Abstract

This paper presents the Quantum Entanglement Information Encoding and Decoding Framework (QIEF), a novel approach to information encoding and decoding leveraging the unique properties of quantum entanglement. QIEF aims to significantly enhance data transmission rates and security compared to conventional methods. The framework utilizes multi-particle entanglement to encode information by manipulating the states of entangled particles. Decoding is achieved through measuring the entangled particles' states to recover the original information. A key component of QIEF is an entanglement resource management mechanism designed to optimize the efficiency of utilizing entangled states. We demonstrate the potential of QIEF to overcome the limitations of classical information processing, theoretically enabling high-speed, secure quantum communication. The core claim is the improved performance through entanglement utilization. The underlying mechanism involves controlled manipulation and measurement of entangled states. Mathematical formulations are presented to illustrate the key aspects of the framework.
