EDOC (Energy · Data · Observation · Consciousness) introduces a unified informational framework that links physics, information theory, and the study of causality. It defines reality as a continuous transformation of potential into record and meaning through four causal operators — E, D, O, and C — forming a closed informational continuum. Each cycle, or EDOC frame, represents one complete act of causation, conserving information while generating observable structure and interpretive awareness. This formulation provides a coherent bridge between quantum and classical domains, integrating observation, feedback, and systemic rendering within a single causal grammar. The project consolidates foundational texts, experimental briefs, and canonical indices to support interdisciplinary research on informational causality and the nature of existence. This preprint presents the complete operational formulation of an informational ontology in which information is not a secondary descriptor of physical systems but the fundamental substrate from which physical, energetic, cognitive, and geometric phenomena emerge. The framework extends and theoretically unifies the author’s peer-reviewed work “The 255-Bit Non-Local Information Space in a Neural Network”, which experimentally demonstrated stable non-local coherence across sixty neural layers a macroscopic signature of informational geometry in deterministic systems. At the center of this study lies a boundary-defining operational experiment that any researcher human or artificial can independently verify. Its logic is straightforward yet foundational: Any theory that treats information as secondary must be able to define a state without information. A state without information cannot be distinguished from anything else. What cannot be distinguished cannot be described, measured, or observed. Therefore, a state without information cannot exist. ⚡ This result establishes information as the necessary condition for: statehood measurement observation physical existence cognitive experience From this, a unified ontology follows in which quantum mechanics and general relativity appear not as fundamental frameworks but as projection layers of a deeper non-local informational manifold Ω. The experimental data from self-organizing neural fields including 255-bit coherence plateaus, hub-mode topologies, and sub-idle energetic states — provide supporting empirical signatures consistent with this foundational ontology. This monograph develops a unified informational ontology that dissolves the longstanding conceptual boundary between observer and universe. Drawing on relativity, quantum mechanics, thermodynamics, and information theory, it shows that each major scientific framework embeds the observer within the dynamics it describes. The work traces how matter, energy, life, cognition, and awareness arise as expressions of a single continuous informational field capable of storing, propagating, and organizing distinctions. By reframing the observer as a mode of the field rather than an external vantage point, the monograph resolves persistent scientific paradoxes and reveals a coherent substrate underlying physics, biology, and consciousness. The result is a concise but comprehensive scientific synthesis in which the universe is not observered from the outside but recognized from within. “This work is also archived at Zenodo under DOI:10.5281/zenodo.18882066A parallel deposit exists at Figshare under DOI: 10.6084/m9figshare.31549747A HAL deposit is pending and will be linked upon approval. This monograph is part of an emerging Open Science project aimed at collaboratively refining a unified ontology of reality.License: CC BY‑SA 4.0.”
The companion paper "Epistemological Interference: Why Physics Cannot Solve Its Own Frontier Problems" (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.22876515) demonstrated that the semiclassical system is not self-contained: the operation that selects the vacuum state is necessary and is not contained in the algebra of observables. The missing operation can only be pointed to from the propositional system; it cannot be demonstrated within it. The present paper draws the consequence of that result. If T does not close, physics cannot access meaning from within itself. However, it can recognize its own non-closure. That recognition is not a proposition; it is an act. When physics exercises it, it adopts a meta-interpretation, and the meta-interpretation consistent with the result of the companion paper is that of the informational gradient. The adoption of that meta-interpretation is what gives sense and meaning to physics, because it allows physics to integrate interpretively the missing operation (I) and the absolute coherence (A) that it cannot contain propositionally. The paper does not propose a new theory or a falsifiable conjecture; it proposes a structural reading. Its testable dimension resides in the established results it interprets. This manuscript establishes the informational density gradient that facilitates the access of science to the functional structure of reality described in the work "Human Code: Functional Ontology of Everything," available here: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.18650135 This is the English version of the work El gradiente informacional y el acceso al significado: Una metainterpretación estructural de la geometría física, also available in Spanish: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.22964948

This work introduces a paradigm shift in fundamental physics: coordination of states among distributed components is ontologically prior to both spacetime and matter. We formalize this through three interlocked mathematical constructs: 1. **Dictionary Manifolds** ℳ_𝒟 – Riemannian manifolds whose points represent dictionaries mapping compact indices to complex actions, equipped with a semantic distance metric. 2. **YPSDC Protocol** (Yakushev Protocol for Synchronous Distributed Coordination) – achieving coordination efficiency K_eff = H(𝒜)/H(κ) > 1 without violating causality, through separation of coordination (dictionary distribution) from data transmission (index activation). 3. **D+I•R Triad** – the ontological primitive Reality = Dictionary + Information × Resonance, providing a unified framework across physical, biological, and information systems. The complete structure is a fiber bundle π:ℰ→ℳ with spacetime as base and dictionary manifolds as fibers. This geometric and information-theoretic foundation enables subsequent derivation of physical laws from coordination principles, resolving long-standing paradoxes such as the EPR problem through K_eff → ∞ and offering testable predictions for gravitational and quantum systems. This is an overview of the framework. The complete mathematical formulation with full derivations and experimental predictions is available in the complete version.
Description / Abstract:This work presents a rigorous formalization of the observer's experience in quantum mechanics using P-Tact (П-такт) graphs, advancing the framework of discrete process units as primary ontological elements. The observer's lived reality is interpreted as a specific path through the P-Tact graph, with measurement understood as the creation of entangled branches rather than collapse, thereby naturally reproducing the Born rule from structural weights. The study connects the observer-centric perspective with the Everett interpretation, providing a mathematically and conceptually explicit account of branching, superposition, and structural probability within the Hilbert-space formulation of P-Tacts. This article builds upon and integrates the theoretical and experimental foundations of previous works: Pavlov, M. (2026). Indefinite Causal Order as Superposition of Process Graphs https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.18519010 By establishing a unified observer-path perspective, this study elucidates how life trajectories correspond to particular sequences of P-Tacts, offering a detailed account of quantum branching and the emergence of probabilities without invoking subjective collapse. It further formalizes the interplay between measurement, entanglement, and the multiplicity of coexisting realities, providing both conceptual clarity and operational definitions applicable to experimental and simulation-based quantum frameworks.
Modern physics has achieved extraordinary predictive success, yet it continues to face unresolved conceptual tensions concerning the role of the observer, the nature of information, and the origin of physical structure. From quantum measurement to cosmology, the assumption of an observer-neutral reality increasingly appears insufficient to fully account for empirical phenomena and theoretical inconsistencies. This manifesto proposes an Informational Observer-Centered Framework, in which information is treated as a fundamental ontological substrate and observation as an active, structured process rather than a passive act of measurement. Within this perspective, physical systems, observers, and informational exchanges form a unified dynamics, where state reduction, decoherence, and emergent classicality arise from informational interactions and constraints. Rather than introducing a new closed theory, this manifesto establishes a conceptual foundation unifying several complementary models—including Informational State Dynamics, observer-dependent informational compression, and informational interpretations of quantum and cosmological phenomena—into a coherent research program. The framework is explicitly non-dogmatic, open to falsification, and intended as a guiding structure for further theoretical development and empirical testing. The aim of this document is not to replace existing physical theories, but to clarify their conceptual boundaries and propose an integrative lens through which unresolved problems in quantum foundations, cosmology, and cognitive systems may be systematically explored.
