Abstract

This paper introduces a novel dynamic quantum topology learning algorithm designed to dynamically adjust topology structures based on input data. Traditional topology learning algorithms often rely on static models, aiming to improve model adaptability. Our approach leverages quantum circuit simulation to dynamically modify the underlying topology, establishing a strong connection between the model and the resulting structure. The algorithm's core mechanism involves iterative quantum circuit simulations, allowing for a continuous refinement of the topology, ultimately leading to more effective system modeling and prediction. We present a rigorous analysis of the algorithm's performance and demonstrate its potential to address challenges in complex system analysis.
