Abstract

Quantum Machine Learning (QML) has emerged as a promising field with the potential to revolutionize various computational tasks, particularly in areas requiring complex data analysis and pattern recognition. This paper presents a novel dynamic adaptive quantum machine learning algorithm designed to overcome limitations of traditional approaches. We explore how the inherent properties of quantum mechanics, specifically the superposition and entanglement of quantum states, can be leveraged to construct a learning process that dynamically adjusts model parameters based on the training process. The core mechanism focuses on utilizing quantum algorithms' self-alignment properties to optimize the learning loop. We detail the algorithm's structure, the underlying principles, and the expected performance improvements compared to existing methods. This work contributes to a deeper understanding of QML's potential for enhanced efficiency and capabilities, offering a framework for designing algorithms capable of adapting to complex, evolving data sets. The paper concludes with a discussion of future research directions and the potential impact of this approach on the field of machine learning.
