Raghid W CHARARA

Raghid is a seasoned technology expert with over 25 years of experience shaping strategy and driving innovation across the technology, telecommunications, and banking sectors. His expertise encompasses leadership, digital transformation, artificial intelligence (AI), Strategy and execution, and FinTech. Throughout his career, Raghid has successfully led numerous large-scale, global technology initiatives (spanning the Middle East, GCC, Europe, and Africa), often focusing on leveraging data analytics and AI to achieve business impact and competitive advantage. His background also includes over 15 years of experience in sales and negotiations.

His academic foundation includes a double major in Statistics and Computer Science from the American University of Beirut (AUB), complemented by a douzen advanced certifications in global management, leadership, and transformation from the leading business school, INSEAD. He actively contributes as an executive coach at two of the world leading business schools: INSEAD and IE, sharing his deep practical experience and insights through courses on AI, innovation, digital transformation, strategy, and FinTech. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence (AI).
