Modem and perspective tasks of robotics with control from artificial intelligence systems require the use of small-sized measuring devices. In this case, the intensively developed quantum sensors and quantum computers have good prospects. Their main advantage is the ability to successfully process the data of random processes with decomposition of complex functions into simple multipliers, as well as their small size and the ability to transmit data over long distances without wires. Data transmitted over quantum communication lines cannot be copied or intercepted, which is very useful for remote control of complex technical systems. Based on the results of the probabilistic noisy data analysis quantum computer can quickly develop an assessment of the complex system technical condition. At the same time, there is no need to go through all the possible solutions to the evaluation problem with a huge amount of input data, some of which can sometimes be undefined. The main problem in the research of quantum processes is that researchers study the processes occurring in materials, but they do not indicate the ways in which quantum sensors and quantum computers are used in practical applications. This article explains how to form a measurement channel that will be compatible with a quantum computer, how to organize the input of information about the measured physical quantity into a quantum computer using a quantum sensor. The main objective was to bring the results of basic research in the field of quantum computing closer to their application in applied tasks. It is shown how the quantum processes can be shifted to the field of physical quantities technical measurements used in the automatic diagnosis of the technical state of complex systems. In the process of obtaining the results of the study, the deduction method of conclusions within the framework of a systematic approach to the development of technical systems elements was used. The result is a description of the processes in the quantum measuring channel, which is used to enter diagnostic data in a quantum computer. The study main conclusions breed the idea that quantum sensors implemented in the form of a modified diamond crystal are well described by the theory of measuring transducers with frequency output and can be used in diagnostic computers.

Due to the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, marketing professionals are faced with a changing landscape that requires a comprehensive understanding of the potential and challenges of AI applications. Quantum computing processes are the basis for the future development of predictive analytics, as their ability to simultaneously provide many variants of events with different variations of their occurrence allows achieving reliability of up to 99.75%, even in conditions of irrationality. The relevance of the research is related to the state priority for the development of quantum technologies, as well as technological advances, in particular, ease of use and accuracy of the data obtained. The research is aimed at determining the combination of AI technologies with the use of quantum computing processes that is most suitable for the tasks of marketing analytics in order to increase the accuracy of forecasting consumer behavior and market mechanisms in the long term. The methodological basis of the research was scientific work in the field of marketing strategies, artificial intelligence, as well as descriptions of the basics of quantum computers, practical work of leading centers for the implementation of quantum computing in business processes. The theoretical basis is bibliometric analysis, theory of quantitative methods, theory of innovation. For the purposes of the research, literature was analyzed and various AI software products were systematized, a list of cases was provided and practical results in the field of quantum computing application in predictive analytics in the field of marketing were compared. Their impact on such marketing components as market analysis and forecasting, audience sentiment analysis, and offer personalization is assessed. The key focus of the research is a critical assessment of the benefits of implementing artificial intelligence technologies in conjunction with quantum computing processes in shaping marketing strategies, including long—term forecasts of consumer behavior and changes in market mechanisms. The result of the research is a framework for the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies in conjunction with quantum computing processes in the formation of marketing strategies.
The article deals with new approaches in studying the features of the structure and principles of functioning of quantum computers, as one of the components of the elemental base of modern computer electronics, due to more efficient layout and supply of the corresponding lecture material using the multimedia presentation system. It is shown that at the present stage of the creation of quantum computers goes in two directions: specialized quantum computers that are aimed at solving one particular specific task, such as optimization tasks (quantum computers D-Wave); and universal quantum computers that are capable of implementing arbitrary quantum algorithms (Shore, Simon, Grover) - in implementing from IBM, Google, etc. The work of quantum registers is analyzed. When processing this material, students show that the ability of devices that are based on the classical principles of computing machines, in recent years reached a level in which most tasks can be solved relatively quickly and quite accurately. However, in various areas of knowledge, there are problems to decide which, including using the best supercomputers of the world, is not possible. After all, modern transistors have already reached a few nanometers, and in the future, electronic semiconductor components cannot be reduced infinitely, because their elements will consist of one atom. The development of classical computers in the form of cloud computing capacities is also limited in the area and consumed energy. In addition, not each algorithm is subject to parallelization. Effective processing of large volumes of data requires high-performance computations in the field of artificial intelligence, science-intensive industrial areas, modeling of chemical and physical phenomena and processes, that is, where it ceases to have the capabilities of modern supercomputers. Solving this problem is possible to apply the latest technologies of quantum computers. It has been shown that the quantum computer is a computing device that uses the phenomenon of quantum superposition (parallelism) and quantum confusion to transmit data and data processing, that is, the basis of its central processor is laid logic of quantum mechanics using special quantum algorithms. Such a computer is fundamentally different from a traditional computer that perceives any information in the form of a binary code, which may be in one of two possible states: 0 or 1. Any classic processor represents these two states of low or high voltage levels inside the semiconductor transistor. Its task to select zero or unit. Quantum processors are made according to the same principle, but a radical cancellation that instead of a transistor, they use kubit (Qubit) – quantum bits.
The "Roadmap for the Development of Quantum Technologies" in the Russian Federation (2019) was adopted at the government level in 2019. The main goal of the roadmap is to achieve in the medium- and long-term practically significant world-class scientific, technical, and practical results in the following areas: quantum computers and computing, quantum communications, and quantum sensors and metrology. Devices based on quantum computing can be many times superior to classical computers in solving cryptanalysis problems, modeling of complex systems, as well as machine learning and artificial intelligence. Technologies aimed at eliminating threats to information security, including quantum computers, include the use of properties of quantum systems for key transfer Quantum sensors are high-precision measuring devices based on quantum effects. The high degree of control over the state of individual microscopic systems provided by quantum technologies makes it possible to create quantum sensors with high sensitivity.
Quantum communication and quantum sensing, which leverage the unique characteristics of quantum systems, enable information-theoretically secure communication and high-precision measurement of physical quantities. However, they both face numerous challenges on the path to practical application. Artificial intelligence (AI), as a major technological advancement in current scientific landscape, offers powerful data processing and analytical capabilities, providing new ideas and methods for optimizing and enhancing quantum communication and sensing systems. In quantum communication, AI techniques have greatly improved the performance and security of quantum key distribution, quantum memory, and quantum networks through parameter optimization, real-time feedback control, and attack detection. In quantum sensing, quantum sensing technology enables ultra-high sensitivity detection of physical quantities such as time and magnetic fields. The introduction of AI has opened up new avenues for achieving high-precision and high-sensitivity quantum measurements. With AI, sensor performance is optimized, and measurement accuracy is further enhanced through data analysis. This paper also analyzes the current challenges in using AI to empower quantum communication and sensing systems, such as implementing efficient algorithm deployment and system feedback control under limited computational resources, and addressing complex task environments, dynamically changing scenarios, and multi-task coordination requirements. Finally, this paper discusses and envisions future development prospects in this field.
