Abstract

Within the frameework of the double Jaynes-Cummings model, the dynamics of the atom-atom entanglement of two dipole-coupled superconducting qubits interacting nonresonantly withn two independent modes of the resonator fields was investigated. It is shown that for a separable initial states of qubits, the detuning affects only the period of entanglement oscillations, not the maхimum value of entanglement. It was also established that for considered model the maximal amount of entanglement takes place for equal atomfield couplings.

Entanglement between two dipole-coupled qubits interacting with a detuned thermal field

In this paper we have investigated the dynamics of entanglement of two identical qubits nonresonantly interacting with one mode of a vacuum or a thermal electromagnetic field in lossless resonator in the presence of a direct dipole-dipole interaction. On the basis of the exact solution of the considered model, the Peres- Horodetskii entanglement parameter (negativity) for qubits has been found. Numerical simulation of the negativity for various model parameters has been carried out. It has been shown that the interaction of qubits with the thermal field of the resonator can lead to their entanglement. It has been established that the detuning and dipole-dipole interaction of qubits can be used to manipulate and control the degree of their entanglement.

Influence of Stark shift on atomic entanglement induced bу a thermal field of one-mode cavitу

Considering two-atom degenerate two-photon Jaynes-Cummings model, we investigate the entanglement between two atoms prepared initially in the separable or entangled states and the cavity field prepared in a thermal state, and study the effect of the Stark shift on entanglement. The results show that for separable initial atomic state the atom-atom entanglement can be greatly enhanced due to the presence of Stark shift. For entangled initial atomic state the Stark shift reduces the amplitudes of entanglement oscillations and stabilizes the atom-atom entanglement.

Entanglement in a detuned two-photon two-atom Tavis-Cumming s model

Е.К. А. К. Bashkirov

In this paper, we investigated the entanglement between two two-level atoms when they simultaneously interact with a single-mode thermal field via not-resonant degenerate two-photon transitions. We showed that a detuning between the atomic transition frequency and twice field frequency might cause high entanglement between the atoms. For appropriate values of detuning atoms would get entangled even when both atoms are initially in the excited states.

Markovian and non-Markovian dynamics of two dipole-dipole interacting atoms is studied with the help of stochastic Schroedinger equation (SSE). It is shown that the non-Markovian effects are appeared in the form of oscillations of probabilities to find the systems in the entanglement states. Keywords: non-Markovian dynamics, stochastic Schrödinger equation, dipole-dipole interaction.

The influence of dipole-dipole interaction on entanglement of two superconducting qubits in the framework of double Jaynes-Cummins model

Mikhail M. Evseev, Eugene K. Bashkirov

In this paper we investigated the entanglement dynamics between two superconducting qubits interacting with two microwave modes of independent coplanar cavities taking into account the direct dipole-dipole interaction. The model with different qubit-field couplings and detunings is under consideration. Using the dressed-states representation technique we derived the exact solution for considered model with qubits prepared initially in entangled states and vacuum field modes. We have carried out the dependence of the atom-atom entanglement on the strength of the dipole-dipole interaction and other parameters of the considered system such as different coupling constants and detunings. The results showed that the presence of a sufficiently large dipole-dipole interaction leads to stabilization of entanglement.
