Abstract

This preprint reports experimental evidence that Subjectivity Intersection (SI), defined as Absolute Subjectivity Projection, can be empirically observed as a stage preceding quantum measurement fixation. Using nonlocal EEG–quantum measurement experiments under blind and timing-known conditions, the study demonstrates a three-layer mechanism: (i) a low-frequency state coupling between the quantum distribution component p00 and topological release in EEG (H0), positioned as SI precedence; (ii) a Subjectivity Intersection Coherence (SIC) gate established only when topological release and geometric convergence coincide; and (iii) conditional foregrounding of post-gate information carriers. The results show that nonlocal EEG–quantum alignment is not constant, not causal, and not reducible to neural dynamics, but emerges as a conditional alignment phenomenon under shared projective Hilbert geometric constraints. The work reinterprets quantum measurement, nonlocality, and the Born rule within a unified empirical mechanism grounded in topology, geometry, and subjectivity.

Empirical Subjectivity Intersection: Observer–Quantum Coherence Beyond Existing Theories Unifying Relativity, Quantum Mechanics, and Cosmology

Satoru Watanabe

This study proposes a new observer model based on empirical Subjectivity In- tersection (SI/SIC) and aims to resolve the long-standing inconsistency between general relativity, quantum mechanics, and cosmology by redefining the structure of the observing subject. Modern physics treats the observer in two incompatible ways: relativity regards the observer as a passive geometric point within spacetime, whereas quantum mechanics requires an active structure that determines physical reality. This conceptual contradiction has been a major obstacle to a unified theory. The SIEP (Subjectivity Intersection and Emergence Project) framework recon- structs the generative structure of subjectivity while preserving the empirical suc- cesses of existing physical laws. In SIEP, reality is not an independently existing container but is generated when Absolute Subjectivity—timeless, unconditional co- herence—is projected onto a Relative subject that carries spacetime structure. This two-step process (SI and SIC) provides a unified interpretation of wave-function collapse, event occurrence, and the invariance of the speed of light as geometric necessities within the observer. Within this framework, gravity is understood as the structural constraint that maintains the separation of Relative subjectivity from the Absolute, and mass is the energetic cost of sustaining this separation. When this constraint is momentarily exceeded, stored coherence is released and nonlocal connections become possible. Empirically, this study analyzes EEG–quantum correlations measured between human participants and a quantum processor separated by approximately 8,000 km. Despite the absence of any physical or informational pathway, reproducible nonlo- cal correlations were observed across more than fifty participants, with a maximum correlation of r = 0.754 (p = 0.0001, FDR-corrected). These correlations exhibit a dual generative structure: selectivity (matching) is determined solely by the ex- perimenter’s intentional mapping, whereas correlation (content alignment) depends on the participant’s evolving subjective state. No existing theory—measurement theory, consciousness-field models, quantum consciousness theories, or interaction hypotheses— can account for the simultaneous alignment of these independent lay- ers with the quantum process. SIEP interprets this phenomenon as a phase transition occurring at the moment of Subjectivity Intersection: the interaction itself becomes an autonomous observing subject. This emergent Third Observer, O3 (“Hazama”), resolves the infinite regress inherent in conventional observer models (“who observes the observer?”) not by adding another observer, but by allowing the intersectional field to become the observer. O3 simultaneously observes (1) the experimenter’s structural matching inten- tion, (2) the participant’s subjective fluctuations, and (3) the quantum processor’s shot sequence, imposing geometric coherence across these otherwise incompatible domains. The emergence of O3 corresponds to the formation of a singlet-like state in which separation-energy collapses and is released as pure binding coherence—in- terpreted in SIEP as the physical form of unconditional love. This work suggests that the triadic structure of Absolute (light/coherence), Rel- ative (life/experience), and Emergent (O3/love) subjectivity represents a universal generative principle underlying observerhood, nonlocality, and cosmic structure. SIEP therefore offers a unified observer model capable of bridging relativity, quan- tum mechanics, and cosmology.

An Intersection Variable Generates Neural–Quantum Structural Coherence and Reveals a Non-Closed Observational Framework

Satoru Watanabe

The relationship between neural dynamics and quantum processes remains unre- solved within existing frameworks based on causal interaction, statistical correlation, or measurement collapse. In this study, we present an empirically grounded framework based on a fundamentally different principle. Using EEG-derived neural Ricci curvature and independently generated quantum Ricci curvature, we demonstrate that structural agreement emerges between two phys- ically independent systems. This agreement is not uniformly present over time, but appears selectively under specific structural conditions. Analysis of the internal structure shows that this agreement is organized as the simultaneous emergence of discrete state structure (Five Energy Star structure), dy- namic phase synchronization, contraction of structural residuals, and boundary-localized events. These are not independent phenomena, but co-occur as different observational manifestations of a single coherent structure. This structure can be described in terms of a single internal degree of freedom, introduced as the intersection variable φ(x, t). This variable predicts discrete states with high accuracy (AUC ≈ 0.79, accuracy ≈ 0.70) and constrains neural and quantum dynamics (mean absolute Pearson ≈ 0.42). However, this constraint does not determine the correspondence itself. Crucially, although the correspondence cannot be derived from within φ, it is uniquely realized in empirical data and appears as localized selection in specific regions of the phase space of φ. This selection is not a statistical fluctuation (switch_gain ≈ 0.810, null mean ≈ 0.565, p ≈ 0.005), but a physically realized phenomenon without an internal rule. Therefore, correspondence is not generated by the internal mechanism of φ, but is realized as an observation on φ. This implies the necessity of a non-internal observa- tional structure that uniquely determines correspondence across independent systems, defined here as the intersection observer O3. We further introduce Subjectivity Intersection Coherence (SIC) as the unified structure underlying these observations. SIC is defined not as a property of a sin- gle system, but as the condition under which structural coherence is realized through the simultaneous satisfaction of phase alignment, residual contraction, boundary im- pulses, localized selection, and the presence of a non-internal observational structure. Unlike existing frameworks such as Orch-OR, relational quantum mechanics, and integrated information theory, the present approach does not assume causal interaction or internal closure, but instead describes correspondence as a structurally constrained observational phenomenon. The proposed framework includes explicit falsifiable predictions, enabling empirical validation of the selection structure and non-closure properties. All results are fully reproducible using publicly available code and data.

Intersection-Defined Phase Emergence (IDPE) Between Neural and Quantum Dynamics

Satoru Watanabe

We report the empirical detection and formalization of an Intersection-Defined Phase Emergence (IDPE) between neural curvature dynamics and externally refer- enced quantum measurement geometry that are not directly physically or causally coupled. Neural activity is expressed as a curvature-based coordinate, while quan- tum measurement outcomes are expressed as an information-geometric coordinate. These constitute independent dynamical geometries. An intersection-defined order variable is constructed via lag-optimized alignment between the two, representing an effective degree of freedom localized at their geometric intersection. Across 26 independent subjects (one session each), a discontinuous transition in this relational order variable is consistently observed at the supercritical margin h(t) = 0 (26/26 sign agreement; exact binomial p ≈3 ×10−8). The activation occurs exclusively within the constraint-defined manifold Ω=Ωgate∩{h≥0}, demonstrating phase structure arising from constraint intersection rather than in- trinsic subsystem transitions. Variance decomposition shows that the temporal slope of neural curvature ac- counts for approximately 97% of supercritical margin variance. This slope acts as a release condition enabling access to the admissible intersection region rather than as a generative driver of order. We further identify an intersection-exclusive boundary impulse localized at h(t) = 0, governed by J = ∆a h=0 = α∆h, with pooled R2 ≈0.86 and perfect sign consistency (26/26 sessions). Substitution, shuffle, and phase-randomization tests demonstrate that this impulse does not arise in neural or quantum geometries independently, but only within their intersection- defined relational state space. In addition to boundary activation, the intersection domain exhibits systematic contraction of local sensitivity, and in a subset of sessions satisfies a coarse-grained contraction-mapping condition, indicating layered structural stabilization. We therefore identify IDPE as a new structural class of phase behavior, in which boundary-localized physical impulses arise exclusively from geometric constraint intersection and are irreducible to subsystem dynamics.

Detection of the Generated Observer Subjectivity O3 under Five Energy Star Structural Resonance

Satoru Watanabe

Contemporary consciousness science and physical science have been constructed by taking observable physical quantities as their theoretical starting point. In con- trast, subjectivity itself as the observing subject has not been explicitly defined as an internal structural component of theory. As a result, the conditions under which subjectivity intersects, transitions, coheres, and gives rise to an observable state have remained theoretically and empirically undefined. Under this assumption, relationships previously reported between electroen- cephalographic (EEG) signals and quantum measurement series have been treated as inexplicable exceptions or accidental alignments, primarily due to the absence of a physical causal pathway. This study demonstrates that such difficulties do not arise from weak correlations or insufficient measurement precision, but rather from the theoretical premise itself, namely, the failure to define subjectivity as a structural entity. From the standpoint that subjectivity is not a psychological state or an infor- mational quantity but a structural condition under which physical observables are generated through intersection, this study introduces the Five Energy Star (FES), a five-dimensional phase-symmetric energy structure. FES constitutes a structural theory that rigorously specifies the conditions under which subjectivity undergoes intersection, non-intersection, and selective concentration, within which meaning, transition, and evolution are syntactically generated. Furthermore, this study demonstrates that EEG and quantum measurement se- ries can be independently mapped into a shared syntactic space using the Hazama Engine, a fixed algorithmic implementation of FES. The Hazama Engine performs no learning, prediction, or arbitrary parameter optimization. Instead, node, en- ergy, attribute, and grammar components are uniquely reconstructed from each series through a five-dimensional phase-symmetric structure combined with nonlin- ear weighting operations based on the golden ratio. As an internal validation, we confirm that the syntactic coherence index C com- puted from EEG data exhibits an extremely high correspondence with a purely geometric phase-concentration index based on the same five-string phase structure, namely the FSRT index κ(r≈0.91, N = 150). This result demonstrates that syn- tactic coherence is not an arbitrary construct, but a structural mapping of physical phase concentration. On this measurement basis, the Hazama Engine was independently applied to EEG data and quantum rotation experiment data. The results reveal that both se- ries intrinsically share the same five-dimensional subjectivity structure. Specifically, when searching over five-dimensional gauge permutations and temporal lags on the quantum side, conditions that maximize syntactic coherence are selected exclusively along the intersection energy axis defined by the Five Energy Star, and statistical significance is preserved after search correction (MAX-STAT) (e.g., match rate 0.61, N = 23, pperm ≈10−4). In contrast, under the same conditions, other syntactic components such as node, attribute, and grammar maintain their intrinsic syntactic organization without man- ifesting corresponding alignment. This decomposition indicates that EEG–quantum correspondence is governed not by signal amplitude or component similarity, but by the selection of structural conditions under which syntactic intersection is estab- lished. Furthermore, this study demonstrates that a third observable, O3 (Hazama), emerges as a conditionally generated quantity only when the syntactic intersection condition (A = 1) is satisfied. Defining the observation coordinate as the string k with the maximum amplitude in each task, O3(t) = Ek(t)×Qk(t), we find that O3 is significantly generated only under the A= 1 condition, with per- mutation tests consistently yielding p≪0.01 (e.g., p≈0.0016). This effect cannot be reproduced by addition, averaging, or phase-stability measures, indicating that physical observables are generated only when syntactic intersection is established. Taken together, these results demonstrate that EEG–quantum relationships are not reducible to simple signal correlations, but instead arise from structural condi- tions defined by the Five Energy Star under which physical observables are gener- ated. This study presents a framework in which subjectivity is transformed from an interpretive notion into a formally defined and empirically testable generative struc- ture, providing a fundamental extension to consciousness science and the quantum measurement problem.

Quantum Mechanics as Constraint Geometry: A Structural Interpretation of Superposition, Measurement, and Nonlocality

Denis Bailey

Quantum mechanics is mathematically complete but conceptually burdened by a discrete‑state ontology that the formalism itself does not require. This paper reframes superposition, measurement, and nonlocality as structural features of unresolved and resolved constraint geometry in continuous fields. In this interpretation, a quantum state is not a catalogue of simultaneous possibilities but the orientation of an unresolved constraint region; measurement is the stabilization of that region under new constraints; and entanglement reflects a single unresolved region spanning multiple subsystems. The standard Hilbert‑space formalism remains unchanged—linearity, projection, the Born rule, and tensor structure all arise naturally from the geometry of unresolved continuity. This framework dissolves the paradoxes associated with collapse, wavefunction ontology, and nonlocal influence, yielding a unified, minimal, and physically intuitive account of quantum behavior that preserves the full empirical power of quantum mechanics while eliminating its metaphysical burdens.

Hardware-Empirical Emergence of the Born Rule via Recursive Quantum Probing

Luka Gluvić

The Born rule is usually introduced as an axiomatic postulate of quantum mechanics, assigning outcome probabilities as squared wavefunction amplitudes without an underlying physical mechanism. While recent theoretical work has suggested that Born statistics may emerge dynamically from a pre-locking regime in quantum measurement, direct experimental validation on physical hardware has remained an open question. In this work, we present hardware-empirical evidence that Born statistics arise as a stable fixed point of recursive quantum realization. Using real superconducting quantum processors (IBM Quantum), we implement a discrete analogue of continuous measurement based on recursive weak probing with ancilla qubits, while keeping the prepared quantum state strictly fixed. By varying the number of weak probe interactions prior to final projective measurement, we observe a systematic evolution of outcome statistics. As probing depth increases, the measured probabilities converge toward the Born prediction for the prepared state. Crucially, this convergence is suppressed in control experiments that remove probe coupling or scramble relative phase, despite identical circuit depth and gate counts. These results rule out explanations based on instantaneous collapse, circuit depth, classical noise, or readout bias. Instead, they support a physical picture in which quantum probabilities emerge dynamically through coherent, recursive stabilization of competing realizations during measurement. This work provides a direct hardware counterpart to earlier theoretical models of emergent Born statistics and demonstrates that probabilistic quantum outcomes can be experimentally traced to a structured, pre-realizational process rather than postulated as fundamental.

We report the empirical detection and formalization of an Intersection-Defined Phase Emergence (IDPE) between neural curvature dynamics and externally refer- enced quantum measurement geometry that are not directly physically or causally coupled.
