Abstract

The BC-IDPR P4 branch was opened after the frozen negative P2 baseline to test an enlarged object class:an explicitly constructed typed completely positive operator coupon, rather than an ordinary recoupling arrow,a same-index proxy, or a fitted coefficient matrix. For the frozen U3-to-U4 pilot, the terminal endpoint-localtwo-outcome coupon is completely positive, trace preserving, nonzero, and exactly invariant under declared nonscalar endpoint involutions. Its induced two-channel coefficient map has rank two throughout η ∈ [0.995, 1.005],has a certified positive uniform singular margin, and satisfies the preregistered defect-stability budget. ThusTYPED_DEFECT_MORPHISM_CERTIFIED passes. After explicit endpoint anchors are frozen, the map preserves theirrelative orientation. However, the intrinsic endpoint involutions do not induce a certified nontrivial involution on thefull coefficient spans, and one coupon supplies no cycle parity. The simultaneous terminal conclusions are thereforea positive typed morphism certificate and the negative metadata outcome DEFECT_ORIENTATION_UNIDENTIFIABLE.The P4 technical branch is closed and frozen; no automatic P4-G5 or P4-E03 is authorised.

Boundary Compensation Закрытие программы и атлас ветвей От спектральной чувствительности к сертифицированной архитектуре данных конечного разрешения

Alex Malachevsky

Boundary Compensation began as a minimal spectral-boundary model in which protected zero and near-zero modes amplify the logarithmic sensitivity of a small compensation gap. During its development, the programme shifted its centre of gravityfrom one physically motivated formula to a general finite-dimensional architecture ofscientific discipline. The resulting corpus includes induced Schur–Feshbach operators, multichannel gap spectra, sector and isotypic weights, finite-resolution response maps, inverse classes, admissibility rules, refinement cores, quotient normal forms, rank andresolution walls, atlases of compatible hidden lifts, perturbation tubes, certification algorithms, reset protocols, gluing obstructions, and layer-aware metrics.Parallel branches studied spectral entropy and relational internal time, operationalcollapse, information horizons, hidden winding shadows, compensated islands, descending compression, realization geometry, certified emergence, specification of open mathematical gaps, and quantum geometry in SU(2)k. The final BC-IDPR branch separatedlocal q-deformation from stronger interpretations, performed a preregistered phase test, proved a uniform finite-atlas frame bound, closed baseline global gluing with a negativetype-correct no-go theorem, and constructed a positive typed defect coupon with a ranktwo transition and a strict stability budget. The coupon’s intrinsic orientation was notdeclared unknowable because of missing data: after the endpoint adjoint action wasreconstructed, non-closure of the frozen two-channel coefficient plane was certified. The main programme outcome is not one completed physical theory but a reproducible language that prevents five recurrent substitutions: finite-resolution readout isnot hidden reality; a positive effective operator does not determine a unique hidden lift;local compatibility is not global gluing; parameter dependence is not time or dynamics;and a missing computational artifact is not an impossibility theorem. The programmecloses as a coherent corpus in finite-dimensional mathematical physics, inverse-problemarchitecture, and AI-assisted research governance, while all unresolved obligations remain as archival frontier records.

BC-IDPR P1: Preregistered Directional Phase Locking in a Frozen Finite Quantum 6j Recoupling Atlas

Alex Malachevsky

We report the confirmatory stage of a finite, preregistered test of phase-resolved response ina two-channel quantum 6j recoupling model. The upstream construction fixes a regular localq-deformation coordinate, an explicit finite carrier atlas, and analytic recoupling observables.A disjoint calibration stage selected the integer q-curvature mode m = 5 against a matchednoninteger control frequency 9.5. Before any confirmatory family was evaluated, the protocolfroze eight previously unused external-label families, all 106 ordered carriers belonging tothem, a 1101-point deformation grid, a cubic baseline projection, an anchored complex-columnprimary observable, a signed-angular-speed replication observable, exact decision thresholds, and a one-run stop rule. The primary endpoint was positive in all eight families. The median family energy advantage was 0.12716387712459315, compared with the preregistered threshold 0.02; the exact onesided family sign-test value was 1/256 = 0.00390625. The primary family phases were stronglyconcentrated, with R1 = 0.9967284980027259 and R2 = 0.9869553189520441. The frozendecision rule therefore assigned the protocol outcome A_UNIVERSAL_PHASE_LOCK. The replication observable also gave eight positive families, median advantage 0.09240553845217536,and R1 = R2 = 1. It did not participate in outcome assignment. Numerical audits found nohard failure, nonfinite value, residual degeneracy, undefined phase, or anchor-sign failure; thelargest reported orthogonality and evaluator discrepancies were of order 10−15.The controlled conclusion is deliberately narrow: on the frozen finite atlas, at the frozenmode/control pair and under the declared observation protocol, the primary residual phasesexhibit preregistered directional concentration together with positive predictor-over-controlenergy advantage. The result is local in the deformation coordinate and finite in labels. It isnot a theorem for all SU(2)k data, not a pentagon, braiding, or modular-coherence statement, not global gluing, not a large-label or continuum limit, and not evidence of physical timeoscillations, dynamics, mass, matter, or gravity.

Boundary Compensation BC-Emergence I Relational Substrates and Admissible Complexes From Local Readout Channels and Certified Overlaps to Finite Combinatorial Carriers

Alex Malachevsky

BC-Emergence I studies the first controlled upward transition from a finite family oflocal readout objects to a globally organized combinatorial carrier. The input consistsof finite-dimensional Hilbert spaces, local operators and projectors, declared overlapsubspaces, partial transition maps, and preregistered tolerance rules. Candidateadjacency is not accepted as an edge automatically: every relation is tested on acommon declared domain. Likewise, pairwise compatibility is not identified withtriple or higher-order compatibility. The paper introduces pairwise defects, symmetrized triple-transition defects, hierarchical joint defects, signed wall margins, and two output regimes: a SimplicialRegime and a General Incidence Regime. It proves invariance under relabeling, stability of incidence statuses under a two-sided distance from all threshold walls, rejection of a higher simplex by an inconsistent declared sub-overlap, covariance underlocal frame changes, and automatic heredity under monotone defect and thresholdrules. The output is not physical space but one certified incidence object, uniqueonly up to declared quotient conventions.Separate sections formulate the Anti-Tautology Principle, a distinct Universality Test, valid empty output, a four-vertex counterexample, a status tree, and the handoff toBC-Emergence II. Outcome-Resolved Incidence Transport: Shared Feasibility, Robust Certification, and Statistical Limits

Qingchun Zhang

We study how calibrated support information on positive incidence records can certify a complete outcome-resolved operation. On a supplied four-dimensional complex carrier, the original null-supported preparations span a codimension-one operator hyperplane. Exact branch preservation is characterized by the adjoint incidence moment; retaining outcomes can expose a distinction cancelled by the averaged operation. The canonical failure of a faithful filter preserves the hyperplane exactly under a reciprocal-spectrum condition. We prove a quantitative six-plane coercivity estimate and use positive leakage to control the full successful map, including a feasible scale correction and success conditioning. A shared matrix effect constraint then classifies complete pairs of nonzero invertible faithful outcomes. Independently admissible fitted branches need not admit a small repair within their prescribed target family. For a prespecified nonsaturated canonical success/failure instrument, testing both outcome supports and controlling shared gains gives a reference-uniform flagged diamond bound. Complete comparisons compose through finite classical histories with probabilities retained. A fixed-sample binomial construction converts raw counts into a simultaneous confidence-qualified instrument estimate. Its present constants yield large sufficient sample budgets, and an exact contamination example demonstrates conservatism even at population probabilities. The results are conditional on the carrier, common process, preparation, readout, and statistical contract. They do not establish a physical apparatus, device-memory tolerance, efficient experimental certification, or gravitational dynamics. Selected supporting declarations have two recorded Lean 4.19.0 executions and declaration-level source, type and axiom review; this is not an end-to-end formalization of the argument.

Defect-Controlled Metric-Measure Projection for Quantum Markov Dynamics: Records, Optimal-Transport Diagnostics, and Calibration

Gwenolé Bocquet

Foundations OT-GKSL Framework// Short abstract / conference metadata:This note develops a defect-controlled certification framework for projecting finite-dimensional quantum Markov dynamics onto operational readout variables. The central problem is to decide when a map from density-matrix trajectories to coordinate-like records can be regarded as a controlled metric-measure readout, rather than as anarbitrary chart or a posterior phenomenological fit. The proposed answer is formulated as a set of auditable technical contracts: record selection, bridge-defect control, native entropy/optimal-transport diagnostics, and frozen source-side calibration. At the native level, the framework starts from a density-matrix trajectory generated by a GKSL/Lindblad semigroup, with detailed-balance sectors admitting a relative-entropy gradient-flow interpretation in a quantum optimal-transport geometry. At the readout level, coordinate-like variables are required to be stable and accessiblerecord channels, minimally of the form X^a(rho)=Tr(rho R_a), with independence tested by a Gram matrix of OT or proxy gradients. The bridge between the native and readout levels is not assumed to be an isometry. It is treated as a controlled comparison problem, quantified by local dynamical defects, loop/holonomy defects, or metric-measure distortion proxies. The contribution is methodological and mathematical rather than ontological. It specifies when a downstream stress test can legitimately be said to test an implemented OT/GKSL readout mechanism. A table or observable produced downstream is admissible only if it is traceable to the native density-matrix trajectory, the generator, the entropy and coherence diagnostics, the OT or Bures-type distance proxy, the bridge-defect data, and a calibration map frozen before evaluation. Causal ablations - coherent, dephased, entropy-matched, no-dissipator, identity, and mean-only branches - are used to determine which claims are licensed. If a lock fails, the corresponding claim must be downgraded rather than rescued by retuning. The resulting object is a defect-controlled metric-measure certification protocol for quantum Markov readout maps. It is designed to be legible to researchers in optimal transport, geometric analysis, quantum Markov semigroups, and mathematical physics, while remaining directly usable as an audit layer for numerical implementations anddownstream cosmological or physical stress tests.Résumé en français:Cette note propose un cadre de certification contrôlé par défaut pour projeter une dynamique quantique markovienne, écrite au niveau de matrices densité, vers des variables opérationnelles de lecture. Core technical claims: Record certification: coordinate-like readout variables must be stable, accessible record channels selectedbefore evaluation, with nondegeneracy tested by an OT or proxy Gram matrix. Bridge certification: the native-to-readout relation is not an exact identity but a local or mesoscopic comparisonwith controlled defect. Metric-measure perspective: Gromov-Wasserstein-type distortion can be used as a global diagnostic ofdeviation from metric-measure isometry when such a comparison is meaningful. OT/Bures discipline: Bures or fidelity quantities are allowed as information-geometric proxies only when thefull noncommutative OT metric is not implemented, and must not be overclaimed. Frozen calibration: downstream response maps must be fixed before evaluation, hashed, and applied identicallyacross ablation branches. Claims ladder: record, bridge, coherence, dissipative, and full OT/GKSL claims are licensed only by thediagnostics and ablations that actually pass.Positioning statement:The work should be presented as a technical certification note. It does not claim to prove a complete physical theory in all regimes. It claims something narrower and stronger for implementation: once the records, bridge defects, OT/Bures diagnostics, calibration maps, traceability metadata, and ablations are fixed, the evidential status of any downstream comparison becomes explicit. Success, failure, downgrade, and falsification are no longer rhetorical judgments but consequences of declared PASS/FAIL contracts ///Before reading: this document is a part of 20 documents that make up the full architecture. TUS OS Paper 4 — Technical Volume II: Orthogonality, Process Closure and Native Triadic Synthesis

Mark Whitlock

Paper 4 (Technical Volume II) of 11 — A General Theory of Answerability The eleven-paper TUS OS mathematical research programme Abstract TUS OS Paper 4 — Technical Volume II: Orthogonality, Process Closure and Native Triadic Synthesis completes the two-volume technical development of Paper 4. Technical Volume I fixed the 64-state carrier, complete terminal future corpus, parity-separated complement-reachability structure and invariant probability module. This volume closes the remaining questions of universally forced support orthogonality, native composition, representation closure, LANDING, GUIDANCE and downstream synthesis correspondence at their explicitly declared scopes. For every finite-dimensional exact common-effect representation, Atlas complement effects force complementary carrier states to have orthogonal supports. In every exact common-CPTP realisation, common-word complement reachability propagates this orthogonality backwards by trace-distance contractivity. The resulting provenance-certified graph is G_prov ≅ K₃₂^even ⊔ K₃₂^odd, with ω(G_prov) = srk⊥(G_prov) = 32. Hence every admitted common-CPTP predictive representation has persistent Hilbert dimension at least 32. An explicit 64-dimensional diagonal construction supplies an exact upper-bound realisation, establishing 32 ≤ d_CPTP^min ≤ 64. The 1,024 cross-parity pairs remain unclassified by the certified forcing route. Accordingly, neither the complete universally forced support-orthogonality relation nor the exact common-CPTP minimum within this interval is determined. The paper then constructs a total, source-separated and non-circular conservative native whole-Triad object. Semantic equality erases custody identity, while a distinct provenance fibre preserves exact source, occurrence, relation and certificate custody. The construction is triadically governed at the input-incidence level, but its conservative semantic output is exactly decomposable and its generated relational layer is pairwise-generated. At this scope, native synthesis is therefore a relationally enriched constrained concatenation rather than an irreducible ternary semantic state. On the abstract canonical corpus, the structural quotient has exactly 64 singleton classes and is canonically isomorphic to the complete deterministic predictive carrier system. No predictive merger is possible: the minimum deterministic unifilar realisation has exactly 64 states. This carrier-faithful target exposes an exact static–dynamic separation. The inherited dimension-four static Atlas representation admits no affine or linear descent for the principal or continuation maps, whereas the 64-sector diagonal construction realises them by fixed CPTP channels. Exact LANDING state-only closure satisfies 32 ≤ d_L,state^min ≤ 64, while recovery-complete selected-line instrument access forces and attains d_L,instr^min = 64. An explicit 32-state complement-orbit memory construction also gives an exact classical–quantum hybrid with the certified four-dimensional quantum component. LANDING further admits factorised two-step process-comb and exact relational representations, showing that neither non-Markovian process memory nor irreducibly relational form is necessary for existence at the canonical scope. GUIDANCE is classified separately. Its selected-line future language distinguishes every non-complement pair, and exact line and endpoint instruments attain their declared recovery contracts. Deterministic GUIDANCE line observation can be nondemolition and jointly compatible with LANDING. The GUIDANCE and LANDING endpoint transformations are sibling same-start updates and cannot be serialised on a single carrier without changing their meanings. An exact no-feedback sidecar instrument instead returns the authoritative LANDING successor together with the GUIDANCE receipt. Joint LANDING–GUIDANCE compatibility therefore closes at the canonical scope without adaptive feedback, hidden carrier lookup or source-role inversion. Finally, the native-to-emitted correspondence is formalised as a custody relation and a lawful status-constrained subrelation, rather than as an asserted deterministic projection. The active-v1 profile yields a total 106-class correspondence census with no material-loss, unjustified-field or unresolved class. One authenticated Pilot 2 package supplies an unrestricted realised witness (ω_P2, s_P2) ∈ C_lawful ⊆ C_cust, reproduced by a separately written reconstruction together with the release-verification controls. This establishes one admitted instance of custody-closed native-to-emitted synthesis. The results concern exact finite mathematical and operational models under frozen access, recovery and resource contracts. The certified same-parity graph is a proved universal subgraph of the full forced-orthogonality relation; cross-parity forcing remains unclassified, no universal 64-way support-orthogonality result is established for the full common-CPTP representation class, and the exact common-CPTP minimum remains open within 32–64. Stronger recovery-complete selected-line access contracts are separately shown to require dimension 64. Likewise, the conservative native object is triadically governed, source-sovereign and non-circular, but no irreducible three-lane semantic degree of freedom is claimed at that scope. The paper makes no claim of global all-runs correspondence, truth of external domain claims, physical quantum execution, quantum advantage, production Domain Binding or activation of a production Technical Synthesis policy. Supporting General Theory Programme This technical volume is Technical Volume II of Paper 4 in the TUS OS quantum-operational and Answerability research programme. Building on Technical Volume I’s complete-future corpus, native contract, admissibility framework, and statistical discrimination theory, it develops process-forced orthogonality, process closure, LANDING/GUIDANCE results, native Triadic synthesis, and the associated process-resource bounds. Paper 1 — Canonical Tetrahedral Qubit-State Geometry in the TUS OS TriadXOR Completion, Receipt Verification and the Qubit-Geometric Semantic WitnessEstablishes the canonical tetrahedral geometry, unique XOR completion, exact qubit-SIC representation and centred-face trine geometry. For each lawful foundation, the 64 six-bit carriers map to exactly 27 anchor-relative qubit preparations under one foundation-defined tetrahedral-SIC Harness, while the separately declared face Harness gives the exact trine table. It establishes complete statistical separation of distinct carrier pairs, the exact parity-resolved pairwise total-variation optimum, exact complement reachability and the 33-dimensional rational invariant probability module that provides the formal complete-future foundation for the process analysis of the present volume. Technical Volume II imports these results without modification. Paper 4 — Technical Volume II — Orthogonality, Process Closure and Native Triadic SynthesisEstablishes universal complement-support orthogonality and its backward propagation under exact common-CPTP dynamics, yielding the provenance-certified same-parity graph and the bound 32 ≤ d_CPTP^min ≤ 64, with cross-parity forcing and the exact state-only common-CPTP minimum remaining unresolved. It further establishes the native structural/predictive quotient correspondence; exact LANDING and GUIDANCE process, readout and compatibility results; exact 64-dimensional minima for recovery-complete LANDING selected-line instrument access, recovery-complete GUIDANCE selected-line readout and the stronger GUIDANCE joint-instrument contract; an exact four-dimensional-quantum-plus-32-state-classical hybrid construction; joint LANDING–GUIDANCE compatibility without adaptive feedback; and one authenticated custody-closed realised native-to-emitted synthesis instance.
