Abstract

Quantum computing is a technology that takes advantage of quantum effects, which operates using quantum computing, resulting in increased algorithm speed compared to the speed of algorithms that use classical computing. This study aims to classify bank marketing data in determining the eligibility of customers who are entitled to become depositors with the quantum perceptron algorithm using calculations with 5 variables, namely employment, status, education, home credit, and bank loans. The result of this research is the analysis of bank marketing classification data to determine the eligibility of customers who are entitled to become depositors using the quantum perceptron algorithm with quantum computation.

Development of Quantum Circuit Architecture on Quantum Perceptron Algorithm for Classification of Marketing Bank Data

Mochamad Wahyudi, Solikhun Solikhun

The creation of quantum circuit architecture based on the quantum perceptron algorithm to classify marketing bank data is proposed in this work. A quantum circuit is a quantum gate made up of two quantum gates. Quantum bits are used in this study's computation. The primary proposed learning method was not ideal, which is the context of this study. The percentage of qubits measurement value is still 90.7 percent. It is essential to raise the value of the qubit rate. Using the IBM Quantum Experience quantum computer, researchers measured, trained, and tested the quantum circuit architecture. Bank marketing data from the UCI Machine Learning Repository was used. A quantum circuit architecture model results from this research the quantum circuit measurement results.

Quantum Perceptron in Predicting the Number of Visitors to E-Commerce Websites in Indonesian

Solikhun Solikhun, Dinda Carissa Arishandy, Ela Roza Batubara +1 more

In the current digital era, e-commerce has become the backbone of Indonesia's digital economy, which is experiencing rapid growth. However, competition in this industry is becoming increasingly fierce, indicating the importance of predicting the number of website visitors for an effective marketing strategy. Quantum Perceptron, the latest quantum computing innovation, promises a more accurate and efficient approach compared to conventional methods such as classical Perceptron. This research proposes the use of Quantum Perceptron to predict the number of visitors on large e-commerce platforms in Indonesia. The data used in the research is data on the number of e-commerce visitors obtained from the katadata.com website. Data from Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli, and Bukalapak were used to analyze and compare predictions with classical perceptron methods, showing the significant potential of Quantum Perceptron in supporting the development of more efficient business strategies. The research results show that the Quantum Perceptron algorithm can make predictions very well compared to the classical perceptron, proven by the Quantum Perceptron having a perfect accuracy of 100% with a total of 2 epochs while the classical perceptron has 100% accuracy with a total of 10 epochs. Quantum perceptron has better performance and shorter time, this can be seen from the smaller number of epochs.

Comparison of Madaline and Perceptron Algorithms on Classification with Quantum Computing Approach

Taufik Baidawi, Solikhun

The fundamental problem in this research is to explore a more profound understanding of both performance and efficiency in quantity computing. Successful implementation of algorithms in computational computing environments can unlock the potential for significant improvements in information processing and neural network modeling. This research focuses on developing Madaline and Perceptron algorithms using a quantum approach. This study compares the two algorithms regarding the accuracy and epoch of the test results. The data set used in this study is a lens data set. There are four attributes: 1) patient age: young, prepresbyopia, presbyopia 2) eyeglass prescription: myopia, hypermetropia, 3) astigmatic: no, yes. 4) tear production rate: reduced, normal. There are three classes: 1) patients must have hard contact lenses installed, 2) patients must have soft contact lenses installed, and 3) patients cannot have contact lenses installed. The number of data is 24 data. The result of this research is the development of the Madaline and Perceptron algorithms with a quantum computing approach. Comparing these algorithms shows that the best accuracy is the Perceptron algorithm, namely 100%. In comparison, Madaline is 62.5%, and the smallest epoch is the Madaline algorithm, namely 4 epochs, while the smallest Perceptron epoch is 317. This research significantly contributes to the development of computing and neural networks, with potential applications extending from data processing to more accurate modeling in artificial intelligence, data analysis, and understanding complex patterns.

Quantum Marketing: How Quantum Computing Can Transform Market Prediction and Customer Targeting

Olawale C. Olawore

This study investigates the prospective influence of quantum computing on marketing analytics. As the landscape of digital marketing continues to evolve, the need for more effective and precise analytical tools has surged to unprecedented levels. Marketing analytics, which is essential for assessing the success of campaigns, is undergoing significant changes driven by the increasing volume of data, the complexity of consumer interactions, and the urgent demand for immediate insights. Quantum computing, founded on the principles of quantum mechanics, is leading this transformation. Unlike classical computing, which depends on conventional bits, quantum computing employs quantum bits (qubits) that can exist in multiple states simultaneously, thus allowing for rapid data processing and the resolution of complex problems. This research delves into the theoretical applications of quantum computing within marketing analytics, concentrating on areas such as data processing, predictive modeling, and the development of personalized marketing strategies. It emphasizes the potential for better management of extensive datasets, improved predictive accuracy, real-time analytical capabilities, and a reimagining of marketing strategies. The prospects seem favorable, yet the study also highlights the challenges that arise from the early stage of quantum technology and the complexities of its integration. Although it is primarily theoretical, this research shows the considerable potential for transformation that quantum computing offers in marketing analytics, encouraging further exploration and experimentation in this field.
