Abstract

By means of numerical calculations, the fidelity of quantum information of two entangled atoms in the dissipative cavity were investigated. The influences of the cavity damping constant and the numerical value of initial mean photon number on the fidelities of quantum states was discussed. It was found that both of them affect the fidelities of atoms and of atom-cavity system obviously.

The entangleable properties of two atoms inside the dissipative cavity

Zhang Li-Hui

We have investigated the entangleable properties of two two-level atoms inside the dissipative cavity coupled to a single-mode radiation field under the big detuning, and discussed the influence of the initial state of the two atoms, the cavitity decay constant and the mean photon number on the entanglement degree. It have shown that if the two atoms are initially in the exicited or the ground states, they will be separate always;if the two atoms are initially in the coherent superposition of the excited and the ground states, the influence of cavity dissipation on the entanglement degree will vanish gradually with the time evolution, but the dipole-dipole interaction can enhance the entanglement degree.

Control of Fidelity in the System of a Fock State Field Interacting with Two Atoms

SU Shaolon

By means of numerical methods, the fidelity of the system of a fock state field interacting with the two two-level atoms have been studied. The effects of cavity-atoms detuning, photon number and manipulation of the atom on fidelity of the system are discussed. The results show that the information is undistorted completely in the initial moment in the absence of manipulation of the atom. Moreover the frequency of the oscillation, the peak and the period of fidelity of the system can be controlled by cavity-atoms detuning, photon number and manipulation of the atom. The Information is distorted in the initial moment in the presence of the manipulation of atom.Fidelity of the system can be controlled by the manipulation of the classical filed.

The Entanglement Properties of Two Λ-type atoms in a Dissipative Cavity

Liu Bao-ping

The entanglement between two Λ-type three-level atoms interacting with coherent field in a dissipative cavity is investigated by means of the entanglement degree of quantum conditional entropy.A solution of the master equation is obtained by super operator method. The authors discuss the entanglement between the two atoms based on two kinds of different initial states(|ψa(0),|Φa(0)) and analyze the influence of decay coefficient of the cavity and mean photon number of the field on entanglement degree. In conclusion, when the atoms are initially in entangled state |ψa(0),the evolution of the entanglement degree depends on decay coefficient of the cavity and intensity of the field. If there is absence of dissipation, the entanglement degree evolves periodically;otherwise, the entanglement degree decays sharply and approaches a stable value. The weaker the intensity of the field is,the greater the stable value becomes. The greater the decay coefficient is,the faster it reaches the stable value. But for the other initial entangled state |Φa(0),the entanglement between the two atoms doesn't evolve with the time.It implies that the entangled state |Φa(0) can be preserved in such a dissipative system.

Quantum information fidelity of entangled atoms interacting with coherent state light-field in T-C model

Guojun Liu

The quantum information Fidelity of two entangled-atoms interacting with coherent state light-field is studied by means of quantum theory. The results show that quantum information fidelity of system, atoms and light field will drastically decrease as the intensity of field increases. The fidelity of system and field will increase and vary simultaneously with the increasing of atoms' dipole-dipole interaction, but the fidelity of atoms will increase obviously. The atoms' entanglement has a little influence on the fidelity of system, atom and light field.
