Abstract

This paper explores the synergistic application of topology-informed cryptography and quantum state protection. Traditional quantum state protection relies on classical cryptographic methods, which often struggle to provide robust security guarantees, particularly in the face of evolving computational power and novel attacks. This work proposes a novel framework leveraging the inherent topological properties of quantum states, aiming to create a fundamentally more secure and reliable approach to quantum information processing. The core claim is that by intelligently utilizing topology-informed cryptography, we can develop quantum state protection mechanisms capable of significantly enhancing the safety and trustworthiness of quantum information. This involves constructing quantum states with inherent protection through topological transformations, which can be exploited to detect and resist attacks. The paper presents a theoretical framework and preliminary experimental validation demonstrating the potential of this approach.
