New offer for all participants – free hotel accommodation!

To make the Bradford Quantum Hackathon as accessible as possible, the organisers are increasing the travel subsidy offered to teams travelling to the event.

All participants traveling to Bradford and attending the hackathon may now claim a single room for the night of Thursday November 20th, breakfast included, at the Leonardo Hotel (or a nearby equivalent if necessary).
To secure your room, we need to collect some additional information. Please complete the following form no later than Thursday 13th November.

Our team will then complete the booking on your behalf.

Please note the organizers will only cover the night of Thursday 20th November, enabling teams to get an early start at the hackathon final on Friday 21st November. Any additional accommodation and transportation such as trains, buses or taxis needs to be covered by participating team members.

Hi thanks for your kind support. Can I kindly know when we will be notified about team selection. Because, the visa needs to be arranged and it takes time to get UK visa. Can you please convey the selected teams sooner? It would be really helpful. Thanks. @stubbi
