The results of studies on nanopharmacology have made conditions to develop a hypothesis: from the standpoint of quantum mechanics an increase in pharmacological properties of nano- particle based medications is driven by the preponderance of wave properties over corpuscular ones. According to results obtained the changes of spin states in molecules is one of the es- sential properties of living matter, which is characterized by self-organization. Self-organiza- tion is also common in nanostructur-es. Therefore, the quantum wave properties of nanopar- ticles with their high ability to change spin states determine pronounced pharmacological effect of nanoparticle based medications. At this stage of research the scientific facts received do not rise to the possibility to experimentally or mathematically justify the assumptions made, so pleasetake them for granted. I am convinced that this article will be the 'nanomotor' that will attract world's scientists to continue research in order to prove current hypothesis - the wave properties of nanoparticles determine their high activity - experimentally.

Hypothesis: Nanophase particles exhibit quantum behavior by virtue of their small size, being particles of gamma to x-ray wavelength [atomic range]. Such particles exhibit high frequencies, high energy/photon, high penetration power, high ionization power [atomic behavior] and are stable at low energy levels as opposed to bulk phase matter [macro particles] which exhibits higher wavelength [radio wave end] properties, hence lower frequency, lower energy/photon, lower penetration power, lower ionizing power and are less stable at low temperatures. The ‘unique’ behavioral motion of Nano systems will remain a mystery as long as quantum theory remains a mystery, and for pharmacology, pharmacovigilance profiling of Nano systems becomes virtually impossible. Quantum theory is the 4 – 3 – 5 electromagnetic law of life and life motion systems on planet earth. Results: Electromagnetic [wave-particle] properties of all particulate matter changes as mass [bulkiness] changes from one phase to the next[Nano phase to micro phase to milliphase to meter phase to kilometer phase etc.] and the subsequent electromagnetic effect of one phase particle on bulk matter [different phase] changes from one phase to another. Discussion: All matter exhibits electromagnetic properties [wave particle duality] and the lower the wavelength [and bulkiness] the higher the gamma ray end properties and the higher the wavelength [and bulkiness], the more the radio-wave end properties. Recommendation: Quantum age is overdue. Hypothesis: Nanophase particles exhibit quantum behavior by virtue of their small size, being particles of gamma to x-ray wavelength [atomic range]. Introduction The evolution of microelectronics toward reduced device sizes has proceeded to a degree that renders conventional models, approaches, and theories inapplicable. Indeed, for objects with sizes of 100 nanometers or less it is frequently the case that the length scales associated with fundamental physical processes are comparable to the geometrical size of the device; also, fundamental time scales associated with physical processes are of the order of the time parameters for nanodevice operation. Therefore, on the nanoscale the theories and models underlying modern nanoelectronics become more complicated, and rely more and more on basic science. Generally, in the nanoworld the fundamental laws of physics that govern particles and material fields differ from those that apply to familiar macroscopic phenomena such as the motion of a baseball or a train. Instead of classical mechanics, that works so well for macroscopic phenomena, the motion of particles in the nanoworld is determined by the so-called wave mechanics or quantum mechanics. An underlying principle of central importance for nanophysics is the fundamental concept that all matter , including electrons, nuclei, and electromagnetic fields, behaves as both waves and particles , that is, wave–particle duality is a basic characteristic of all matter. At first glance, wave properties and particle properties for the same physical object are hardly compatible. To understand wave–particle duality, we will briefly review, in the following two subsections, the basic properties of particles and waves known from classical physics.
The essay provides an overview of current scientific and philosophical publications on quantum physics and interpretations of quantum mechanics. Based on the ideas of British physicist David Deutsch and American theoretical physicist Sean M. Carroll, the substantiation of a multi-world interpretation from the point of view of physical theory, its consistency and ability to explain the paradoxes of quantum physics without involving additional auxiliary concepts and unknown laws of physics is presented. The author suggests that the rejection of a multi–world interpretation should be attributed to a psychological barrier – the refusal to look at reality from a different angle, or the "illusion of common sense". The mechanism of quantum computing (quantum computing) and the possibility of the quantum nature of the functioning of consciousness of living organisms based on the concepts of Roger Penrose and Mikhail Mensky and their ambiguity are considered. Using analysis and general scientific research methods, a mechanism for the interaction of biological organisms and the quantum nature of the world is proposed based on the principle used by quantum mechanics to solve the Elitzur-Weidman problem. The conclusion is made about the possibility of functioning of a biological quantum mechanism that provides a significant gain in environmental competition between living beings by increasing the effectiveness of their predictive behavior. Arguments are given both in favor and against the existence of such a mechanism based on the analysis of publicly available research materials on this topic. In conclusion, an attempt is made to determine the place of man in the expanded picture of the universe in this way. It is shown how important it could be whether human beings are able to exchange information with their invariants in the Multiverse, from the point of view of the concepts of personality and self-awareness. A brief overview of the influence of the ideas of quantum physics in general and the multi-world interpretation in particular on modern religious movements, philosophy and media culture is given.
Probably no theory in the history of science has produced such a profound cultural and scientific revolution as is determined by quantum mechanics. Founded around 1920 by illustrious physicists, all Nobel Prize winners, it has completely subverted the conception of matter and the universe. The theory that all matter is made up of atoms has already been formulated by Greek philosophers, starting with Democritus. Quantum mechanics provided a description based on a new conception of the elementary structure of atoms, and formulated the fundamental laws to which atoms obey. Quantum theory has obtained the unanimous and shared consent of the scientific world, although some aspects have not been definitively confirmed. Strengthened by the universal acceptance of his theories, quantum mechanics claims its intellectual primacy over all the other sciences, and the scientific world seems to grant it, so much so as to archive all the knowledge and achievements gathered in its thousand-year history. From the epistemological point of view all established theories are worthy of consideration and must be shared and accepted until proven groundless. Dating, quantum mechanics still enjoys the consent of many scientists, but this does not mean that it can claim to be the repository of all truth, based on an unacceptable and anti-scientific syllogism for which: A) all organic and inorganic matter is formed by atoms and molecules; B) quantum mechanics has founded theories and formulas to which atoms and molecules obey; C) accordingly quantum mechanics can control all universal matter. But the presumption of its predominance goes further than willing to dominate living matter. In this article we are going to examine with a sharp criticism, the aberrant and anti-scientific claim of this discipline to dominate not only science but also universal matter. We propose a more moderate and considered vision of the observable natural phenomena and consider them events in continuous evolution, and to adapt our hypotheses and theories with an equal evolutionary approach.
