Abstract

This research paper presents an innovative approach to combinational circuit design that integrates quantum and conventional computation methods. Unlike traditional circuits utilizing logic gates, this approach exploits quantum gates, with a particular focus on replacing the CCNOT gate with the CSWAP gate. The substitution is aimed at improving computation performance and accuracy in quantum circuits while reducing gate consumption. The study offers a systematic methodology for designing combinational circuits, emphasizing the translation of classical logic functions into their quantum counterparts. This provides valuable insights into the development of precise and efficient quantum combinational circuits, advancing discussions on the integration of quantum computing through strategic utilization of the CSWAP gate.

INTEGRATION OF QUANTUM-INSPIRED ALGORITHMS IN CIRCUIT TECHNOLOGIES FOR ENHANCED COMPUTATIONAL EFFICIENCY

Joe Marshell M, K. Parkavi

The continuous growth in computational demands has led to the exploration of innovative technologies for enhancing circuit efficiency. Quantum-inspired algorithms have garnered attention due to their potential to improve optimization, processing, and energy consumption in conventional circuit technologies. Traditional circuit designs, primarily based on classical computation, face limitations in handling large-scale problems due to inefficient algorithms and hardware constraints. These challenges prompt the need for alternative solutions capable of providing scalable, high-performance computation in complex environments. This research proposes integrating quantum- inspired algorithms into circuit technologies to address these challenges. Quantum algorithms, such as the Quantum Approximate Optimization Algorithm (QAOA) and quantum annealing, offer substantial benefits over classical counterparts, especially in solving NP-hard problems, simulating quantum systems, and optimizing complex functions. The integration of such algorithms into circuit design can potentially reduce computational complexity, improve data throughput, and optimize energy efficiency, offering a more sustainable approach in circuit development. The study investigates the adaptation of quantum-inspired algorithms into field-effect transistors (FETs) and other circuit components, focusing on optimizing power consumption and operational speed. A hybrid approach combining classical circuit elements with quantum-inspired strategies is implemented to evaluate its impact on both performance and scalability. The results show a notable reduction in energy consumption and improvement in processing speed, validating the promise of quantum-inspired solutions in enhancing computational efficiency.

Dr Jermiah Anand Jupalli, S Manjusha, D Haneesha +2 more

Classical computing faces significant limitations when dealing with complex, large-scale scientific problems, driving growing interest in quantum computing as a transformative alternative. Quantum computing leverages the principles of superposition, entanglement, and quantum parallelism to perform computations that are infeasible for classical machines. This paper explores recent advancements in quantum hardware, algorithmic design, and the development of hybrid quantum–classical models that integrate quantum gate operations with classical optimization techniques. The proposed hybrid framework aims to enhance computational accuracy and efficiency by utilizing quantum circuits for high-speed processing while relying on classical methods for error correction and optimization. Simulated experiments and comparative analyses demonstrate a 35% improvement in computational speed and scalability over conventional methods. These findings highlight that quantum computing is not merely an incremental improvement but a fundamental shift in computational paradigms, offering new opportunities for scientific research, cryptography, machine learning, and complex data processing.
