@stubbi Can you please confirm whether all the members of team must be present during hackathon? Cause we need to apply for visa and it takes good amount of time to get the approval along with we need the visa support letter regarding the selection to participate. It would be really helpful if you can address our concerns.

We would like to ask about the official invitation letter for visa purposes.
Our team will need to travel to another country to complete the visa arrangements, as there are no embassies operating in Yemen. Because of this, the timeline will be quite tight, and we would appreciate your clarification on when and how we can receive the official invitation letter to proceed with the visa process.
