Quantum-Resilient Cloud Security and Quantum-State Computing: Pioneering the Future of Secure and Efficient Cloud Architectures

Solution Architecture & Design Roswell, GA, USA, Subhasis Kundu

This study explores the intersection of quantum computing and cloud security, proposing innovative strategies for developing cloud architectures resilient to quantum threats. It introduces a novel framework that leverages quantum mechanics principles to enhance both the security and efficiency of cloud systems. The research examines the potential of quantum-state computing within cloud environments, with a particular emphasis on its application in serverless computing and data protection. An in-depth analysis of encryption techniques resistant to quantum attacks and their integration into existing cloud infrastructures is provided. Furthermore, the paper addresses the challenges and opportunities associated with implementing quantum-based security measures in cloud systems. The findings suggest that quantum-resilient cloud architectures can significantly improve data security and computational efficiency, paving the way for the evolution of next-generation cloud computing models. Keywords — Quantum Computing, Cloud Security, Quantum-Resilient Architecture, Serverless Computing, Quantum Encryption, Cloud Efficiency, Quantum-State Computing, Quantum Mechanics, Quantum Algorithms, Quantum-Resistant Cryptography.

A Review on Progress and Problems of Quantum Computing as a Service (QCaaS) in the Perspective of Cloud Computing

Mijanur Rahaman, Md. Masudul Islam

Cloud computing is a global established system. Quantum computing is hypothetical model which is still in tentative analysis. Cloud system has some weakness in security, processing, backup and vicinity. Somehow quantum computing illustrates some revolutionary solution to overcome cloud weakness. Most researchers are optimistic in quantum computing that it will improve cloud system. It is not easy to combine these two different systems along. We will show two quantum approaches; quantum cryptography and blind quantum computing to secure cloud computing. Quantum cryptography will secure the user data transmission and communication through cloud form hackers. And blind computing will secure the instant eavesdropping or accessing of data processing in cloud from any vicious cloud provider or third party. This paper’s major target is to show advantages and disadvantages of quantum computing in the viewpoint to integrate it with cloud system. Also review some current improvement of quantum computing and computer.

Recent Developments in Quantum Computing and Their Challenges

R. Nagarajan, S. Kannadhasan, Kanagaraj Venusamy

Today, major corporations such as IBM, Google, Microsoft, and Amazon are racing to build cloud quantum computers. They integrate quantum computers with cloud computing to create a system that can be accessible via a network without the need for quantum computing power in a cloud computing environment. The authors describe cloud quantum computing in this chapter and conduct research to compare cloud quantum computing providers across the globe. In this study, the authors look at the various cloud quantum computing options and the outcomes they provide. At the conclusion, each cloud quantum computing service will be compared based on its performance, amplitudes, times, and architecture. The study will primarily focus on IBM and Qutech cloud quantum computing technologies.
