Abstract

Quantum machine learning (QML) holds immense promise for revolutionizing various fields, including data analysis, pattern recognition, and optimization. However, training complex quantum models often necessitates extensive fine-tuning of parameters, a process that can be computationally expensive and time-consuming. This paper introduces a novel quantum machine learning algorithm, termed "Adaptive Quantum Learning," designed to address this challenge by incorporating a dynamic self-tuning learning mechanism. The core of this approach lies in dynamically adjusting the learning parameters based on subtle variations within the input data, thereby enhancing the model's generalization capabilities. This work explores the potential of this adaptive learning strategy, demonstrating its effectiveness through theoretical analysis and preliminary experimental validation on a simplified quantum simulation. We present a framework for implementing this mechanism and analyze its impact on model performance, highlighting its advantages over traditional approaches.
