Abstract

This paper introduces a novel quantum machine learning framework based on dynamic topology. Traditional machine learning methods are often static, while this framework dynamically adjusts the topology of a quantum system during training and optimization, enabling more adaptable models. We develop a method for constructing and manipulating dynamic topological structures to guide the learning process and improve model robustness. The core mechanism leverages the inherent properties of topological quantum computation to achieve enhanced generalization and adaptability. We demonstrate the framework's effectiveness through simulations and preliminary experiments, showcasing its potential for addressing challenges in machine learning.
