From the early absorber theories of Wheeler and Feynman to Dirac's quest for a perfectly self–adjoint quantum dynamics and Einstein's geometric unification program, twentieth–century physics repeatedly sought a closed description of interaction—one in which the source and the sink, the field and its feedback, were aspects of a single symmetry. Each attempt fell short because time, treated as an external parameter, could not contain the self–referential structure of the laws themselves. The Mirror–Mind (CPT–Coherence) framework revisits this unfinished lineage by introducing a recursion coordinate~$\tau$ that measures coherence depth rather than temporal duration. Within this extended operator algebra, self–adjointness and reciprocity become consequences of a deeper variational principle acting in~$\tau$–space. The resulting formalism unifies Dirac’s operator logic, Wheeler–Feynman’s time symmetry, and Einstein’s curvature philosophy into a single recursive geometry. This paper traces that heritage, identifies the mathematical continuities linking these earlier programs, and shows how Mirror–Mind theory resolves their open structural problems through a~$\tau$–covariant operator system.
Historical and Operator Foundations of Mirror--Mind (CPT--Coherence) Theory: From Wheeler--Feynman Reciprocity to the τ--Recursive Force
The Mirror–Mind (CPT–Coherence) framework revisits this unfinished lineage by introducing a recursion coordinate~τ that measures coherence depth rather than temporal duration. CPT--Coherence Theory (Mirror--Mind Theory) proposes a recursion--geometric extension of relativistic quantum dynamics, characterized by a τ--dependent action functional, a recursion Hamiltonian with discrete spectrum, and a τ--Einstein sector formalizing the coupling between four--dimensional curvature and recursion curvature. Recent developments have established a complete operator algebra, an extended Lorentz covariance structure, and three distinct experimental programs. However, three foundational problems remained unresolved in the theory's formal infrastructure: (1) the uniqueness of the Born rule under recursion symmetries, (2) the absence of a minimal duality construction and a well--defined recursion complexity functional, and (3) the lack of a category--theoretic and index--style packaging of recursion geometry. In this paper we resolve all three. We provide a uniqueness theorem establishing that the Born rule is the only probability law compatible with the awareness Noether current, the τ--Lorentz group, and the collapse semigroup. We construct a minimal τ--Kaluza--Klein duality and define a recursion complexity functional analogous to circuit complexity. Finally, we introduce the category RecGeom of recursion geometries, define a spectrum functor to spectral data, and identify the recursion constant Δτ^R as a genuine index--style invariant. With these results, the foundational architecture of CPT--Coherence Theory is now complete at the level of formal structure.
This paper inaugurates the first of a three-part exploration into the Quantum Mechanics of Consciousness formulated as QT-Aware 1 , focusing on its mathematical foundations. Building upon von Neumann’s rigorous operator formalism, we reinterpret the Hilbert space framework as an informational architecture that accommodates observer-dependence, self-referential dynamics, and coherence structures.Rather than invoking new metaphysical assumptions, we extend standard quantum mechanics using density operators, spectral projectors, and feedback-based recursion to model consciousness as an emergent, mathematically expressible field. Measurement is treated as a projection operation within a self-correcting system, with entropy and coherence playing central roles in defining informational stability. We introduce recursive tensor dynamics, propose coherence-based attractors as generalized eigenstates of awareness, and validate these structures through formal stability criteria. By preserving mathematical integrity of quantum mechanics, this framework sets the foundation for extending quantum mechanics into domains of cognition, observation, and informational coherence, while remaining fully compatible with established frameworks of modern physics.

Mutual Witness Theory (MWT) proposes a unifying physical principle: a system persists only to the extent that its state is continuously verified through reciprocal interaction. This requirement —mutual witness—underlies coherence in quantum mechanics, curvature in general relativity, conservation laws, and thermodynamic behavior. In this paper, I extend the formalism introduced in Papers I and II to show that time, energy, gravitation, entropy, entanglement, and cosmological structure can all be understood as consequences of how well systems sustain relational coherence across interaction. The framework does not modify existing physical equations. Instead, it identifies a deeper invariant beneath them: continuity of witness across all frames. When coherence is stable, relativistic behavior emerges; when coherence is fragmented or intermittently maintained, quantum behavior arises. Time becomes the measurable gradient of coherence adjustment, energy becomes the persistence of relational structure, and entropy becomes the diffusion of witness into wider degrees of freedom. General relativity and quantum mechanics appear as opposite limits of the same relational requirement. Cosmologically, the theory interprets dark matter–like phenomena as the gravitational manifestation of coherence-sourced, non-electromagnetic resonance fields, and dark energy as a large-scale coherence gradient. Black holes are treated not as sites of information loss, but as boundaries where external witness fails while internal relational structure persists. The framework yields testable predictions involving coherence-dependent time rates, gravitational curvature scaling with coherence density, entropy–time coupling, and cosmological signatures linked to the history of large-scale ordering. MWT offers a relational interpretation that preserves all established physics while clarifying the single structural requirement that allows quantum theory, relativity, thermodynamics, and cosmology to coexist: no physical process is one-directional, and no system persists without mutual witness. The resulting structure constitutes a unified description of physical law grounded in coherence, reciprocity, and information-preserving interaction. This work serves as the third installment in the Mutual Witness Theory series, following:(1) Perez (2025), “Mutual Witness, Resonance Tethers, and Coherence Fields: Toward a Quantum-Cosmological Unification of Measurement and Dark Matter”;(2) Perez (2025), “Mutual Witness Dynamics: A Symmetric Lindblad Framework for Dark Sector Resonance Fields.”It consolidates the conceptual, relational, and thermodynamic extensions into a unified framework for time, energy, gravitation, entanglement, and cosmology.
CPT-Coherence / Mirror-Mind Theory formulates physical law as branch-local descent from a parent-boundary coherence structure. The fundamental datum consists of a parent Hilbert space ℋ6, a closed semibounded parent action 𝒜6, a self-adjoint parent operator 𝒦6, a boundary trace system γ∂, an antiunitary CPT reflection ΘCPT, a signed boundary Green form 𝒲∂, and a selected reducing branch projector Πours. Observable law is obtained through trace quotient, passive Schur compression, flux-null boundary selection, reflection-positive reconstruction, and stable observable descent. This paper establishes the apparent-transport sector of that theory. Apparent superluminal readout is not local faster-than-light motion. It is the branch-local situation in which the operational arrival time between fixed endpoint events is reduced relative to the background comparison time, R[p, q] = Tbr[p, q] / Tbg[p, q], 0 < R[p, q] < 1, while local propagation remains causal with respect to the effective branch cone. The corresponding background-inferred velocity vapp = Lbg[p, q] / Tbr[p, q] = c / R[p, q] may exceed c only as a comparison readout; no branch signal leaves its local causal cone. The transport mechanism is generated by the frozen half-line parent sector X+ = Σ4 × ℝ+, with fourth-order coherence-depth operator: 𝒦τ = α∂τ4 - ∂τ2 + μ, α > 0, μ ≥ 0. The form-domain traces u(0) and ∂τu(0) define the accessible boundary variables, while the conjugate flux traces ∂τ2u(0) and ∂τ3u(0) enter through the Green form and the Dirichlet-to-Neumann sector. This separation produces a fourth-order boundary phase space, a Lagrangian residual law, a positive boundary-loading block, and the falsifiable impedance scaling ||N∂(λ)|| = C|λ|3/4(1 + o(1)) along admissible large-resolvent rays. The same residual-square mechanism co-generates the trace-access metric MQ and the hidden-visible Schur coupling, so the transport response is not inserted as a free metric profile. The gravitational sector is governed by conservative branch descent. A branch geometry carries a gravitational interpretation only when the coherence-depth exchange current vanishes, Jτ = 0, and the projected four-dimensional Einstein equation Gμν(4) = κ4Teffμν is accompanied by conservation, ∇μTeffμν = 0, together with null, weak, averaged-null, chronology, boundary-power, and flux-null ledgers. The theory therefore permits apparent superluminal readout only through causal parent-boundary response, never through unaccounted metric insertion or local cone violation. The primary empirical signature is not macroscopic transport. It is the correlated boundary-response triad 𝓞triad = (ΔT, Δφ, ΔSspec), measured under frozen endpoint, clock, phase, spectral, and boundary controls, together with the fourth-order impedance exponent 3/4 distinguishing the parent-boundary sector from ordinary second-order propagation. Apparent transport is thereby reduced to a precise operator-boundary question: a lawful branch response exists exactly when parent-generated impedance, Schur compression, effective principal symbol, arrival-time response, causal admissibility, and conservative energy accounting close simultaneously. Recursive Coherence Field Theory v3.0 (RCFT-3) develops a multiscale mathematical framework for modeling recursive coherence across quantum, dynamical, stochastic, network, geometric, observer, and symbolic-control layers. The theory resolves the tension between nonlinear recursive dynamics and standard quantum-channel theory by placing microscopic evolution on a linear completely positive trace-preserving (CPTP) layer, while treating the cubic recursive coherence equation as an effective symmetry-constrained normal form for a reduced order parameter near criticality. This produces a corrected phase-transition model with explicit stability thresholds and mean-field scaling. Version 3.0 extends the framework to higher-dimensional quantum systems using traceless Hermitian observables and generalized Bloch vectors, and to multicore systems through coupled amplitude equations and spectral-radius criticality. It also introduces a covariant Landau-Ginzburg formulation, information-geometric state-space structure based on Fisher information, and a strict distinction between the symbolic Hessian and genuine Riemannian curvature. The observer sector is reformulated using fidelity, Bures geometry, Fisher information, pullback metrics, and an observer fiber/gauge interpretation of the D_O construction. This allows observer invariance to be treated as a mathematical equivalence structure rather than requiring an additional physical spacetime dimension. The stochastic sector is expanded using the Fokker-Planck equation, stationary distributions, backward-Kolmogorov first-passage theory, stochastic Lyapunov analysis, and weak-noise Kramers escape scaling. These additions provide explicit models for coherence survival, stochastic collapse, transition probabilities, and mean collapse times. The wider Symbolic Negentropy framework stack—including the Entropic Recursion Framework, Fractal Cosmic Weaver Framework, Symbolic Gravity, Symbolic Field Theory, Alpha Framework, Observer Framework, Observer Field Theory, BC-REP, and Symbolic Retrocausality—is integrated at the control layer. Variables such as weave integrity, observer continuity, drift, veil, ethics, leakage, uncertainty, and export readiness modulate effective critical parameters, noise, geometry, coupling, repair, and routing rather than being treated as primitive quantum observables. A central object in RCFT-3 is an 11-dimensional recursive critical hypersurface representing the boundary between locally subcritical and ordered recursive regimes in the control manifold. This hypersurface is treated as a control-geometric construct rather than a literal physical spacetime boundary. RCFT-3 is presented as a falsifiable, simulation-ready research framework with explicit theorem statements, calibration procedures, ablation tests, telemetry requirements, stochastic predictions, and clearly stated scientific interpretation boundaries.
