Structural Differentiation Quantum (SDQ): A Structural Interpretation of Quantum Phenomena

Koji Okino

This work introduces Structural Differentiation Quantum (SDQ) as an extension of Structural Differentiation Cosmology (SDC) and Structural Differentiation Gravity (SDG). In this framework, quantum phenomena are interpreted as manifestations of microscopic fluctuations in the structural density field C(x,t). The wavefunction is not treated as a purely probabilistic entity, but as a representation of local structural states. We show that quantum behavior naturally emerges from structural fluctuations δC(x,t), while gravitational behavior arises from ∇C, and cosmological evolution is governed by C(t). This leads to a minimal unified structural framework in which: - Cosmology corresponds to large-scale evolution of C(t)- Gravity corresponds to gradients ∇C- Quantum phenomena correspond to fluctuations δC Figure 6 illustrates this unification as a scale-dependent structural hierarchy. This work represents version v1.3 of the SDQ framework and serves as a foundational preprint connecting structure-based cosmology, gravity, and quantum interpretation. Keywords: structural cosmology, quantum structure, emergent quantum mechanics, structural field theory, unified framework

Structural Differentiation Quantum Theory (SDQ): A Minimal and Falsifiable Framework for Decoherence, Measurement, and Structural Dynamics

Koji Okino

Structural Differentiation Quantum Theory (SDQ) presents a minimal and falsifiable reformulation of quantum decoherence and measurement. In SDQ, decoherence is not interpreted as environmental noise, but as the irreversible loss of structural connectivity within a closed relational system. A unified structural correlation function, S(L_s, t) = S_0 exp(-βL_s) exp(-γt), describes how both structural distance and structural time govern the decay of quantum correlations. This framework reinterprets key quantum concepts:- Decoherence as structural dilution- Measurement as irreversible structural path selection- Time as the record of structural evolution A central prediction of SDQ is that decoherence is not universal, but depends explicitly on structural connectivity: γ_eff = γ_0 + κL_s This leads to a single decisive, directly testable, and experimentally falsifiable criterion distinguishing SDQ from standard quantum mechanics. By connecting structural dynamics to observable quantities, SDQ establishes a direct bridge between theoretical formulation and experimental verification.

Structural Differentiation Quantum Theory (SDQ) v1.0: A Minimal Structural Interpretation of Quantum Phenomena

Koji Okino

We present Structural Differentiation Quantum Theory (SDQ) v1.0, a minimal and conceptually unified framework in which quantum phenomena are interpreted as manifestations of structural differentiation. In this framework, a quantum is defined not as a particle or discrete entity, but as the minimal structural difference: Q ≡ ΔC_min The wavefunction is reinterpreted as a distribution of unresolved structural configurations rather than a physical wave: Ψ(x,t) = D[Q(x,t)] Measurement is described as a process of structural fixation: Q_superposition → Q_fixed In this view, observation does not collapse a wavefunction, but resolves an unresolved structural configuration. Furthermore, SDQ provides a direct mapping between structural dynamics and physical quantities: E = dC/dt (energy as structural change)M = ∫C dV (mass as accumulated structure)F ~ -∇C (force as structural gradient) This leads to the central statement of the framework: "Physical quantities emerge from structural differentiation." SDQ introduces no additional entities or assumptions, and instead reformulates quantum theory through a minimal structural ontology. The repository includes:- The full preprint (PDF)- Three conceptual figures- A Python script to reproduce all figures This framework is minimal, internally consistent, and provides a clear conceptual pathway toward a structural unification of quantum and physical phenomena.
