated as a fundamental axiom. This paper (v3) provides a rigorous examination of this law, explicitly identifying the classes of Completely Positive Trace-Preserving (CPTP) maps for which this conservation law holds and those for which it does not. The paper presents: 1. Counterexamples: Four specific cases demonstrating that ΔC conservation does not hold for general CPTP maps. 2. Necessary Conditions: Derivation of four essential conditions required for the conservation law to be valid. 3. Main Theorem: A formal proof that in a closed quantum system on a finite-dimensional Hilbert space, the total ΔC is conserved under unitary evolution. 4. Application to Black Holes: A structural establishment of ΔC_env = 0 using Hilbert space decomposition, upgrading the axiomatic assumptions of the previous papers (v1 and v2) to conditional theorems. This work serves as a critical bridge between the heuristic descriptions of CPT and its formal quantum mechanical foundation, setting the stage for the quantum extension via von Neumann entropy in v4 and relativ
Quantum cryptography converts structural restrictions on quantum information into operational secrecy. This article develops the chain connecting nonorthogonal-state discrimination, trace distance and fidelity, the Helstrom bound, no-cloning, no-broadcasting, information-disturbance relations, conditional entropy, and privacy amplification. A linearity argument proves that no universal device can copy arbitrary pure states, while the mixed-state no-broadcasting theorem identifies pairwise commutativity as the exact boundary of exact broadcastability. These results explain why an eavesdropper cannot retain a perfect replica of every signal and wait for later basis disclosure. They are not, however, complete security proofs. Modern quantum key distribution must cover coherent attacks, quantum memory, public reconciliation leakage, imperfect sources and detectors, finite samples, authentication, and composition with later applications. The review connects state discrimination to adversarial guessing probability through conditional min-entropy and explains how entropic uncertainty and entanglement-based reductions transform observed statistics into a lower bound on extractable key. Approximate cloning, unambiguous discrimination, channel loss, side channels, and device-independent certification are examined as qualifications to elementary intuition. The central result is a hierarchy: nonorthogonality restricts distinguishability; data processing forbids perfect information amplification; parameter estimation bounds an adversary’s conditional states; and quantum-proof hashing yields a key close in trace distance to an ideal independent key. Cryptographic security therefore depends on quantum limitations embedded within a fully specified protocol and adversarial model.
Storing an arbitrary quantum channel in a finite-dimensional memory for later recoveryis impossible—a fact known as the normalization obstruction and closely related to the noprogramming theorem. This paper asks whether the framework can still support a meaningfuldynamics or variational principle. We show that the answer is essentially no for additive dynamics. In the category ofenvironment-decorated quantum channels, every composition-additive valuation is forced tobe a boundary term; under natural regularity assumptions, the only nontrivial edge actionis proportional to the logarithm of the environment dimension. The resulting variationalproblem is trivial, ruling out a rich additive dynamics. On the positive side, we classify the natural quadratic invariants of quantum channelsunder local unitary symmetry and prove there are exactly four independent ones. We alsoestablish a universal lower bound on approximate process storage: by a Borsuk–Ulam bottleneck argument, any continuous compression of the full channel space into a memory thatis too small must incur a worst-case diamond-norm error of at least 2/d2, where d is thesystem dimension. These results show that the framework is kinematically rigid but operationally informative: although no nontrivial additive dynamics exists, the obstruction itself yields sharpstructural and operational constraints.
This work constitutes the systematic and rigorous extension of the entire framework of Meta Operational Mathematics to the domain of quantum operations and their compositional inverses.Quantum mechanics, as the fundamental theory of nature at the microscopic scale, provides a uniquely rich testing ground for the meta-operational philosophy: operations that act upon quantum states—such as completely positive trace-preserving (CPTP) maps, quantum measurements, quantum instruments, and unitary evolutions—can themselves be operated upon, composed, iterated, added, multiplied, differentiated, exponentiated, logarithmized, and subjected to algebraic, analytic, and geometric transformations. We establish a complete four-level hierarchical framework tailored specifically to quantum theory: Level 0 consists of density matrices (quantum states) as elements of the base space F =Tsa(H); Level 1 consists of quantum operations as smooth mappings on F; Level 2 consists of quantum meta-operations as smooth mappings on quantum operations; and Level 3 consists of meta-meta-operations acting upon meta-operations. Within this framework, every fundamental operation of quantum mechanics is canonically lifted to a meta-operation, and the interactions among these meta-operations—through composition, pointwise addition, pointwise multiplication, differentiation, quantum randomization, exponentiation, and logarithm—generate the entire quantum operad QOp in its bornological closure.A fundamental distinction from the hyperbolic, elliptic, Gamma, Beta, Zeta, and probabilistic cases is rigorously established. In quantum theory, the base space F = Tsa(H) is not a subset of the complex plane but a non-commutative Banach space of trace-class self-adjoint operators. The compositional inverse of a quantum channel is not merely a formal inverse but the quantum error correction recovery map, which embodies the fundamental duality between CPTP maps and their Stinespring dilations. The complementary channel operation—corresponding to the environmental output of a Stinespring dilation—satisfies a twisted antipode axiom in the Hopf operad structure, reflecting the irreversible accumulation of information leaked to the environment. The completely positive constraint endows the quantum operad with a non-trivial boundary structure absent in all other cases. The eight fundamental meta-operations generating the entire quantum operad are: composition, pointwise addition, pointwise multiplication, differentiation, quantum randomization, the identity operation, the quantum channel evaluation operation, and the quantum measurement operation. Their irreducibility is proved through a careful analysis of the dependence structure of each generator on the remaining seven, using the Stinespring dilation theorem, the uniqueness of Kraus representations, and the Choi-Jamiołkowski isomorphism for complete positivity. The three essential features of quantum theory—positivity and complete positivity, complementarity and uncertainty relations, and entanglement and inseparability—are systematically elevated to the meta-operational level as algebraic axioms, analytic tools, and geometric objects, constructing a self-contained Quantum Meta-Operational Mathematics. All conjectures and open problems originally stated within this research program have either been resolved as theorems within the body of this work or are precisely formulated as remaining open problems with partial progress rigorously indicated.
