Abstract

We investigate schemes for quantum secret sharing and quantum dense coding via tripartite entangled states. We present a scheme for sharing classical information via entanglement swapping using two tripartite entangled GHZ states. In order to throw light upon the security affairs of the quantum dense coding protocol, we also suggest a secure quantum dense coding scheme via W state in analogy with the theory of sharing information among involved users.

Secure quantum dense coding via tripartite entangled GHZ state in cavity QED

Zheng‐Yuan Xue, You-Min Yi, Zhuo‐Liang Cao

We investigate economic protocol to securely encoding classical information among three users via entangled GHZ states. We implement the scheme in cavity QED with atomic qubits where the atoms interact simultaneously with a highly detuned cavity mode with the assistance of a classical field. The scheme is insensitive to the cavity decay and the thermal field, thus based on cavity QED techniques presently it might be realizable.

Following a recent proposal ( Phys. Lett. In the scheme the atoms interact simultaneously with a highly detuned cavity mode with the assistance of a classical field, the successful probability of dense coding scheme with this peculiar tripartite entangled state equals 1.

Scheme for Implementing Quantum Dense Coding and Teleportation with Tripartite Entangled State in Cavity QED

Jia Chun-Xia, Peng Zhao-Hui

In this paper, we present a peculiar tripartite entangled state that is inequivalent to both the GHZ state and the W state, and then propose to implement efficient quantum information processing such as quantum dense coding and teleportation with this entangled state in cavity QED. In this scheme the atoms interact with a highly detuned cavity field with the assistance of a strong classical driven field. It does not require the transfer of quantum information between the atomic system and the cavity, and then our scheme is insensitive to both the cavity decay and the thermal field.

Quantum communication over bit flip channels using entangled bipartite and tripartite states

Ankur Raina, Shayan Garani Srinivasa

Super dense coding is a well known protocol to communicate two classical bits using a pre-shared pair of entangled qubits. We consider the case of quantum communication over the noisy bit flip channel with a shared Bell pair and show that the encoding scheme is perfectly secure. We extend the idea of super dense coding to a tripartite system and derive expressions for Holevo capacity and accessible information for various communication scenarios among the node links.

Scheme for Quantum Dense Coding with Secret Sharing in Cavity QED

Changlin Zou, Zheng‐Yuan Xue, Zhuo‐Liang Cao

Quantum dense coding (QDC) is a process originally proposed to send two classical bits information from a sender to a receiver by sending only one qubit. Our scheme of QDC is proposed following some ideas on secret sharing with entanglement in cavity QED. Based on the theory of secret sharing the QDC process can be more secure.

Multiparty quantum secret sharing of classical messages based on entanglement swapping

Zhanjun Zhang, Zhong‐Xiao Man

A multiparty quantum secret sharing (QSS) protocol of classical messages (i.e., classical bits) is proposed by using swapping quantum entanglement of Bell states. The secret messages are imposed on Bell states by local unitary operations. The secret messages are split into several parts, and each part is distributed to a separate party so that no action of a subset of all the parties without the cooperation of the entire group is able to read out the secret messages. In addition, dense coding is used in this protocol to achieve a high efficiency. The security of the present multiparty QSS against eavesdropping has been analyzed and confirmed even in a noisy quantum channel.
