Abstract
This paper proposes a novel approach to information encoding and decoding, termed Quantum Entanglement Information Encoding and Decoding (QIE&D), leveraging the unique properties of quantum entanglement. The core claim is that QIE&D offers a fundamentally new method for information processing, surpassing the limitations imposed by classical information theory. The underlying mechanism utilizes multi-particle entanglement to construct an encoder-decoder system. The encoding process maps information onto entangled states across multiple quantum particles, while the decoding process extracts the original information through measurements on these entangled states, enhanced by entanglement transformations to improve robustness against noise. QIE&D distinguishes itself from existing quantum information processing techniques by employing multi-body entanglement, providing significantly greater information capacity and processing power. This system is designed to address the challenges associated with long-distance quantum communication and secure quantum computation. The theoretical framework is presented, detailing the key components and operational principles of the QIE&D system. We explore the mathematical formalism underpinning the encoding and decoding processes, focusing on the manipulation of entangled states and the application of entanglement transformations. Furthermore, we analyze the system's sensitivity to various types of noise and propose strategies for mitigating these effects. The potential of QIE&D is significant, offering a pathway toward more efficient and secure information transmission and processing in the quantum realm.
