Abstract

Here “operational objectivity” is used only in a certificate-relative sense: satisfaction of a selected public-audit standard, not quantum Darwinism, spectrum-broadcast objectivity, or complete intersubjectivity. A declared family of complete queries determines an access-relative public class. We first state an elementary fiber-stability proposition: when a certificate’s target dependence factors through the public evaluation map and its auxiliary records do not encode which member of a public fiber was realized, a pass cannot identify the underlying physical state if that map is noninjective. We then propose a typed audit certificate C = (W,I,Cal,G,D,R,U) with six requirements: declared access, calibrated interventions, relative gauge alignment, a dependence-valid evidence pedigree, reproducibility with independently generated error oppor- tunities, and minimal epochal public revision. Construction J1 tests both the joint consistency and the inferential limit of this architecture inside standard real-amplitude quantum theory with ordinary real tensor composition. Ideal real-trine effects are nominal targets, while symmetrically relabeled noisy trines are the implemented effects and span each full local rebit effect space. Nevertheless I4 ±(3/5)J⊗J ρ±= 4 give probability 1/9 for every outcome of every implemented epoch-0 product context. A separately declared and calibrated global projective measurement outside that interface distinguishes them with total-variation distance 3/5 and equal-prior success 4/5. The witness depends on an independently trusted, hidden-direction-sensitive calibration source χH = (I4 + J⊗J)/4; calibration-source access is not target-query access, and no preparation–measurement duality or joint-SPAM self-calibration is assumed. Supporting results record exact transcript invariance for finite adaptive protocols on fresh preparations, the bound 1−(1−ε)n for an ε single-round discrepancy, and a distribution-free finite-sample upper certificate. Thus the selected O1–O6 pass can coexist with noninjectivity of the full separated-product map in J1. The claimed contribution is the fiber-stability diagnostic, typed synthesis, and joint witness, not a new operational quotient, local-tomography theorem, rebit defect, general objectivity criterion, or selection of complex quantum theory.

Operational Provenance Deficiency in Black\-Hole Reconstruction: Present\-Capability Geometry, Distinguishability Certificates, and Exact Holographic\-QEC Calibrations

Oliver Tuma

We formulate a contract-relative operational test for whether future-predictive quantum information lies in the post-processing capability of any admissible present description. For a declared present-access family and typed recovery policy, the present-completion deficiency is the diamond-norm distance between the predictive target and a contract-defined present-capability set. The underlying quantum channel deficiency and sufficiency mathematics is established prior art; the contribution is its use inside a path-sensitive black-hole reconstruction framework that separates coarse endpoint from rich present state, claim descent from witness descent, information insufficiency from failure of joint realizability, and local recovery from path monodromy. We prove access- and target-monotonicity under explicit typed closure conditions, give a pairwise distinguishability-gap lower bound, state a finite-dimensional attainment criterion for finitely many compact channel-type components, and derive the single/joint/virtual access hierarchy. The exact [[5,1,3]] perfect-code benchmark covers all ten three-retained and all ten two-retained access channels: every three-retained channel is exactly reversible, every two-retained channel is completely depolarizing with optimal diamond-norm deficiency 3/2 to the logical identity, and a Bell-projector discrimination certificate attains that lower bound. Two distinct three-retained erasure histories have the same coarse endpoint but different rich-present channels while both remain exactly recoverable, providing a direct null calibration of the endpoint split. The Bousso-Kaya-Lin-Shahbazi-Moghaddam finite-region family is retained as a coarse-data insufficiency benchmark, not yet as a no-present-completion theorem. The next black-hole-specific target is a certified positive fiberwise completion lower bound surviving operational quotienting, joint-realizability controls, and declared contract variations.

Public Quantum Records Without a Global Bookkeeper: Provenance-Admissible Standing for Redundant Quantum Records

Tomoyuki Uchida

This paper is the twenty-ninth in a sequence developing an interpretive framework that redescribes physical reality as a causally consistent history of information updates rather than as a collection of objects independently existing within spacetime. It returns the series to its physics-of-records basement after a long ascent through semantics, epistemology, agency, and the constitutive foundations of normative standing. Its question is narrow and physical: when does a quantum record that has been redundantly encoded in the environment count as a warranted public record — a record fit to be treated as shared, independently checkable, finality-graded evidence? Two prior papers already settled what this paper deliberately does not re-derive. Paper 3 established the world-side form of public finality for quantum records: a publicly final fact must be effectively classical pointer information, redundantly encoded across many disjoint environmental fragments, satisfying a demand-side redundancy bound, drawing on no-broadcasting, spectrum broadcast structure, and quantum Darwinism. Paper 8 separated, inside quantum mechanics, the temporal address of a record from its formation. The present paper adds the type-separation those two leave open: relational temporal address is not physical publicity capacity, and physical publicity capacity is not warranted public standing. The central result is a separation, not a new piece of physics. On the framework's declared anti-luck conception of warrant, meeting Paper 3's redundancy bound is necessary but not sufficient for warranted public standing. This is made precise in two steps. Unconditionally, two histories are constructed that realize the identical audited reduced state on the system and its environmental fragments — and, where stability is at issue, the identical audited reduced process over an audit interval — hence the identical spectrum-broadcast structure, redundancy, fidelity, and accessibility, so that no functional of the audited state alone can tell them apart — yet whose target-relative provenance profiles differ: in one, the fragments branch after the recorded event into mutually independent system–environment interactions; in the other, they pass after that event through an additional common source. It follows that provenance admissibility is not a functional of the audited quantum state. Conditionally, under a declared anti-luck calibration in which the second history's additional common bottleneck, selective retention, and closed challenge path constitute a defeater, the two histories receive different warranted-public-standing profiles. So warranted public standing tracks provenance, not redundancy alone — and not by stipulation, but because a recovery whose apparent independent agreement is an artifact of a single source is, in the series' anti-luck sense, unwarranted. The quantum publicity ceiling itself — that only effectively commuting content can be exactly public — is imported as background, not claimed as novel. The paper further shows that no quantum record certifies its own warranted public standing from inside, and that an adequate relational temporal address does not by itself confer public standing. All of this holds without a Global Bookkeeper: no physically privileged subsystem inside a consistency-constrained quantum information history supplies, primitively and globally, a non-contextual valuation, a privileged simultaneity, a canonical subsystem cut, a unique classical history, a self-certifying finality, or a global reference frame. Information Limits of Outcome-Resolved Incidence Certification

Qingchun Zhang

Calibrated support observations can constrain a complete quantum instrument without identifying its action by unrestricted tomography. We study what those observations guarantee when the noise law is not supplied. On a fixed four-dimensional incidence-record experiment, we define the set of all complete two-outcome completely positive instruments compatible with the exact raw rejection and outcome probabilities, retaining the classical flags. Exact ideal data identify the target, but an explicit family of complete instruments reproduces the nonzero-data category laws of a low-error contamination device while admitting coherent error of square-root order. A target-ray mass certificate and a common complete-dilation comparison give a universal upper, while an exactly feasible rational instrument supplies a stronger lower witness. At the diagnostic parameter r = 1/300000000, the unhalved target-relative worst-case radius lies between 0.000258065115532250 and 0.000951566242566. The result separates avoidable inequality conservatism from information absent from the measured data. Fixed-functional and fixed-map optimizations have separately certified scopes; they do not solve the global radius. The conclusions are conditional on the supplied carrier, calibration and common-device model. They do not establish an apparatus, device-independent certification, a finite-sample power guarantee or complete formal verification. Selected supporting declarations have one recorded successful Lean 4.19.0 macOS execution and declaration-specific source, type and axiom review; this is not an end-to-end formalization.

Bell-Nonlocal Quantum Entanglement as Boundary-Level Compatibility

Amos Jay Maley Maley

A Kernel-Role Determinacy Theorem for Bell-Witness Fixation, No-Signaling, and Tensor-Level Compatibility This manuscript develops a fixed-domain AASC analysis of Bell-nonlocal quantum entanglement as a theorem of reusable witness determinacy. It does not introduce hidden variables, modify quantum mechanics, derive Hilbert-space formalism from below, or propose a new signaling mechanism. Instead, it asks a prior structural question: once a Bell-type operational family is used as the same non-degenerate witness across settings, lawful transformations, retained records, comparison, and later classification, what admissible same-domain standing form is forced? The governing claim is that AASC is not an optional interpretive overlay on physics. Once an operational Bell family is asserted as a determinate reusable witness, admissibility, standing, reference, and irreversibility are already active as minimal necessity conditions of same-witness objecthood. Target instantiation therefore carries governance occupancy: an alleged determinate Bell witness with no admissible governance realization is not an empty alternative, but a refusal or retyping of the target. The manuscript defines finite operational Bell objects with explicit setting carriers, outcome families, channel/interface data, standing-token valuations, continuation and report/reuse structure, comparison profiles, and act-time status. It then defines object-indexed query sorts, dependent response families, exactly recoverable operational simulations, lawful Bell groupoids, six governance-effect functors, and target-active extensional governance equivalence. The result is a typed interface in which arbitrary native formalisms can be compared by their target-bearing governance effects rather than by their internal syntax. The central Bell-specific theorem states that every same-target candidate-admissible Bell-governance construction is forced component by component into the certified boundary-compatible standing form on the complete target-active practice. Candidate admissibility does not assume the canonical form at the outset. Instead, target occupancy, lawful transport, standing-flow exclusion, compatibility certification, coordinate-deviation exhaustion, and componentwise closure force exact target-bearing realization and governance equivalence to the canonical representative CP∗C^{*}_{P}CP∗. The target-induced governance quotient therefore has exactly one element. The Bell carrier is treated as a compatible empirical model on a finite measurement cover. Bell-local completion is identified with the existence of a global section, and Bell nonlocality is the obstruction to such a section. The manuscript separates operational marginal invariance, absence of controllable communication, and exclusion of same-domain standing transport. No-signaling is therefore preserved without retyping Bell nonlocality as superluminal communication, metric transport, distant repair, or hidden standing transfer. The finite-dimensional quantum specialization uses the standard bipartite tensor-product and local-POVM carrier. Every separable realization in that carrier is Bell-local; therefore, if the fixed Bell-nonlocal empirical model has such a finite-dimensional quantum realization, every realizing state in that carrier is entangled. Post-quantum Bell-nonlocal no-signaling models remain within the general witness theorem but outside the quantum-entanglement corollary. The accompanying Lean 4 development, release v0.8.0, directly verifies the finite Bell-side witness carrier: denominator-32 vector/Born weights, structural no-signaling, CHSH numerator 808080, all sixteen deterministic local extrema, finite denominator-32 Bell-local-envelope exclusion, and conditional endpoint routing. Its direct witness certificate is vectorBorn_flagship_spine, and its deepest released endpoint is reasonableDeepestFiniteEntanglement_spine. The manuscript-level typed governance interface, empirical lawful groupoid, compatibility equivalence, coordinate-deviation exhaustion, completed role collapse, candidate-to-canonical derivation, and finite-dimensional quantum specialization are not attributed to the released Lean layer. This paper is the Bell-witness member of the paired AASC quantum determinacy arc. The record-side manuscript, Admissible Record Construction in Physically Non-Selective Quantum Regimes, fixes when local physical record occurrences stand as the same evidential record objects. The present manuscript fixes when the Bell operational family sampled by such records stands as the same reusable witness. The paired endpoint is therefore: record-role fixation+Bell-witness compatibility.\text{record-role fixation} + \text{Bell-witness compatibility}.record-role fixation+Bell-witness compatibility. The manuscript is classificatory and eliminative rather than mechanistic. It does not claim that AASC generates the Bell probabilities or supplies a hidden physical influence. Its claim is that reusable Bell-witness determinacy strongly constrains how Bell-nonlocal correlations may be coherently classified on a fixed domain: not as independently complete local states later connected by a mechanism, not as Bell-local hidden-variable value assignments, not as superluminal signaling, and not as same-act repair, but as boundary-level compatibility carried by one standing-preserving Bell witness.

Quantum Measurement Without an External Observer in OT-GKSL Certified Reference Frames, Finite Entropic Readout, and Noether Balance Laws

Gwenolé Bocquet

Pedagogical Guide, Foundations Audit, Uniqueness & Substitutability Analysis, Literature Comparison, and Reading Guidance : A Pedagogical Guide to Understanding the OT–GKSL Architecture This paper develops a relational axiomatics of quantum measurement within the Einstein-locked OT/GKSL source-readout architecture. Its central question is: under what physical conditions can one quantum system function as the measurement frame of another? The native dynamics is described on finite effective quantum supports by density operators and completely positive Markovian evolution of GKSL type (Gorini, Kossakowski & Sudarshan, 1976; Lindblad, 1976). At this level, the labels assigned to two subsystems do not by themselves determine which is the apparatus, the observer, or the measured object. This starting point is consonant with operational quantum measurement theory, in which measurements are represented by physical instruments, effects, and state transformations rather than by an unanalyzed external observer (Davies & Lewis, 1970; Ozawa, 1984), and with quantum-reference-frame approaches in which reference systems may themselves be finite quantum systems (Bartlett, Rudolph & Spekkens, 2007; Giacomini, Castro-Ruiz & Brukner, 2019). The specifically OT–GKSL proposal is that a measurement frame is a certified record-bearing subsystem. Given two finite systems A and B, the directed statement A←B means that state-dependent content associated with B is stably and physically encoded in records carried by A. The direction is not inferred from subsystem labels, entropy ordering, or correlation alone. It requires a declared record algebra or instrument, operationally accessible record channels, stability under the relevant open-system dynamics, sufficient distinguishability or identifiability of the encoded alternatives, and controlled native-to-readout bridge diagnostics. A measurement outcome label is not yet a physical record. For a quantum instrument {Iy}, a physical readout is represented by an explicit record register, for example MR(ρ)=∑yIy(ρ)⊗∣y⟩⟨y∣R, after which accessibility, persistence, distinguishability, and stability of the register can be tested. This distinction follows the operational treatment of quantum instruments (Davies & Lewis, 1970; Ozawa, 1984) while making the physical record requirement explicit inside the OT–GKSL architecture. The paper also clarifies the role of entropy in measurement. Neither S(A), S(B), nor the raw difference S(B)−S(A) determines the measurement direction. Mutual information I(A:B)=S(A)+S(B)−S(AB) diagnoses total correlation but is symmetric and therefore does not select a readout orientation. Quantum conditional entropy S(B∣A)=S(AB)−S(A) is relational but remains distinct from the classical conditional entropy obtained after a physical outcome register has formed, S(B∣Y)=∑ypyS(ρB∣y). These distinctions are standard in quantum information theory (Nielsen & Chuang, 2000; Wilde, 2017) and are used here as diagnostics rather than as substitutes for physical record certification. Record-relative coherence provides a further diagnostic. Relative to a declared completely positive, trace-preserving and idempotent dephasing or conditional-expectation map ΔRA, one may define CRA(ρA)=D ⁣(ρA∥ΔRA(ρA)). This is closely related to the relative-entropy formulation of quantum coherence (Baumgratz, Cramer & Plenio, 2014). A measurement frame need not be globally classical or highly mixed; what is required is that the degrees of freedom used as records possess the stability and coherence properties demanded by the declared protocol. The dissipative part of measurement is treated separately. On a faithful detailed-balance sector, quantum Markov dynamics admits entropy-production and gradient-flow structures associated with relative entropy (Spohn, 1978; Carlen & Maas, 2017). In the OT–GKSL architecture, this entropic contribution belongs to the native dynamical layer and is not identified with the full measurement cost. Hamiltonian, non-detailed-balance, record, calibration, bridge, detector, and inference contributions retain separate roles. Accordingly, the cost of a directed readout is protocol-dependent rather than a universal scalar entropy. Changes in mutual information or coherence may have either sign and are therefore treated as diagnostics unless an explicit physical conversion law is supplied. A complete readout burden is instead assembled from declared nonnegative resource terms and controlled remainders. This is compatible with the broader information-thermodynamic distinction between information, entropy production, work, erasure, measurement, and feedback costs (Landauer, 1961; Sagawa & Ueda, 2010). The relation A←B may therefore be viewed as a certified breaking of the prior status symmetry A↔B: before the record architecture is specified, neither subsystem is intrinsically the measuring reference. This is a symmetry of descriptive status, not a new dynamical symmetry of nature. The actual orientation is selected by the physical record structure and by the dependence of those records on the state-dependent content being measured. The paper also places ordinary measurement upstream of event and spacetime reconstruction. Measurement records, complete event records, event individuation, geometric coordinate records, and clock records are distinct structures. A record generated in a laboratory measurement does not by itself define a spacetime coordinate or a new event location. In the broader OT–GKSL architecture, complete certified records first support event individuation; a separate rank-D coordinate sector then supports geometric localization, with D=4 selected on the observed spacetime branch. The physical clock record is likewise distinct from both the native evolution parameter and the temporal coordinate used in the Lorentzian readout. This ordering connects the measurement axiomatics to the literature on decoherence and stable records, where environment-induced selection and redundant information storage explain how particular record structures can become effectively classical (Zurek, 2003; Ollivier, Poulin & Zurek, 2004), while leaving the subsequent event-to-geometry step as a specific feature of the OT–GKSL architecture. Finally, the paper formulates the associated Noether and balance-law structure. For a native observable Q, L†(Q)=0 implies conservation of its expectation value under the declared GKSL evolution. More general open-system symmetries and invariant sectors have been studied in Lindblad dynamics (Albert & Jiang, 2014). Dissipative entropy balances, however, are mathematically different objects from strict conserved charges. A further distinction arises at readout level: even when a native quantity is conserved, its physical record may contain calibration, representation, bridge, or support defects. Classical conservation is therefore a descended statement requiring both native conservation and controlled representation in the certified record channel. The resulting architecture provides an internal account of measurement without introducing a primitive observer. Reference frames, instruments, physical records, measured content, relational information, readout costs, and conservation laws are treated as typed and testable structures within the OT/GKSL source-readout architecture. Measurement then forms the upstream record layer from which the later OT–GKSL constructions of event individuation, calibrated clocks and frames, Lorentzian geometry, and classical spacetime readout can proceed. Operational Observability and Contract-Induced Resource Transitions in Quantum Realisability

Mark Whitlock

Paper 7 of 11 — A General Theory of Answerability The eleven-paper TUS OS mathematical research programme Abstract This paper develops a structural theory for classifying how representation-resource requirements change when the operational obligation imposed on an independently fixed native system is lawfully strengthened. Building on the contract-relative resource law of Paper 6, it asks which source-level features of a strengthening determine or constrain the resulting resource transition. The theory fixes the native system, weak and strong contracts, realisation category, tolerance and charged resource before optimisation. A finite-baseline gate requires the weak contract to possess a finite-resource realisation, preventing pre-existing category nonrealisability from being misclassified as a strengthening-induced transition. The source-level object is a Contract Distinction System (CDS), which records the native configurations challenged by the stronger obligation, required distinctions or recovery targets, success rules, inspection boundaries and interface/commonality structure. Semantic challenge refinement and CRC cofinal/refinement equivalence control dependence on alternative finite challenge presentations. A Certified Observability Transport Theory (COTT) then maps licensed source-level facts into necessary resource lower bounds inside a fixed representation category and tolerance regime. The resulting directed finitary demand profile supports two distinct mechanisms. Internal divergence occurs when a single strengthened contract contains finite restrictions of arbitrarily large certified demand and can therefore exclude every finite-resource strong realisation in the declared category. Family divergence occurs when every member of a parametrised family remains finitely realisable while the additional resource induced by strengthening grows without bound across the family. Lower recognition is kept logically separate from upper-side existence: bounded certified demand is not treated as an existence theorem, and finite regimes require independent construction, compactness/gluing or another valid upper certificate. Conditional on finite baseline feasibility, the resulting pointwise classifier distinguishes resource-neutral, strict finite, finite-resource breakdown and UNRESOLVED transitions, with incrementally unbounded finite separation carried separately as a family-scaling modifier. Several exact witnesses separate these regimes. With three native labels, the same coarse distinction graph K3, representation category, Hilbert-dimension resource and discrimination threshold fixed, changing only interface commonality produces an exact minimum-dimension transition from 2 to 3 throughout 2/3 < τ ≤ 1/2 + √3/4. Thus interface structure can itself be representation-resource-bearing. For the canonical TUS OS target, the complete static Atlas has exact minimum Hilbert dimension 4, whereas recovery-complete selected-line instrument access has exact minimum 64, giving an exact strict-finite transition 4→64. The weaker state-only common-CPTP problem remains unresolved within 32≤d≤64, demonstrating that the stronger interface theorem cannot be transferred backward through a forgetful map. For periodically modulated decay processes, every finite member remains finitely realisable while the contract-induced capacity gap diverges with family size. For the fixed dual-Poisson process, every positive worst-case transparency strengthening eliminates all finite-resource strong realisations in the declared autonomous one-copy classical–quantum category. A synthetic Countable Pairwise Identity Ladder supplies a cross-interface internal-divergence test, while the Fanizza–Lumbreras–Winter result marks the separate outer boundary of baseline category nonrealisability. Together, the results establish that operational observability is a resource-bearing input to quantum realisability without being invariably resource-increasing. Resource transition depends on the typed structure of the operational obligation—not merely native-state count, predictive-state cardinality, distinction count or coarse distinction graph. Supporting General Theory Programme This paper is Paper 7 in the TUS OS quantum-operational and Answerability research programme. Building on Paper 6’s contract-relative resource theory, it develops operational observability and a structural classification of contract-induced resource transitions, distinguishing resource-neutral, strict finite, finite-resource breakdown and unresolved pointwise outcomes, with family divergence carried separately as a family-scaling modifier while separating lower-bound certification from constructive realisability. Papers 8–9 then move to Answerability as a generic mathematical object, developing the resource geometry of answerable inference and the Answerability Calculus; Paper 10 proves the protected and executable realisation of TUS OS within that calculus; and Paper 11 closes the programme with A General Theory of Answerability, establishing Structural Identity, Recognition, the canonical mandatory protected core, and lawful Realisation Freedom. It introduces the Contract Distinction System (CDS) as a representation-independent source description of the additional distinctions, recovery targets, challenge structure and interface/commonality obligations introduced by lawful contract strengthening; semantic challenge refinement and CRC cofinal/refinement equivalence to control presentation dependence; and a Certified Observability Transport Theory (COTT) that maps licensed source-level structure into necessary category- and tolerance-specific resource lower bounds. The resulting directed finitary-demand theory separates internal divergence within one fixed strengthened contract from family divergence across finitely realisable members, while keeping lower recognition logically independent from upper-side construction or compactness/gluing.
Building on Paper 6’s contract-relative resource theory, it develops operational observability and a structural classification of contract-induced resource transitions, distinguishing resource-neutral, strict finite, finite-resource breakdown and unresolved pointwise outcomes, with family divergence carried separately as a family-scaling modifier while separating lower-bound certification from constructive realisability. Paper 7 — Operational Observability and Contract-Induced Resource Transitions in Quantum RealisabilityStructural Classification, Family Scaling, and Finite-Resource BreakdownDevelops the structural classification theory for contract-induced representation-resource transitions. It introduces the Contract Distinction System (CDS) as a representation-independent source description of the additional distinctions, recovery targets, challenge structure and interface/commonality obligations introduced by lawful contract strengthening; semantic challenge refinement and CRC cofinal/refinement equivalence to control presentation dependence; and a Certified Observability Transport Theory (COTT) that maps licensed source-level structure into necessary category- and tolerance-specific resource lower bounds. The resulting directed finitary-demand theory separates internal divergence within one fixed strengthened contract from family divergence across finitely realisable members, while keeping lower recognition logically independent from upper-side construction or compactness/gluing.
