Abstract

Abstract A bidirectional quantum operation teleportation scheme is proposed by utilizing a six-qubit composite Bell-GHZ state. In which, two users Anne and Benson can perform their respective concerned single-qubit operations on each other’s target states. Compared with the other existing schemes of quantum operation teleportation (QOT), the present scheme can realize the remote implement of the positive and negative two-way quantum operations, which not only improves the communication capacity, but also expands the application scenarios of QOT. Additionally, it is deterministic and feasible with the present experimental techniques.

Asymmetric bidirectional quantum 1 ⇔ 2 qubit teleportation scheme via six-qubit Bell-cluster state

Hao Yuan, Zhanjun Zhang

Abstract Using a six-qubit Bell-cluster state, we proposed an asymmetric bidirectional quantum teleportation scheme. Two participants Anne and Benson are both the sender and receiver. Only applying Bell-state measurement, single- and two-qubit unitary operations as well as classical communication, Anne can transmit an arbitrary two-qubit unknown state to Benson, meanwhile Benson can also send an arbitrary single-qubit unknown state to Anne. Analysis shows that our scheme is feasible with the present experiment technologies.

Bidirectional Quantum Teleportation by Using Six-Qubit Cluster State

Ri‐Gui Zhou, Ruiqing Xu, Hou Lan

Quantum teleportation is considered as the most basic process of quantum communication. It is undoubtedly beneficial for the realization of quantum teleportation while transmitting the maximum number of quantum bits with the minimum number of quantum channel resources. An improved bidirectional quantum teleportation protocol based on a quantum channel of six-qubit cluster state is proposed. In this paper, the user Alice can transmit an unknown three-qubit entangled state to the user Bob, and at the same time, the user Bob can transmit an arbitrary single-qubit state to the user Alice by utilizing GHz-state measurement, bell-state measurement, single-qubit Von Neumann measurement, and unitary operations. Compared with other schemes in quantum resource consumption, necessary operation complexity including operation difficulty and intensity, classical resource consumption, quantum information bits transmitted, and intrinsic efficiency, our scheme has the remarkable advantages in transmitting more quantum information and possesses higher intrinsic efficiency.

Bidirectional Quantum Teleportation by Using a Four-Qubit GHZ State and Two Bell States

Jinlian Chen, Dongfen Li, Mingzhe Liu +1 more

In this paper, a theoretical scheme for bidirectional quantum teleportation by using a four-qubit GHZ state and two Bell states as a quantum channel is proposed. In this scheme, two arbitrary single-qubit quantum states and an unknown three-qubit state can be mutually transmitted between the two communication participants Alice and Bob. The quantum state information can be transmitted if Alice performs four single-qubit measurement operations on her qubits and Bob carries out a four-qubit joint measurement on his qubits, respectively. Then both Alice and Bob can reconstruct the target quantum state by means of appropriate unitary operations. Then we take comparisons with the other bidirectional quantum teleportation protocols in five aspects of quantum information bits transmitted, necessary operations, consumption of quantum resource, consumption of classical resource and intrinsic efficiency. Furthermore, we use channel authentication method to ensure the channel security and prove that our protocol can withstand four attack scenarios. It is concluded that our scheme has significant advantages of more qubits number transmitted, higher intrinsic efficiency and high security.

Bidirectional Quantum Teleportation by Using Two GHZ-States as the Quantum Channel

Vikram Verma

Bidirectional quantum teleportation protocol enables two way quantum communication between two quantum nodes in a quantum communication network. In quantum network, the quantum nodes are linked to each other through a quantum channel. In this letter, by using the quantum channel composed of two three-qubit GHZ states, we propose an improved protocol for asymmetric bidirectional quantum teleportation which is based on local CNOT gate operations, Bell state measurements, GHZ-state measurements and unitary operations. Compared with previous protocols for bidirectional quantum teleportation, the proposed protocol requires less consumption of quantum and classical resources, possesses higher intrinsic efficiency and less operation complexity.

Symmetric bidirectional quantum teleportation via eight-qubit cluster state

Rui Dai, Hai-Sheng Li

Abstract This paper proposes a symmetric bidirectional quantum teleportation protocol through an eight-qubit cluster state as a quantum channel to achieve GHZ state interchange between two parties. Alice and Bob must first perform two CNOT gate operations on the unknown GHZ state to be sent in our scheme. Next, they need to complete the Bell state measurements and the corresponding unitary operations to obtain the corresponding GHZ state. Our protocol has lower operational complexity and higher inherent efficiency compared to other protocols. In addition, we have simulated the quantum circuit on the IBM qasm simulator to verify the feasibility of the protocol.

Bidirectional quantum operation teleportation with different states

Siqi Zhou, Ming-Qiang Bai, Ting Liao +3 more

A new concept of bidirectional quantum operation teleportation (BQOT) is proposed, which is essentially a union of the idea of quantum operation teleportation (QOT) and bidirectional quantum teleportation (QT). This means that Alice can transmit an unknown single-qubit unitary operation [Formula: see text] on the remote Bob’s quantum system; and at the same time, Bob can also transmit an arbitrary single-qubit unitary operation [Formula: see text] on Alice’s quantum system. In this paper, we present three BQOT schemes via different quantum channels. Furthermore, using these quantum channels, we investigate the BQOT in noisy environments, such as phase-damping noise and amplitude-damping noise. We considered the influence of the noises on the process of these three BQOT protocols through analytical derivation of the fidelity. Moreover, these three schemes are amply compared with each other from five aspects, i.e. quantum resource consumption, operation complexity, classical resource consumption, success probability and efficiency. It is found that these schemes can be realized deterministically and the first scheme is better than the other two schemes.
