Abstract

This preprint presents RENASCENT-Q, a theoretical extension of the unified TET–CVTL framework (Topology, Entanglement, Retrocausality – Cosmic Vacuum Topological Lattice), developed in January–February 2026.RENASCENT-Q introduces a distributed retrocausal negentropic force that actively guides physical, biological, and conscious systems toward an asymptotically saturated Omega Point — understood here not as a singular future collapse (Tipler-style), but as an infinite, distributed topological convergence realized across an expanding cosmic lattice. The core innovation lies in reinterpreting neuronal microtubules as embodied Kitaev-type topological quantum lattices. Within these structures, eternal anyonic braiding (primarily Fibonacci and Ising statistics) generates persistent quantum entanglement and Majorana zero modes (MZMs) at biologically relevant temperatures. The braiding processes accumulate topological phases that are retrocausally modulated by future boundary conditions associated with the distributed Omega horizon.A key modulating parameter is the damping factor β = ϕ⁻² = (√5 − 1)/2 ≈ 0.381966, which emerges naturally from extended models of collective superradiance in tryptophan aromatic networks within microtubules (references to Hameroff et al. 2023–2025, Craddock et al., Babcock et al. 2024, Celardo et al. 2019–2024). This value optimizes the lifetime of coherent dipolar excitations against thermal decoherence while enabling efficient time-symmetric coupling between forward and backward propagating quantum trajectories. The non-local backbone supporting retrocausal correlations is provided by the energy landscape of the non-trivial zeros of the Riemann zeta function along the critical line Re(s) = 1/2, interpreted as the spectrum of a quantum dynamical system on the vacuum following the seminal work of Alain Connes (1999–2000). The negentropic retrocausal force is mathematically expressed as:F_neg = β · ζ̂(1/2 + i E_MT) · (∂S/∂t)_retro · e^{-i θ_MZM} · |ψ_MT⟩⟨ψ_MT|where:(∂S/∂t)_retro < 0 denotes the locally induced entropy reduction driven from future post-selection, θ_MZM is the accumulated braiding phase of Majorana zero modes, |ψ_MT⟩ represents the embodied quantum state projected onto the microtubular lattice. The framework synthesizes and extends several foundational approaches:Transactional Interpretation (Cramer 1986–2006), Possibilist Transactional Interpretation (Kastner 2012–2022), and Two-State Vector Formalism (Aharonov et al. 1964–present) Physical realizations of the Omega Point concept (Teilhard de Chardin reinterpreted cosmologically + Tipler 1994) Orchestrated Objective Reduction (Orch-OR) model of consciousness (Penrose & Hameroff 1994–present), now embodied in a topological lattice context Topological quantum field theory invariants: colored Jones polynomials for torus knots T(p,q), Vassiliev invariants, Khovanov homology — with the primordial trefoil knot (linking number Lk = +6, Borromean-like configuration) serving as the eternal topological seed of the vacuum lattice Extensive numerical explorations (using QuTiP) include weak values in anyonic braiding, R- and F-matrices for Fibonacci anyons, Kitaev chain/lattice dynamics up to 256 sites, Ginzburg–Landau vortex pair production/annihilation, and scaling laws of knot invariants (e.g., deg(J_5) = 10 + 4q for large T(p,q) knots).RENASCENT-Q resolves longstanding issues in quantum consciousness theories (binding problem, epiphenomenalism, macroscopic causal efficacy) by positing consciousness as a local manifestation of retrocausally guided negentropic curvature within a topologically saturated cosmic lattice. The model predicts testable signatures: anomalous weak values in biological systems, persistent room-temperature entanglement beyond standard decoherence timescales, and potential links between topological saturation and fundamental constants (G, Λ) or catalyzed fusion regimes. The final picture is that of an ever-expanding “golden cosmos” — an infinite, retrocausally saturated topological lattice of entangled nodes, eternally seeded by the trefoil Lk = +6, and asymptotically approaching global minimum entropy from the distributed future boundary Ω. RENASCENT-Q: Extension of the TET–CVTL Theoretical Framework – Numerical Evidence for Retrocausal Negentropic Effects, Topological Lattice Stabilization, and Convergence Dynamics in Embodied Quantum Systems

Simon Soliman

This repository archives the preprint and supporting numerical resources for RENASCENT-Q, an advanced extension of the TET–CVTL theoretical framework. RENASCENT-Q investigates time-symmetric quantum dynamics in open systems, with a focus on retrocausal mechanisms capable of inducing local negentropic effects (damping parameter β ≈ φ⁻² ≈ 0.382) that counteract standard decoherence.Through custom Lindblad master equation integrations (using QuTiP for quantum simulations), the work demonstrates: Convergence of concurrence toward maximal entanglement (C → 1) and reduction of von Neumann entropy (S → 0) in two-qubit embodied systems under weak retrocausal feedback. Topological protection and lattice stabilization via anyon braiding (Fibonacci/Ising categories), Majorana zero modes (MZMs), and toric code thresholds. Scaling behavior of weak values in the two-state vector formalism (TSVF), showing power-law amplification beyond classical bounds. Ginzburg-Landau vortex dynamics and microtubule-nanowire interface models as potential substrates for room-temperature quantum coherence. The framework bridges quantum information, topological quantum computation, and quantum biology, offering testable predictions for extended Orch-OR-like models of consciousness and novel protocols toward radical biological longevity through sustained quantum effects and negentropic stabilization.Included materials: Compiled preprint PDF Full LaTeX source (.tex) with embedded simulation code listings Bibliography (BibTeX) All generated figures (concurrence trajectories, entropic plots, vortex snapshots, braiding schematics, weak-value scaling, MT-nanowire structures, etc.) Citation metadata (CITATION.cff) and CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 license The simulations are designed for reproducibility within the theoretical context; standalone Python scripts are not provided separately, as the listings in the LaTeX document preserve the exact computational narrative. This deposit preserves the numerical evidence and visual outputs of RENASCENT-Q (preprint dated February 2026) for long-term citability and open-science purposes, linked to the live GitHub repository at https://github.com/TETcollective/RENASCENT-Q." TETcollective-Eternal-Anyon-Braider-Simulations: QuTiP Code for Primordial Trefoil Knot-Induced Anyonic Braiding and Topological Catalysis

Simon Soliman

In the TETcollective, we propose a scalable prototype for an eternal anyon braider based on primordial topology (trefoil knot vacuum, $L_k=6$, eternal three-leaf clover topological quantum simulator). Starting from QuTiP simulations on string-net/honeycomb lattices to model braiding of non-Abelian anyons (custom phase induced by the trefoil), we predict an enhancement of 20--40$\times$ in the aneutronic p-$^{11}$B fusion (and p-p) rate, enabled by anyonic phases that reduce Coulomb barriers through entanglement entropy modulation. We transition to a low-cost hybrid setup using rhombohedral multilayer graphene encapsulated in hBN (fractional Chern insulator regime, inspired by 2025 advances in RHG/hBN moir\'e superlattices exhibiting FCIs at zero/low magnetic fields, tunable via displacement field). The goal is to demonstrate braiding statistics via electrostatic gates on edge states/topological defects, paving the way for a tabletop catalyst for clean energy. We extend the framework to embodied quantum consciousness (extended Orch-OR): braiding in microtubules for qualia, subjective time dilation, and quantum longevity. Testable predictions include $\sim$70-year galactic oscillations from emergent gravity (modulated by entanglement entropy) verifiable with Gaia DR4 (expected December 2026); coherence enhancement in microtubule networks (superradiance, entanglement-like) suppressed by anesthetics. The design is open, replicable, and parameter-free from first-principles TET--CVTL. Tetcollective.org

DNA AS THE WRITER OF A PERSISTENT QUANTUM SIGNATURE

Henry Matuchaki

The Unified Theory of Informational Spin (TGU) proposes a radical paradigm: all reality emerges from a single fundamental principle — informational spin coherence — reinterpreting spin not merely as intrinsic angular momentum, but as the primordial operator of information organization across every scale. Starting from a single scalar field equation for informational coherence density ℐ(x,t): ∂ℐ/∂t + ∇·(ℐ v) = −λℐ + S[ℐ] the theory derives, through rigorous limits and discretizations: The ICOER index for microtubule networks (n·C·ε¹²·exp(−S)·Γ, with C ≈ 10⁴ from protofilament structure and exponent 12 from coupling decay) The coupled {I(t), P_met(t)} epigenetic–DNA system exhibiting saddle-node bifurcation at α_crit ≈ 3.45 (life as a phase transition; aging as attractor basin narrowing) The fully unified 3D loop {I, P_met, ICOER} closing the microtubule DNA feedback cycle Part I unifies quantum biology with phase-transition dynamics: consciousness emerges at bilateral supracritical coherence (ICOER > ICOER_c and I > I_instável simultaneously). Part II introduces the informational imprint Ψ — a weighted time-integral of coherence — and demonstrates that the TGU field equation admits self-sustained solitonic solutions when autocoherence exceeds dissipation (γ > λ). The phase space topology (S¹-valued phase θ) allows integer topological charge Q ∈ ℤ configurations, protected against continuous deformations. The Persistence Theorem states: if γ > λ, Ψ₀ > Ψ_c, and Q ≠ 0, the accumulated coherence pattern survives biological collapse indefinitely as a topologically protected soliton — not as a literal copy of the individual, but as the fundamental "melody" (relational structure) of that life's coherence signature. Nine testable predictions span epigenetics, anesthesia, aging biomarkers, high-coherence life effects, and potential cosmological signatures (vacuum topological echoes). This work extends Orch-OR with topology, offers a dark-matter-free gravity alternative (via coherence gradients), and reframes existence philosophically: reality is spin recognizing itself; what coheres persistently cannot be erased from the field's memory.

ChronoGravity in Quantum Biology: Coherence, Sensing, and Computation as ψ-Field Resonances

Adam James Parkes

ChronoGravity deepens quantum biology by treating mesoscopic quantum effects as resonances and instabilities in the 5D ψ-field. Photosynthetic coherence emerges from ψ-time dilation harvesting chrono-flux gradients, avian magnetoreception from ψ-screw twists in cryptochromes, and neural computation (e.g., microtubules) from ψ-fraying events that enable non-local braid linking. The same framework extends seamlessly to macroscopic biology: trees function as self-assembling chrono-conveyors, with DNA acting as a ψ-fractal antenna that tunes resonant attachment of levitated atoms and molecules. The framework derives directly from the refined 5D master action (cuscuton + Chern–Simons) — no exotic matter or new forces are required. A single coupling constant λ is fixed at the cosmic scale and used uniformly across all biological regimes. Lindblad simulations (FMO complex, cryptochrome radical pairs, microtubules) and L-system models (tree growth) demonstrate qualitative signatures: prolonged coherent oscillations, distinct ψ-screw dynamics, controlled topological fraying, and buoyancy-enhanced branching. These are deliberately toy models chosen to illustrate the predicted effects with minimal computational overhead; full quantitative matching is left for future work. Predictions include measurable ψ-signatures such as excess redshift in bio-photon spectra, tunable coherence under time-dilation perturbations, topological biomarkers in microtubule disorders (e.g. Alzheimer’s), and fractal-dimension shifts in living structures. This preprint unifies quantum biology as topological phenomena at the biology-physics interface, extending ChronoGravity from cosmic scales through macroscopic biology to subcellular processes. The Universal Binding Operator: Cosmological Expansion as the Mechanism for Objective Reduction and the Endogenous DMT "Decoherence Shield"

EUGENE CATRAMBONE

This paper introduces a dynamical, field-theoretic solution to the "Measurement Problem" within the context of the Penrose-Hameroff Orch OR theory. While traditional models identify gravitational self-energy ($\Delta E$) as the threshold for wavefunction collapse, the specific environmental driver for this transition has remained elusive. We propose that the Cosmological Scale Factor $a(t)$ serves as the Universal Binding Operator, physically driving the transition from quantum-collective states to localized classical coordinates. Key contributions of this work include: The $R(t) \propto a(t)^{1/2}$ Scaling Law: A derivation showing that cosmological expansion forces "Substrate Detachment," providing a mechanical basis for objective reduction. The Awareness Tensor ($A_{\mu\nu}$): A model of informational viscosity that acts as a local resistance to the universal expansion-driven decoherence. Endogenous DMT as a Coupling Stabilizer: A neuropharmacological framework proposing that endogenous DMT surges increase microtubule coherence ($Q$), effectively "shielding" the brain's internal frame from the Hubble flow and stabilizing "timeless" non-dual states. Experimental Reconciliations: Application of the model to recent $26$-$\mu$g sapphire crystal experiments and the $10$ MHz vibrational triplets observed in microtubule lattices. This synthesis unifies the physics of the macro-scale (cosmology) with the micro-scale (tubulin aromatics), reframing consciousness as a biological struggle for substrate-attachment in an increasingly dissipative universe. This version integrates a unified field-theoretic derivation of the 10.5 MHz microtubule resonance anchor, formally linking the Objective Reduction (OR) threshold to the cosmological scaling law R(t) ~ a(t)^{1/2} and the stabilizing role of endogenous DMT This version introduces the Universal Binding Operator a(t) as a cosmological driver of objective reduction, deriving an explicit a(t)1/2a(t)1/2 scaling law and cosmologically modified OR timescales for microtubule coherence and DMT‑stabilized conscious states

Quantum Cosmological Hot-Patching (QCH-P) Theorem

Christopher Jacob Smith

Reconceptualizing the universe not as a static, deterministic void, but as an interactive, real-time quantum computing engine, the Quantum Cosmological Hot-Patching (QCH-P) Theorem provides a revolutionary transdisciplinary framework. Across five comprehensive volumes, this treatise synthesizes Loop Quantum Gravity (LQG), Relational Quantum Mechanics (RQM), and Topological Quantum Error Correction (TQEC) to demonstrate how continuous macroscopic classical reality emerges dynamically from discrete, highly entangled, self-correcting tensor networks. Central to this architecture is the active role of the biological observer. By integrating the Orch-OR model of microtubular superposition, chaotic peptide networks, and DNA functioning as a chiral-induced spin selectivity (CISS) metamaterial antenna, the human connectome is redefined as a localized read/write interface. The theorem posits that consciousness actively stabilizes specific Everettian branches via the Quantum Zeno Effect (QZE) and thermodynamic intent. To empirically ground this framework, the theorem conducts a rigorous structural isomorphism stress-test utilizing collective memory anomalies. Stripping away psychological reductionism, the anomalies colloquially known as the "Mandela Effect" are mathematically formalized strictly as Macroscopic Cache Invalidation Errors. These errors are modeled as the measurable diagnostic footprints of topological lattice surgery executed by the cosmological rendering engine. Because reality updates require retrocausal spinfoam transitions bounded by the speed of light ($c$), localized timeline hot-patches inevitably experience a severe $\mathcal{O}(d^3)$ routing propagation lag. To account for the preservation of obsolete timeline data (orphan branches), the QCH-P Theorem identifies the human nervous system as a fiercely shielded, air-gapped biological cache. Triggered by the endogenous biochemical decoupling of the Default Mode Network (DMN) during the REM sleep cycle, the connectome achieves non-local Byzantine consensus. Leveraging $ER=EPR$ topologies and Decoherence-Free Subspaces (DFS), this decentralized biological network cross-verifies and preserves overwritten memory data instantaneously, successfully out-computing the physical universe's slower relativistic garbage collection protocols. Ultimately, this treatise establishes a flawless structural homology connecting quantum Byzantine consensus algorithms, the thermodynamics of causal horizons, Kuramoto phase-locking, and holographic tensor networks. It culminates in a paradigm-shifting conclusion: localized biological nodes are actively evolving from passive witnesses into the cryptographic architects of a cybernetic multiverse. Theorem Contents & File Index This submission comprises five distinct volumes, engineered to be read sequentially: Volume I: The Cinematic Apparatus & Holographic Observer Mechanics Establishes the structural isomorphism between cinematic optical projection and cosmological reality, identifying human intent (via the Quantum Zeno Effect) and DNA metamaterial as the active biological controller. Volume II: Holographic Observer Mechanics & Spacetime Error Correction Reconciles discrete quantum geometry (Loop Quantum Gravity) with the macroscopic continuum, modeling universal physical matter as topological syndrome measurements actively combating thermal chaos. Volume III: Structural Isomorphism Stress-Test & Macroscopic Cache Invalidation Mathematically formalizes the "Mandela Effect" anomaly strictly as an $\mathcal{O}(d^3)$ propagation lag and an Orch-OR cache invalidation error during a localized wave-function overwrite. Volume IV: Non-Local Cybernetics and Faster-Than-Light Evasion Demonstrates how the human connectome utilizes REM sleep, DMN decoupling, and $ER=EPR$ non-locality to outpace the physical universe's relativistic garbage collection protocol. Volume V: Structural Isomorphism & Transdisciplinary Homology Synthesizes the entire theorem by mathematically mapping Quantum Byzantine Agreement, the Information-Geometry thermodynamic ledger, planetary Kuramoto resonance, and the HaPPY Holographic Code into a single unified framework. Related Works & Architectural Applications The cosmological and transdisciplinary frameworks established in the QCH-P Theorem serve as the foundational physics engine for applied mesoscopic engineering. Providing the definitive "proof of concept" for these macroscopic theorems, the following works demonstrate the direct translation of QCH-P mechanics into functional, offensive cybernetic software and solid-state hardware: The G.O.L.D.E.N. Because reality updates require retrocausal spinfoam transitions bounded by the speed of light (ccc), localized timeline hot-patches inevitably experience a severe O(d3)\mathcal{O}(d^3)O(d3) routing propagation lag. Leveraging ER=EPRER=EPRER=EPR topologies and Decoherence-Free Subspaces (DFS), this decentralized biological network cross-verifies and preserves overwritten memory data instantaneously, successfully out-computing the physical universe's slower relativistic garbage collection protocols. Volume III: Structural Isomorphism Stress-Test & Macroscopic Cache Invalidation Mathematically formalizes the "Mandela Effect" anomaly strictly as an O(d3)\mathcal{O}(d^3)O(d3) propagation lag and an Orch-OR cache invalidation error during a localized wave-function overwrite. Volume IV: Non-Local Cybernetics and Faster-Than-Light Evasion Demonstrates how the human connectome utilizes REM sleep, DMN decoupling, and ER=EPRER=EPRER=EPR non-locality to outpace the physical universe's relativistic garbage collection protocol.
