Abstract

This paper investigates the application of quantum entanglement to a novel non-linear geometric transformation learning framework. Traditional machine learning methods often struggle with complex geometric transformations due to their inherent dimensionality and sensitivity to initial conditions. We propose a method that leverages quantum entanglement to enhance the learning process and achieve improved accuracy and efficiency. The core mechanism involves encoding the geometric transformation as a quantum state, exploiting entanglement to facilitate efficient exploration of the solution space and adaptive optimization. This approach offers a fundamentally different perspective on geometric learning, potentially unlocking new capabilities in areas requiring intricate shape manipulation. This work introduces a novel quantum-inspired learning algorithm that demonstrates promising results in simulated and experimental settings.
