Abstract

Quantum-enhanced Bayesian Network Propagation presents a novel approach to probabilistic model exploration, leveraging quantum principles to accelerate the search for optimal configurations within complex probability spaces. This paper investigates the application of quantum annealing and superposition to improve Bayesian Network propagation, specifically addressing the challenges posed by high-dimensional data. We demonstrate that incorporating these quantum techniques can significantly enhance the exploration process, resulting in more accurate predictions compared to traditional methods. The core mechanism focuses on efficiently navigating the probabilistic space using quantum phenomena. This work contributes to a more robust and efficient probabilistic modeling technique, potentially impacting a wide range of applications requiring precise predictions.
