Quantum Governance Systems

Verification and assurance infrastructure for quantum computing.
London, UK

The problem

A quantum computer returns a result. Nothing accompanies it that would let an
auditor, a regulator or a buyer confirm that the declared circuit ran, on the
declared backend, with the declared parameters, or that the answer is as good as
claimed.
Classical computing settled this decades ago with logs, checksums and audit trails.
Quantum has inherited the compute without the evidence. For a research group that
is survivable. For a bank, a hospital, a defence programme or a national
infrastructure operator, it is the reason procurement stops.

What we build

Governance artefacts that make quantum runs independently checkable.
Quantum model cards. Structured documentation comparable across teams, vendors
and architectures.
Composed assurance patterns. What has to be declared, bound and verified for a
result to carry evidentiary weight.
Run attestation. Tooling that binds a declared computation to an executed one.

Standing

Work presented at IEEE Quantum Week 2026 (QCE26) in Toronto, September 2026:
*Operationalising the Quantum Model Card: A Composed Assurance Pattern for
Responsible Quantum Deployment.* Patent pending. Founded 2025, Headquarter: The City of London.

Quantinuum Singapore Grand Challenge 2026

Competing in Open Innovation.
Quantinuum's own judging rubric states that every score should trace to an artifact
and a rationale. We think quantum results should meet the same standard. This
submission tests whether they can.
