Dear Quantinuum Mentorship and Event Coordination Team,
We are Team NeuroCat from Bangladesh, recently selected for the final round of the Clinical Trial Optimization track in the Bradford Quantum Hackathon 2025.
As international finalists, we are now required to complete the formalities of our visa application and university documentation process (from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology – BUET). Â
To proceed smoothly, we urgently request a formal invitation letter from Quantinuum (or the official organizing authority) to endorse our participation in the final round. This document is essential for visa processing and institutional approvals.
Unfortunately, the available timeframe is very short (only 7–8 days), making it nearly impossible to complete visa formalities without expedited support. We sincerely hope the organizing team can consider this time constraint and assist international students like us in obtaining the necessary documents as soon as possible.
We remain deeply grateful for your understanding and support, and we look forward to representing our university and country at this exciting event.
Sincerely, Â
Team NeuroCat Â
