Quantum martingale measures and stochastic partial differential equations in Fock space

Abstract

A concept of quantum martingale measure is introduced and examples are constructed as quantum stochastic spectral integrals in Fock space. These are then utilized as space–time noise to drive a parabolic stochastic partial differential equation (spde). We establish the existence and uniqueness of the solutions as families of densely defined closable operators in Fock space that are jointly continuous in time and space variables and satisfy a Markov property.

Quantum stochastic integration and quantum stochastic differential equations

Chris Barnett, Stanisław Goldstein, Ivan F. Wilde

Abstract Quantum stochastic integrals are constructed using the non-commutative L p -space theory of Haagerup. The existence and uniqueness of the solution to quantum stochastic differential equations driven by quasi-Wiener noises, or noises satisfying generalized standing hypotheses, is established as is the Markov behaviour of the solution. Various examples of the theory are discussed, and quantum Ornstein-Uhlenbeck processes are obtained as explicit solutions.

Investigation of Quantum Entanglement in Stochastic Partial Differential Equations through the Lens of Dynamical Chaos Theory

Reem Mahdi

Stochastic quantum entanglements give a basic problem in the dynamics of the coherence effect and the randomness of the dynamics. The paper examines the entanglement evolution in stochastic partial differential equations (SPDEs) in terms of dynamical chaos theory. We solve a family of SPDEs modeling quantum systems under Gaussian and Lévy noise, both in the weak and strong coupling limits. Spectral spatial discretization and stochastic Runge-Kutta time integration allow the calculation of numerically accurate solutions and the reconstruction of density matrices and calculation of entanglement measures, such as von Neumann entropy and concurrence. Measurement of chaotic properties is done by maximal Lyapunov exponents, Poincaré-type diagnostics, and sensitivity to initial conditions measures of high-dimensional stochastic dynamics. Findings indicate that stochastic forcing is much more efficient to promote entanglement and weak noise spin-offs non-zero concurrence in more than 65 percent of realizations, and high-noise regimes increase von Neumann entropy means more than 200 percent compared to deterministic baselines. Entanglement amplification is strongly related to positive Lyapunov exponents (Γ≈0.58), and high-chaos flows have oscillatory entanglement with peak-to-peak variations of 45%. Such results define a quantitative correlation between stochastic chaos and quantum correlations, and it is possible to note that the noise-induced instabilities can serve as a constructive mechanism creation of entanglements. The work gives a solid framework for studying quantum systems with stochastic perturbations and has insight that is applicable in quantum information processing, complex network dynamics, and semiclassical quantum-chaotic systems.

Wick product of white noise operators and quantum stochastic differential equations

Nobuaki Obata

The Wick product of operators on Fock space is introduced on the basis of the analytic characterization theorem for operator symbols established within the framework of white noise distribution theory. Existence and uniqueness of solutions are proved for a certain class of ordinary differential equations for Fock space operators. Quantum stochastic differential equations of Itô type and their generalizations involving higher powers of quantum white noises enter into our consideration.

Vitonofrio Crismale

A quantum stochastic integration theory on interacting Fock spaces (IFS) is developed. We present the semi-martingale inequalities either in standard general IFS or in 1-mode type IFS, which allow us to introduce the definitions of integrable processes and construct stochastic integrals satisfying some useful properties which will be presented in [13].

QUANTUM STOCHASTIC ANALYSIS VIA WHITE NOISE OPERATORS IN WEIGHTED FOCK SPACE

Dong Myung Chung, Un Cig Ji, Nobuaki Obata

White noise theory allows to formulate quantum white noises explicitly as elemental quantum stochastic processes. A traditional quantum stochastic differential equation of Itô type is brought into a normal-ordered white noise differential equation driven by lower powers of quantum white noises. The class of normal-ordered white noise differential equations covers quantum stochastic differential equations with highly singular noises such as higher powers or higher order derivatives of quantum white noises, which are far beyond the traditional Itô theory. For a general normal-ordered white noise differential equation unique existence of a solution is proved in the sense of white noise distribution. Its regularity properties are investigated by means of weighted Fock spaces interpolating spaces of white noise distributions and associated characterization theorems for S-transform and for operator symbols.
