Abstract

In this paper, a bidirectional quantum teleportation protocol based on Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen (EPR) pairs and entanglement swapping is proposed. In this scheme, two users can simultaneously transmit an unknown single-qubit state to each other. The implementation of the proposed scheme is easier in experiment as compared to previous work.

Bidirectional quantum teleportation and secure direct communication via entanglement swapping

Shima Hassanpour, Monireh Houshmand

In this paper, a bidirectional quantum teleportation protocol based on Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen (EPR) pairs and entanglement swapping is proposed. In this scheme, two users can simultaneously transmit an unknown single-qubit state to each other. The implementation of the proposed scheme is easier in experiment as compared to previous work. By utilizing this bidirectional quantum teleportation protocol, a bidirectional quantum secure direct communication scheme without carrying secret message is presented. Therefore, in the case of using perfect quantum channel, the protocol is completely secure. Finally, security analyses are investigated.

Bidirectional quantum controlled teleportation by using EPR states and entanglement swapping

Shima Hassanpour, Monireh Houshmand

In this paper, a novel protocol for bidirectional controlled quantum teleportation (BCQT) is proposed. Based on entanglement swapping of initiate Bell state, two users can teleport an unknown single-qubit state to each other under the permission of the supervisor. This proposed protocol would be utilized to a system in which a controller controls the communication in one direction only. Indeed, just one of the users needs the permission of the controller to reconstruct the unknown quantum state. In comparison to the existing BCQT protocols which their quantum channels are cluster and brown state, the proposed protocol is more practical within todays technology, since it merely uses Bell states as the quantum resource.

Teleportation of an Arbitrary Two-qubit State

Feng Xun-Li, Zhongyang Wang, Xu Zhi-Zhan

A scheme to teleport an unknown two qubit state from Alice (the sender) to Bob (the receiver) using two Einstein Podolsky Rosen (EPR) pairs is presented, each EPR pair being shared by both Alice and Bob. Firstly, Alice combines each of the two particles in the teleported state with an EPR particle and makes Bell state measurement on each combination. Then she transmits the outcomes of her measurements to Bob classically. According to Alice′s measurement results, Bob can perform appropriate unitary operations on his two EPR particles to retrieve the initial state.

Bidirectional controlled quantum teleportation by a genuine entangled 9-qubit state

Yinxiang Long, ZhongLiang Shao

Since the first protocol of quantum teleportation based on an EPR pair was presented by Bennett et al. in 1993, it has become a hot topic in quantum communication. It is known that entanglement plays a key role in quantum teleportation. Various schemes of controlled quantum teleportation and bidirectional controlled quantum teleportation have been developed by using all kinds of multi-parties entangled states as a quantum channel, e.g. GHZ states, W states, 5-qubit cluster states, 6-qubit cluster states, 7-qubit cluster states, maximally entangled 5-qubit states, maximally entangled 6-qubit states, genuine entangled 6-qubit states, genuine entangled 7-qubit states, genuine entangled 8-qubit states. In this paper, a genuine entangled 9-qubit state is used as channel of quantum teleportation, and two schemes of bidirectional controlled quantum teleportation are proposed. One scheme is that with the control of Charlie Alice can transmit an arbitrary unknown qubit state to Bob and Bob can transmit an arbitrary unknown 3-qubit state to Alice in the same time. Another scheme is that with the control of Charlie Alice and Bob can transmit an arbitrary unknown 2-qubit to each other simultaneously. Compared with the existed schemes, our scheme can transmit more qubits of arbitrary state in total by an entangled state, and the intrinsic efficiency of our scheme is maybe the best. Moreover, the genuine entangled 9-qubit state used in our scheme can be produced through some simple quantum unitary gates.

Multi-qubit quantum teleportation state via EPR pairs

In this paper,a scheme was proposed which can teleport N-qubit quantum state by means of nEinstein-Podolsky-Rosen(EPR)pairs.In the proposed scheme, entangled EPR state is used as quantum channel between a sender and a receiver, the teleportaion of N-qubit unknown quantum state can be realized by means of N joint measurement and relevant unitary transformation. This scheme can teleport more information than using singlet particle quantum state.

Scheme for Teleportation of a Multipartite Quantum State by Using a Single Entangled Pair as Quantum Channel

Xin-Wen Wang, Zhiyong Wang, Li-Xin Xia

We present a theoretical scheme for perfect teleportation of an unknown multipartite two-level state by a single EPR (Einstein–Podolsky–Rosen) pair, and then generalize it to multilevel, i.e., an N -quNit state can be teleported by a single quNit entangled pair, with additional local unitary operations. The feature of the scheme is that teleporting a multipartite state with a reduced amount of entanglement costs less classical bits.
