Abstract This study investigates the dynamics of quantum coherence and entanglement in the spin‐1 Heisenberg XXZ model. Particularly, the effects of the Heitler‐London (HL) coupling and the Dzyaloshinskii‐Moriya (DM) interaction are examined. By utilizing tools from quantum information theory, the concept of quantum correlated coherence and negativity are explored. The results show intrinsic decoherence leads to a decay of both correlated coherence and negativity. Interestingly, it is found that a small value of the Dzyaloshinskii‐Moriya interaction can significantly enhance coherence and entanglement. Various factors influence the system dynamics, including the initial state, anisotropy parameter, and the coupling distance between spins. It is shown that, by fixing the anisotropy parameter, the isotropic Heisenberg models XX and XXX can be easily recovered. Ultimately, the findings highlight that the system maintains a coherent temporal evolution despite decoherence.

With considering the intrinsic decoherence, the dynamic behaviors of quantum entanglement in a three-qubit XXZ Heisenberg system with Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya (DM) interaction and anisotropy for different initial states are investigated. The research result shows that the anisotropy parameter does not affect the system entanglement, however, the intrinsic decoherence has obvious inhibitory effect on entanglement. When the initial state of system is an entangled state, we can obtain the stable value of entanglement by adjusting DM interaction parameters appropriately. As the system initial state is a separation state, entanglement oscillates, and the amplitude of oscillation decays with time periodically, and there will appear the death phenomenon after each oscillation, and with time going on, its concurrence will be zero. When the initial state is entangled, by choosing the proper DM parameter, the three pairs of entanglements oscillate with time and eventually approach to a steady value. The increase of accelerates the decay of concurrence. When the initial state is separated, entanglement oscillates, and the amplitude of oscillation decays with time periodically, and there will appear the death phenomenon after each oscillation, with time going on, its concurrence will be zero. Therefore, the proper initial state and DM interaction parameters can control the concurrence effectively under the intrinsic decoherence, thereby obtaining the preferable entanglement resource.
Abstract This research delves into the dynamical behavior of quantum correlations and coherence within a mixed Heisenberg dimer system under the intrinsic decoherence. Our approach involves the application of logarithmic negativity, local quantum uncertainty, and the ℓ 1 norm-based coherence as quantifiers for entanglement, skew information correlations, and quantum coherence in this qubit-qutrit model. Our primary objective is to explore the impact of various factors on the dynamics of quantum correlations and quantum coherence. These factors encompass the initial density matrix and its mixing parameter, the intrinsic decoherence rate (γ), the external magnetic field, as well as intrinsic system parameters, notably the XXZ and uniaxial single-ion anisotropies. Our results demonstrate that the introduction of intrinsic decoherence (ID) significantly erodes quantum resources. Particularly, for high values of the ID rate (γ), excessive damping occurs, leading to the absence of oscillations or a rapid decay of quantum resources, ultimately stabilizing in steady states. Furthermore, the presence of an external homogeneous magnetic field further diminishes quantum resources within the system. However, despite the degradation induced by the combined influence of intrinsic decoherence and high external magnetic field intensities, the judicious selection of the initial density matrix and precise adjustment of the uniaxial single-ion anisotropy enable the preservation of quantum resources within the mixed spin-(1/2, 1) Heisenberg dimer.
Abstract This research explores the progression of fractional time dynamics of quantum entanglement, nonclassical correlations, and quantum coherence C l 1 in a qubit-qutrit XXZ system through an in-depth analysis of the effects of the fractional parameter τ , the exchange interaction J , the XXZ exchange anisotropy δ , and the Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction (DMI) D z , and the initial state. The results reveal that lower values of τ lead to a rapid and stable increase in quantum correlations (measured by logarithmic negativity, LN, and local quantum uncertainty (LQU) but cause a faster decay in coherence C l 1 , indicating a quick loss of quantum superposition. Conversely, higher values of τ slow the dynamics of correlations, allowing coherence to persist longer. The exchange strength J similarly influences stability: low J values promote fast correlation formation but reduce coherence stability, while high J values stabilize coherence at the expense of slower correlation growth. As for the XXZ anisotropy δ and DMI strength D z , lower values promote rapid quantum correlation development but compromise coherence. In contrast, higher values help sustain C l 1 over time, limiting the intensity of correlations. The initial state is also critical: an initially partially entangled state is more resilient to perturbations. It preserves correlations over time compared to a separable state, which exhibits cycles of entanglement creation and destruction. Thus, by tuning system parameters, it is possible to control the stability and duration of correlations and coherence, providing a framework for optimizing quantum systems in applications that require both strong entanglement and durable coherence, such as quantum computing and secure communication.
Abstract In this study, we use the concept of l 1-norm coherence to characterize the entanglement of a two–qutrit Heisenberg XXZ model for subject to a uniform magnetic field and z–axis Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya interaction with Herring-Flicker coupling. We show that the temperature, magnetic field, DM interaction, and distance of Herring-Flicker coupling can all control the entanglement. However, the state system becomes less entangled at high temperatures or strong magnetic fields and vice versa. Our findings suggest that entanglement rises when the z–axis DM interaction increases. Additionally, we show that plateau behavior in the entanglement between spins (1, 1) occurs in the XXZ Heisenberg spin system and is influenced by the magnetic field, demonstrating that thermal agitation can weaken entanglement plateaus. Moreover, by setting the strengths coupling of the spin, we quickly recover the isotropic XY and XXX Heisenberg models. Finally, Herring-Flicker coupling affects the degree of entanglement. When Herring-Flicker coupling and temperature are at small values, the degree of entanglement is at its highest. Still, when Herring-Flicker coupling is at substantial values, the degree of entanglement tends to stabilize.
Abstract In this study, the quantum-memory assisted entropic uncertainty (QM-EU) and entanglement dynamics of the two-qubit Heisenberg XXX chain have been explored in the presence of intrinsic decoherence. The effect of the x-component of Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya (DM) and Kaplan-Shekhtman-Entin-Wohlman-Aharony (KSEA) interactions has been considered. The generation and preservation of quantum memory and entanglement have been examined for various values of the DM, KSEA, spin-spin, and spin coupling strengths. The uncertainty negatively affects the entanglement and both have anti-correlation. The absence and presence of intrinsic decoherence prevail in differing impacts on the dynamics of the system. In the first case, prolonged entanglement preservation, uncertainty suppression, and oscillatory dynamics have been observed. Moreover, in order to achieve the best-prolonged entanglement preservation and relative reduction of the entropic uncertainty, we have analyzed several parameter settings. We find that the effects of raising the DM, KSEA, and spin-spin interaction individually and simultaneously are different. The individual and simultaneous increase of the DM, KSEA, and spin-spin interaction parameters control the degree of entanglement, entropic uncertainty, and primarily the dynamics of the system.
Abstract This paper investigates the dynamics of two-spin nonlocality generation in a Heisenberg XXX chain with Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya (DM) and Kaplan-Shekhtman-Entin-Wohlman-Aharony (KSEA) interactions. We analyze the two-spin nonlocality dynamics by using uncertainty-induced nonlocal-ity, maximal Bell inequality, and log-negativity. We demonstrate that a separable two-spin Heisen-berg XXX chain state, induced by two-spin antiferromagnetic interaction as well as x-component of DM and KSEA interactions, could evolve to maximal two-spin nonlocality state. The ability of preserving the maximal uncertainty-induced nonlocality can be enhanced by increasing the coupling strength of the spin-spin interaction coupling. The hierarchy principle is maintained for the two-spin Bell nonlocality and log-negativity entanglement. The two-spin log-negativity dynamics exhibits the phenomenon of sudden death and birth as a result of the intrinsic decoherence, which also causes a reduction in the two-spin nonlocalities. The two-spin uncertainty-induced nonlocality is more robust , against the intrinsic decoherence, than the other types of the nonlocality. The results indicate that by boosting the two-spin antiferromagnetic interaction, the produced nonlocalities (resulting from the DM and KSEA x-component interactions) can be shielded from the intrinsic decoherence effect.
