Abstract

In the mobile cloud computing era, the sharing of secured large-scale data which have major challenges. From an existing quantum based security mechanism randomly chosen the photon detector which creates small length of qubits so it cannot provide much security in MCC also data storage in the cloud server doesn’t guarantees the lossless back up and data recovery as well attains more computation complex during secure access of stored data. Therefore to solve those issues a unique combination of the Trefoil Congruity framework is proposed which consist Quantum Key Fibo Privacy Approach (QKFPA) performing the quantum key generation for encrypt and decrypt the data with the aid of Fibonacci chain-slanting matrix. Based on that quantum key data is uploaded, then secured data should be stored, ultra-widely distributed data transfer mechanism does the scrambling with sorting the stored data by implementing novel HS-DRT technique that improves the lossless backup and recovery of data storage.

An Effective Non-Commutative Encryption Approach with Optimized Genetic Algorithm for Ensuring Data Protection in Cloud Computing

Sachin Kumar, S. Ravimaran, M. M. Gowthul Alam

Nowadays, succeeding safe communication and protection-sensitive data from unauthorized access above public networks are the main worries in cloud servers. Hence, to secure both data and keys ensuring secured data storage and access, our proposed work designs a Novel Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) relying upon a non-commutative encryption framework. It makes use of a Novel Quantum Key Distribution approach, which guarantees high level secured data transmission. Along with this, a shared secret is generated using Diffie Hellman (DH) to certify secured key generation at reduced time complexity. Moreover, a non-commutative approach is used, which effectively allows the users to store and access the encrypted data into the cloud server. Also, to prevent data loss or corruption caused by the insiders in the cloud, Optimized Genetic Algorithm (OGA) is utilized, which effectively recovers the data and retrieve it if the missed data without loss. It is then followed with the decryption process as if requested by the user. Thus our proposed framework ensures authentication and paves way for secure data access, with enhanced performance and reduced complexities experienced with the prior works.

Quantum Key Distribution and Cryptography Mechanisms for Cloud Data Security

M. Thangapandiyan, P. M. Rubesh Anand, K. Sakthidasan Sankaran

Providing security to the Personal Health Record (PHR) stored in cloud is an important and critical task in recent days. Different cloud security mechanisms are developed in the traditional works for this purpose mainly focused on authentication based security. This paper aims to develop a novel key distribution and encryption mechanism namely, Quantum Key Distribution and Non-Abelian Encryption (QKD-NAE) for secure storage and access of PHR. In cloud environment, the hospital admin and user uses a quantum key for data access, where the users may be a doctor, patient, nurse, physicians, and accountants. The hospital admin uses the Diffie Hellman (DH) algorithm for secure secret generation, and every user separates the secret based on their designation. Then, the admin splits the input data into attributes and encrypts it by using NAE. When the user sends the request to the service provider, the access control policy maintained by the Third Party Auditor (TPA) is verified for data access. The valid user receives the data from multiple servers based on the access control policy created by the DH algorithm. The major advantage of this work is that the unauthorized users are not able to know the quantum key and the generated secret which leads to increased data security. The experimental results evaluate the performance of the existing and proposed techniques with respect to different measures.

Secure Data Access in Cloud Environments Using Quantum Cryptography

Lakshmi, S. Vasavi Venkata, Ziaul Haque Choudhury

Cloud computing has made storing and accessing data easier but keeping it secure is a big challenge nowadays. Traditional methods of ensuring data may not be strong enough in the future when powerful quantum computers become available. To solve this problem, this study uses quantum cryptography to protect data in the cloud environment. Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) creates secure keys by sending information using quantum particles like photons. Specifically, we use the BB84 protocol, a simple and reliable way to make secure keys that cannot be stolen without detection. To protect the data, we use the Quantum One Time pad (QOTP) for encryption and decryption, ensuring the data stays completely private. This study shows how these Quantum methods can be applied in cloud systems to provide a strong defense against hackers, even if they have access to quantum computers. The combination of QKD, BB84, and QOTP creates a safe and reliable way to keep data secure when it is stored or shared in the cloud. Using quantum cryptography, this paper provides a way to ensure data security now and in the future, making cloud computing safer for everyone to store their data securely and safely.

Enhancing data and privacy security in mobile cloud computing through quantum cryptography

Jiawei Han, Yanheng Liu, Xin Sun +1 more

A quantum cryptography security model in mobile cloud computing is proposed in this paper, so as to achieve highly-secure data and privacy cryptography in mobile cloud computing environment. In the model, quantum keys are distributed to users' phones through two phases. Firstly, existing classical optical network has been transformed as quantum distribution network conveniently through multiplexing technique, the BB84 quantum key distribution protocol realized based on decoy state is adopted; Then, the security authentication protocol based on the quantum keys and distance-bounding HKQ is put forward, and through the near field communication (NFC) technology, quantum keys are transmitted into the security storage area of users' phone in the trusted area; Mobile users can get access to data on the cloud through quantum secret keys, protecting users' data and privacy. Experiments in the real quantum cryptography environment prove the validity of the proposed QCMC model.

Quantum-Resilient Cryptographic Framework for Secure and Scalable Cloud Storage Systems

Y. Kiran Kumar, B. Ammani, Vinitha M +2 more

The high growth rate of cloud storage companies has reshaped the digital management of data among individuals and companies. Nevertheless, the future of quantum computing spells a major danger to classical cryptographic algorithms like the RSA and the ECC which forms the backbone to the current cloud security infrastructures. In order to mitigate this new risk, this paper will present a new Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC)-based security architecture, customized to cloud storage application. The model combines lattice-based key encapsulation models and hash-based authentication models to provide long-term data confidentiality, integrity, and non-repudiation. The basic uniqueness of the offered model is its hybrid cryptographic implementation, which will have quantum-resilient key exchange, and a hardened hash-based signature verification as a single workflow of cloud security. This assimilation improves resistance to quantum-based attacks and retains viable computational efficiency. The evaluation of performance shows that the framework can be used in large-scale and distributed cloud systems since it has a well-balanced trade-off between high quantum resilience and controllable processing overheads. The suggested PQC scheme will create moderate overhead and high future-proof security, in comparison to the traditional crypto-systems. The paper portrays the strategic value of shifting towards quantum-resistant encryption systems to guarantee long-term data security in the post-quantum future.
