Abstract

This paper presents a novel quantum machine learning approach leveraging dynamic topology to enhance data distribution modeling. Traditional machine learning often struggles with complex, high-dimensional data due to static models, necessitating complex parameter tuning. We introduce a quantum algorithm that dynamically adjusts the topology of a quantum state space, allowing for a non-linear representation of data and an adaptive learning strategy. This design addresses challenges in data analysis and prediction, particularly when dealing with intricate datasets. The core mechanism centers around the creation and manipulation of dynamic quantum states, enabling the algorithm to capture complex correlations and patterns inherent in the input data. We demonstrate the effectiveness of this approach through simulations and initial experimental results on benchmark datasets, showcasing improved performance in data distribution modeling and prediction compared to existing quantum machine learning techniques.
