Abstract

This paper investigates the application of quantum machine learning to the complex task of non-linear geometric modeling. Traditional machine learning methods often struggle with non-linear relationships within data, limiting their ability to accurately represent and predict intricate geometric structures. We propose a novel quantum algorithm leveraging quantum entanglement and superposition to achieve a deeper, more nuanced understanding of geometric patterns. The core mechanism involves mapping geometric data onto a quantum state space, enabling the algorithm to explore a wider range of potential solutions and enhance predictive accuracy. This work demonstrates the potential of quantum computation to overcome limitations of classical machine learning in the analysis and modeling of geometric data. We present preliminary results focusing on a specific geometric dataset and highlight the algorithm's potential for future expansion.
