Abstract

In this paper, a mentor-initiated bidirectional asymmetric quantum teleportation protocol is proposed. Unlike existing schemes that restrict the two-qubit state transmitted from Bob to Alice to a Bell-like form $α|00\rangle+β|11\rangle$, our protocol allows an arbitrary two-qubit state to be teleported from Bob to Alice within the mentor-initiated framework. The required entangled resources are constructed using standard quantum gates, and the protocol is illustrated through its quantum-circuit implementation in Qiskit. The proposed protocol is further simulated using Qiskit, and the simulation results show probability distributions very close to the theoretically expected values for the chosen input states.

Mentor initiated bi-directional asymmetric quantum teleportation protocol with hierarchical control

Plaban Saha, Binayak Samadder Choudhury, Bibhudatta Tripathy +1 more

In this paper, we design a protocol for mutual transfer of a single-qubit state and an entangled two-qubit Bell-like state between two parties under hierarchical supervision for which there are two controllers. There is a Mentor for the protocol who is initially entangled with two separate groups of participants and by his act of measurement creates an entanglement amongst the rest of the parties for the protocol to proceed. The involvement of Mentor reduces the necessity of multipartite entanglement with a relatively large number of qubits. The generation of these two resources are described through circuit formation. The specialty of the present scheme is that it combines the role of the Mentor with those of the multiple controllers supervising at different levels into an integrated protocol. The protocol is a perfect protocol and is simulated in the Qiskit environment. Further, the efficiency of the protocol is calculated and compared with other similar ones.

Asymmetric bidirectional quantum teleportation via six-qubit partially entangled state

Jinwei Wang, Liping Huang

In this paper, an asymmetric bidirectional controlled quantum teleportation via a six-qubit partially entangled state is given, in which Alice wants to transmit a two-qubit entangled state to Bob and Bob wants to transmit a single-qubit state to Alice on the same time. Although the six-qubit state as quantum channel is partially entangled, the teleportation is implemented deterministically. Furthermore, only Bell-state measurements, single-qubit measurements and some unitary operations are needed in the scheme.

Enhanced two-way teleportation of entangled states with six-qubit cluster channel

R Vedhanayagi, Soubhik De, Basherrudin Mahmud Ahmed A +1 more

Abstract A bidirectional quantum teleportation protocol is proposed for the transfer of two-qubit entangled states between two parties utilizing a six-qubit cluster state quantum channel. The protocol enhances the resource efficiency by allowing the reconstruction of teleported states without the use of CNOT operations or auxiliary qubits at the receiver’s end. Comparative analysis with existing schemes highlights the higher intrinsic efficiency of the proposed approach for bidirectional quantum teleportation. The protocol is further generalized to enable the bidirectional teleportation of arbitrary n-qubit entangled states using the same six-qubit quantum resource, demonstrating scalability. The protocol is simulated under various noise models to evaluate its robustness, with fidelity assessments carried out using the IBM Qiskit SDK. A complete teleportation circuit implementing the protocol is designed using standard quantum gates.

Symmetric bidirectional quantum teleportation via five-qubit cluster state

We propose a protocol of symmetric bidirectional quantum teleportation via five-qubit cluster state. Based on the Bell-state measurements, introduces an auxiliary particle and perform joint unitary transformation, Alice wants to transmit an arbitrary two-qubit entangled state to Bob and Bob wants to transmit an arbitrary two-qubit state to Alice.

Bidirectional hierarchical quantum teleportation based on an eight-qubit entangled state

Benchao Yang

Abstract This article proposes an asymmetric bidirectional hierarchical quantum teleportation protocol, which is based on a quantum channel composed of a maximum of eight-qubit entangled state. With this method, Alice can transmit an unknown single-qubit state to Bob, meanwhile, Bob can transmit an arbitrary unknown two-qubit quantum state to Alice. As a sender with high authority, Bob can send any unknown two-qubit quantum state to Alice only under the sole control of the controller Charlie; Alice, as a sender with low-level permissions, if Bob intends to receive the unknown single-qubit quantum state sent by Alice, he must get the permission and assistance of Charlie and David to complete the communication.

Asymmetric Bidirectional Controlled Quantum Teleportation of Three- and Four-Qubit States

Zhiying Feng

In this paper, we theoretically realize bidirectional controlled quantum teleportation by using ten-qubit entangled state method. This paper uses a case to introduce the specific process of realizing quantum teleportation: Alice sends an unknown four-qubit GHZ state to Bob, and Bob sends an arbitrary three-qubit GHZ state to Alice. In addition, Charlie controls the transfer to ensure the integrity of the protocol. A ten-qubit quantum channel is constructed and used in this paper. Then, the unitary matrix transformation is used to complete the communication protocol. The research results show that the communication protocol constructed in this paper is more efficient than most communication protocols.
