Beyond Bohr Atomic Structure: Laws and Reformulation via Ziwave Dynamics

Abstract

The Bohr model describes atomic structure via discrete orbits K, L, M, N withoutdefining an underlying sample space. We identify this as a foundational flaw: a dynamicswithout a stage. We introduce Stage = Sample Space = Ω with partition Ω = (Ω \ΩC ) ∪ ΩC , and reformulate the electron via mapping and certified domain: ZDM: Z(t) =MZ [I] + ∆(t) and ZBPT: ΩC = ∆−1(0).In this framework, Ziwave zt evolves on Ω \ ΩC and certifies as Avatar m = MZ [I] onΩC . Four laws — orbital, transition, duality/bonding, and periodic — are shown incom-plete without Ω using a Law / Error / Correction / Proof pattern. The periodic tableis reinterpreted as a hierarchy of certification capacities Ω(n)C , not empirical occupancy2, 8, 18, 32, and Nn = 2n2 is derived as |Ω(n)C | = 2n2.

On the Constitution of Atoms and Molecules: A Generative Commentary on Bohr's 1913 Trilogy

Artur Sikora

Niels Bohr's 1913 trilogy was a masterful stopgap. It preserved classical mechanics where it could, patched it with quantization where it couldn't, and left the physical mechanisms of stability, emission, and chemical binding deliberately unexplained. This paper presents a complete generative reformulation of Bohr's framework. By replacing continuous trajectories and ad hoc postulates with discrete phase-lock tiers, vacuum memory decay, and Z-domain coherence, we derive the hydrogenic spectrum, molecular bonding, isotopic stability, multi-electron shielding, and the periodic system from first principles. Quantization emerges as harmonic stability, emission as generational desynchronization, and chemical valence as phase-lock channel saturation. All predictions match CODATA and NIST reference values to sub-part-per-million precision without empirical curve-fitting. The universal gas constant, Boltzmann constant, and related proportionality factors are shown not to be fundamental primitives, but unit-conversion bridges between generational phase-jitter variance and macroscopic engineering scales. This commentary is strictly confined to the atomic and molecular foundations laid out in Bohr's trilogy; macroscopic extensions (condensed matter, transport, and fluid thermodynamics) are reserved for dedicated follow-up publications.

Omega Beyond the Einstein–Bohr Boundary

Pasquale Kaboth

This work develops a mathematical and computational investigation of the Einstein–Bohr boundary problem by reformulating it as a problem of representation, projection, reconstruction, and empirical identifiability. Rather than beginning with a predetermined interpretation of quantum mechanics, the study asks a more constrained question: what mathematical structure would be required for an observer-independent carrier of physical states to be describable, reconstructable, and empirically distinguishable from standard quantum-mechanical explanations? A generalized carrier, denoted by Ω, is introduced as an algebraic-dynamical structure whose observable consequences arise through context-dependent projections. This formulation permits mathematical description without requiring a global, context-independent assignment of classical values. The resulting framework is examined against quantum contextuality, Bell/CHSH constraints, incomplete witness bases, information loss under projection, reconstruction ambiguity, dynamical consistency, and observational equivalence. A sequence of computational Model-Lab investigations then addresses a stronger problem: even if such a carrier can be mathematically represented, can it be empirically identified? History dependence, hidden memory, non-Markovian dynamics, causal breaks, system resets, and latent-state models are tested against increasingly strong quantum countermodels. These investigations show that several apparently distinctive signatures are insufficient by themselves. In particular, history dependence and memory can be reproduced by enlarged system–environment quantum models, and strong statistical evidence for memory does not automatically constitute evidence for an additional ontology. The analysis therefore proceeds to possible post-quantum escape routes. No-signalling supra-quantum correlations, nonlinear dynamics, complete-positivity boundaries, ancilla consistency, process-tensor descriptions, and higher-order quantum-process alternatives are examined as successive admissibility tests. These investigations motivate a hierarchy of constraints that any empirically meaningful extension must survive before a deviation from standard quantum modeling can reasonably be interpreted as evidence for additional physical structure. The final part develops a resource-bounded empirical discrimination program. Instead of allowing hidden environments or memory resources to grow without limit, the admissible quantum countermodel class is constrained by independently established physical resources. A synthetic memory-dimension experiment demonstrates how temporal process complexity can, under explicitly stated representation-dependent assumptions, provide a witness against a bounded-memory null class. Finite-sample simulations and adversarial null-model stress tests are used to explore the statistical behavior of this approach. The central conclusion is deliberately limited: Ω can be mathematically described within the developed model class, but mathematical describability does not establish its physical existence or unique empirical identification. Memory, history dependence, non-Markovianity, and unusual correlations are likewise insufficient on their own. Independent empirical warrant would require observations that cannot be reproduced by any admissible standard quantum model after environment, memory, causal, higher-order, and other relevant resources have been independently constrained. The work consequently transforms the original ontological question into a more precise experimental one: what observation would remain outside the equivalence class of all resource-bounded quantum-process explanations while continuing to satisfy the required probabilistic, causal, compositional, and physical consistency conditions? The accompanying computational artifacts document the Model-Lab simulations, identifiability tests, post-quantum model campaign, resource-bounded experiment, and adversarial null-model analysis. These numerical investigations are computational experiments and should not be interpreted as laboratory evidence for physics beyond quantum mechanics.

The Linear Space Theory of the Universe and the Non-Nucleus Atom Model: A Lattice-Based Interpretation of Action, Spin, and Reality

Ergun, Hamdi Bilgin

This work introduces the Phase–Lattice Atomic Model, a fundamentally geometric and dynamical reinterpretation of atomic structure. Instead of a point-like nucleus and probabilistic orbital clouds, the model proposes that mass–energy is distributed over a spherical surface through discrete, phase-coherent micro-spheres arranged along quantized spiral pathways. Each micro-sphere carries a triple-phase structure separated by 120°, and the requirement of global phase compatibility over successive Planck-scale steps enforces a natural “phase-selection rule” for propagation. This phase-coherent dynamics generates a quantized surface lattice composed of finite spiral windings, with the total number of phase-carrying nodes bounded by the experimentally observed proton–electron mass ratio (≈1836). The interaction between phase delay accumulation and phase-compatibility constraints produces amplitude envelope modulation, giving rise to a natural mechanism for electronic fine-structure splitting—without invoking continuous orbital wavefunctions. The framework provides:• a geometric foundation for spin, exclusion, and handedness;• a discrete mechanism for fine-structure variation;• a surface-dynamical alternative to point-charge quantum orbitals;• a unifying interpretation of classical and quantum behavior based on minimal phase disturbance and least-action pathways. This preprint consolidates the theoretical structure, graphical representations, derivations, and physical implications of the Phase–Lattice model and is intended to make the framework publicly accessible while formal journal submission is in progress.

The Ziwave – Pre-Ziwave Duality: End of 100 Years Wave-Particle Duality Photoelectric Effect as a Special Case of Avatar Effect

DR. ZULFIQAR ALI KHAN

We prove wave-particle duality is Ziwave – Pre-Ziwave duality. Mass-free, strictlyinformational.• Avatar Principle and Avatar Effect: For a century physics sustained dualityby assuming one equation over one domain. We prove domain error: ΩC sustainsonly certified projection m|ΩC = SZ [zt] observed as particle, while reality on Ω\ΩCis Ziwave. modelo atômico de Bohr e o início da mecânica quântica

A. M. Velásquez-Toribio
