PART II: The Standard Boolean Object in the Involutive Metric Category as a Fock Space Carrier for KO-Dimension 4

Abstract

Following the categorical equivalence $\mathbf{TripMet} \simeq \mathbf{InvMet} \times \mathbf{Vect}$ established in Part I, we construct a standard 16-dimensional Boolean object in the category of involutive metric spaces ($\mathbf{InvMet}$). We demonstrate that the Boolean hypercube $Q_4$ arises naturally as the Fock space carrier (the exterior algebra $\Lambda^*(\mathbb{C}^4)$) for the real Clifford algebra $Cl_{0,4}$, chosen as a convenient algebraic structure compatible with the KO-dimension 4 signature. We rigorously prove the tensor factorization $\Lambda^*(\mathbb{C}^4) \cong \mathbb{C}^4 \otimes \mathbb{C}^4$ and explicitly derive the spectral properties of the chirality operator on these factors, laying the algebraic groundwork for the chiral reduction required in the KO-6 extension. The internal morphism structure is captured by a $\sigma$-invariant regularized symmetrized intersection operator $F_F$, and we explicitly derive its block-diagonal structure and connectivity graph. We extend this object with a grading operator $D_F$ and an anti-linear real structure $J_F$, verifying the KO-dimension 4 sign relations. The non-commutativity $[D_F, F_F] \neq 0$ is identified as the algebraic engine for internal mixing, providing a robust, representation-theoretic foundation for subsequent noncommutative extensions and KO-lifts.

Natural Qubit Algebra: clarification of the Clifford boundary and new non-embeddability theorem

Grigory Koroteev

We introduce Natural Qubit Algebra (NQA), a compact real operator calculus for qubit systems based on a $2\times2$ block alphabet $\{I,X,Z,W\}\subset\mathrm{Mat}(2,\mathbb{R})$ and tensor-word representations. The resulting multiplication law induces a canonical $(\mathbb{Z}_2)^{2m}$-grading with a bicharacter that controls commutation signs, placing the framework naturally within the theory of color-graded and Clifford-type algebras. Within this language, we provide: (i) an explicit real Clifford normal form for two-qubit operators via the identification $\mathrm{Mat}(4,\mathbb{R})\cong\mathrm{Cl}(2,2;\mathbb{R})$; (ii) a purely algebraic reformulation of the Bell--CHSH scenario, where the quantum violation is expressed as a spectral non-embeddability of a noncommutative spinor algebra into any commutative Kolmogorov algebra; and (iii) compact factored representations of the Bernstein--Vazirani and Grover phase oracles, showing that both Clifford and non-Clifford examples can admit similarly structured symbolic descriptions. We clarify that Grover's iterate remains outside the Clifford group due to its continuous spectral rotation, consistent with the Gottesman--Knill theorem, while retaining a compact tensor-block form in NQA. The framework isolates spectral, algebraic, and syntactic aspects of operator structure, providing a graded operator language compatible with standard quantum mechanics.

Pseudovolumes: Computation and Extension, Part II

R Quincy Robinson

We develop the computational structure of the pseudovolume tensor of Part Iin two sections. Single-site machinery establishes exact-arithmetic foundations. Thepseudovolume's five simplex vertices, lying in the integer lattice H_Z := Z^4,are projected onto the A5-invariant parallel subspace V_par ≅ R^3 to produce a131-point icosahedral quasicrystal; its A5 symmetry is verified algebraically(Procrustes error ~10^{-16}) and via golden-ratio pair-correlation spacing.Exact arithmetic is carried by the quadratic field Q(phi) = {a + b*phi : a,b inQ}, which closes under the G-metric inner products of H. The QPhiPEPS is aprojected entangled pair state on the 131 quasicrystal sites with Q(phi)-valuedvirtual bond indices and bond dimension chi = 2. The bond contraction theoremestablishes that every G-metric contraction of adjacent bond vectors is a purerational, so the MERA coarse-graining hierarchy terminates in Q. Additionalresults: the ring F_2[x]/(x^6-1) contains a [6,2,4] constant-weight code(W(z) = 1 + 3z^4); all four bulk parameters are exactly recoverable fromboundary observables with a 45:1 compression ratio. H4 multi-site extension lifts the single-site machinery to a multi-sitearchitecture. The subgroup index [2I:2T] = 5 — the unique algebraic origin ofevery occurrence of five in the model — forces a 5-site network with H4 asglobal symmetry group. The A5-equivariant inter-site bond maps force a GHZground state whose entanglement entropy equals log|M(b)| uniformly across allbipartitions. This identifies the invariant Phi(b) = log|M(b)| exactly: it issimultaneously the unnamed spectral invariant of Part I, the entanglemententropy of the 5-site network, and the contextuality measure of the local PVM.The Zimba-Penrose parallel is thereby promoted from analogy to structure. A120-cell tiling extends the network to 600 sites, introducing a qualitativelydistinct inter-cell bond algebra (intra-cell: 16 of 60 A5 elements; inter-cell:12 of 60, equal to |A4|) at each coarsening level. A robustness theorem givesthe exact ground-state fidelity threshold p*(m) = 1 - m^{-5} = 1 -exp(-5*Phi(b)) for preferred bases under independent depolarizing noise. This is Part II of a two-part work. Part I (Foundation, Construction, andProperties) is deposited at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.21038657.

Five-Part Validation-Grade Suite on Universal Spectral Determinism and Non-Commutativity Residues: An Unconditional Resolution and Precision-Certified Certification of the \text{BQP} \not\subseteq \text{PH} Separation via Topological, Variational, and Information-Theoretic Invariants

Forrest Forrest M. Anderson

Five-Part Validation-Grade Suite on Universal Spectral Determinism and Non-Commutativity Residues: An Unconditional Resolution and Precision-Certified Certification of the \text{BQP} \not\subseteq \text{PH} Separation via Topological, Variational, and Information-Theoretic Invariants --- This 5-package resolution suite delivers an unconditional, non-relativizing, and non-algebrizing proof establishing the strict mathematical separation of Bounded-Error Quantum Polynomial-Time (\bm{\text{BQP}}) from the classical Polynomial Hierarchy (\bm{\text{PH}}) and Polynomial Time (\bm{\text{P}}). Rather than approaching the problem through symbolic logic or localized circuit lower bounds—which are structurally constrained by historic complexity barriers—this framework shifts the question into the continuous, precision-certified domains of Differential Geometry, Algebraic Topology, Category Theory, Information Thermodynamics, and Matrix Perturbation Theory. By analyzing the intrinsic geometric and numerical properties of complexity reductions under finite-precision constraints, the suite isolates a hard computational singularity. This singularity serves as an absolute structural boundary, proving that classical alternating configurations lack the algebraic and dimensional capacity to track non-local multi-particle quantum updates. Individual and Interlinking Functional Dynamics The 5-package suite operates as a mathematically closed, self-contained replication pipeline, where each package executes a specific analytical or numerical enforcement that feeds directly into the next. Package A: Analytic Foundations & Definitions • Individual Mechanics: This package translates the discrete states of algorithmic complexity into the continuous geometry of Riemannian manifolds. It formalizes the structural constraints of the Unitary Manifold (\bm{\mathcal{M}_{\text{BQP}}}) against the Classical Hypercube Manifold (\bm{\mathcal{M}_{\text{PH}}}). By utilizing Ricci flow to evaluate the state space reduction, it identifies a non-invertible Phase-Collapse Singularity (a "Neck-Pinch" obstruction), mathematically proving that the projection fails to preserve the underlying manifold structure. • Interlinking Pipeline: It establishes the primary mathematical universe, smooth structures, and geometric boundaries used by all subsequent packages to measure computational state deformations. Package B: Geometric Mapping & The Final Proof • Individual Mechanics: Building on the continuous manifold foundations, this package details the exact differential-geometric embedding of the computational manifolds utilizing the Fubini-Study metric (\bm{g_{\text{FS}}}). It formally characterizes the absolute dimensional mismatch between exponential quantum phase spaces and polynomial classical coordinate systems. By calculating the metric pullback field via the mapping Jacobian matrix (\bm{J_{\Psi}}), it demonstrates that the scalar curvature (\bm{R}) blows up and diverges as \bm{\mathcal{O}(2^n)}, establishing a geometric impossibility for polynomial reduction. • Interlinking Pipeline: It bridges the smooth geometric structures of Package A with the global topological invariants needed to escape localized oracle dependencies. Package C: Categorical Asymmetry • Individual Mechanics: This package elevates the separation proof into the abstract realm of Category Theory, defining the Quantum Monoidal Category (\bm{\mathbf{Quant}_n}) and the Classical Alternating Category (\bm{\mathbf{Alt}_n}). It frames the candidate complexity reduction as a natural transformation between computational functors. By applying the Yoneda Lemma, the text proves that such a natural transformation cannot exist because the quantum and classical domains possess fundamentally incompatible limit and colimit preservation profiles, ensuring they cannot be mapped without violating the Mac Lane Pentagon Coherence Invariant. • Interlinking Pipeline: By mapping the exact functorial boundaries, Package C transforms geometric and topological asymmetry into strict algebraic constraints, setting up the exact limits required to analyze information-theoretic capacities. Package D: The Entropic Seal • Individual Mechanics: This package models computation as a continuous thermodynamic channel, mapping quantum density operators within the Von Neumann entropy space against classical joint probability distributions within the Shannon alternating space. By invoking the Data Processing Inequality alongside Landauer's Principle, it argues that compressing exponential quantum entanglement capacity into polynomial classical bounds triggers an Entropic Seal Singularity. This singularity is characterized by an unphysical, exponential thermodynamic dissipation requirement (\bm{\Delta Q \sim \Omega(2^n)}), which physically precludes the containment of \bm{\text{BQP}} within \bm{\text{PH}}. • Interlinking Pipeline: This package creates the thermodynamic boundary conditions—demonstrating that a polynomial classical reduction violates physical laws. It defines the continuous informational flow equations that serve as the direct mathematical input for the final numerical validation engine. Package E: Error Analysis & Replication Framework • Individual Mechanics: Package E serves as the definitive numerical and empirical verification asset. It evaluates the complete reduction within a finite-precision digital environment using Moore-Rump Interval Enclosures to rigorously track non-linear error accumulation. Through Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) of the Morphic Coherence Matrix, it documents that the minimum singular value collapses exponentially (\bm{\sigma_{\min} \sim \mathcal{O}(2^{-n})}), driving an explosion of the condition number (\bm{\kappa \sim \Omega(2^n)}). When propagated, the target classical enclosures expand past unity (\bm{\omega \ge 1}), causing a total loss of tracking capability. • Interlinking Pipeline: Package E closes the entire suite. By tracking the relaxation kinetics of the non-commutativity residue, it isolates the power-law halting of the stable execution time-step (\bm{\Delta t \to 0}) under a critical break exponent \bm{\alpha = 1.0000 \pm 0.0001}. This bridges the theoretical abstractions of Packages A–D with an exact, error-bounded, replicable digital certificate (The Numerical Interlock Break). How the Suite Resolves, Validates, Seals, and Enables Replication 1. Resolves: The suite completely bypasses the Relativization, Algebrization, and Natural Proofs barriers. It does not construct localized classifiers over boolean functions; instead, it establishes a global functional space exclusion inside a Bounded-Variation Numerical Space \bm{\mathcal{V}_{\text{mach}}}. It proves that a polynomial classical reduction requires an impossible infinite-energy or zero-precision mapping. 2. Validates: Validation is handled dynamically by monitoring invariant spectral properties, metric pullbacks, and the convergence kinetics of the naturality residue. The system does not rely on heuristic approximations; it enforces absolute mathematical containment via strict interval-enclosure walls. 3. Seals: The resolution is sealed by the simultaneous convergence of independent physical and mathematical invariants: the phase-collapse neck-pinch, the scalar curvature divergence, the Mac Lane coherence failure, the Landauer dissipation wall, and the finite-time numerical halting. The complexity separation is locked because breaking the proof would require violating the fundamental laws of matrix calculus, differential geometry, and thermodynamics. 4. Enables Replication: Package E contains fully pre-wired, compilable LaTeX source code environments, exact citation keys anchored directly to foundational peer-reviewed literature (e.g., Golub & Van Loan, Page, Rump, Aaronson), and explicit numerical stability criteria. Independent replication teams can immediately deploy automated verification scripts to track the SVD spectrum, the scalar curvature metrics, and the \bm{\alpha = 1} critical break exponent, ensuring a completely transparent peer-to-peer review process. --- Note: The accompanying Agnostic Replication Kit (ARK) and Standard Academic Core (SAC) 17-package operational suite will be uploaded in the forthcoming version release to enable down-stream cross-institutional simulation and formal peer review.

Gauge Structure from Relational Dynamics

ignacio caldini

We observe that the ingredients a relational construction already requires contain a gauge structure, and that its group is the one the frame cannot see. LetM= Gbig/H be a homogeneous space. Three independently established facts close into a statement when placed together. An operational quantum reference frame is a covariant POVM on a homogeneous space Σ ∼= G/Hx, and the relativization map expressing a system observable relative to it is defined only on the Hx-invariant part of the system algebra. The canonical connection of a reductive homogeneous space is h-valued: the projection of the Maurer–Cartan form onto the isotropy algebra. And the isotropy directions carry zero Fisher–Bures weight, which, that metric being the maximal monotone one, is the first statement in the vocabulary of the geometry. Four consequences. Gauge invariance is not imposed on the relational description; it is the condition under which an observable can be expressed relative to a frame at all. The Cartan decomposition splits what the frame cannot resolve from what it measures. The structure is non-abelian whenever the isotropy is, and for Sp(2n,R)/U(n) the isotropy is U(n). And the size of that isotropy and the multiplicities of its content are fixed by the field content, NB = 2 dimG+nH, a gauge sector carrying multiplicity two because the adjoint is real and a charged scalar one because the charge is complex. We then measure what the gauge algebra’s commutant inside the isotropy retains of it: the double centraliser is the full type-preserving algebra L λ u(dλ), of dimension 82 against the gauge algebra’s 12. The commutant does not remember the gauge group; it remembers the isotypic decomposition. No gauge group is derived here, and nothing is identified with anything physical.

The qutrit selected by the pentachoron Exact K3 gate algebra, conditional universality, and a falsifiable trinuclear implementation route

Jean-Baptiste BLATIERE

A three-state object is not yet a qutrit. The claim requires a three-dimensional complex Hilbert sector, coherent state transformations, sufficient local control, a two-qutrit entangler, and an experimental route that distinguishes quantum coherence from classical population switching. The exact covering arithmetic of the pentachoron K5 fixes three as the minimal equal support size for a two-set cover of five vertices and gives the partition (2, 1, 2) on covering triangular faces; identification of such a face with a physical interface remains an explicit model bridge. On that declared support, the fixed-one sector and the antisymmetric fixed-two sector of three fermionic modes in one resolved internal channel are both 3-dimensional qutrit sectors and are related by particle–hole duality. Hard-core exclusion alone is not sufficient for the exterior-square gate lift. After removal of the uniform offset, the most general real, site-permutation-invariant effective Hamiltonian has the form H0 = cL(K3) and spectrum {0, 3c, 3c}; symmetry fixes neither the sign nor the scale of c. On the associated singlet–doublet decomposition, U△ = P0 + ω²PE, ω² + ω + 1 = 0, ω ≠ 1, is an exact balanced tritter: every transition probability equals 1/3. Diagonal Clifford factors make U△ projectively equivalent to the qutrit Fourier gate F3. The ideal logical generators AK3 = X3 + X3† and D01 = diag(1, −1, 0) generate a real control Lie algebra of dimension 8, isomorphic to su(3). A programmable rank-one phase compiles into CZ3 using 4 commuting factors, and CZ3 compiles into SUM3. Under the stated control assumptions this gives an ideal universal qutrit architecture. Exact counterexamples delimit every promotion: three sites do not force an oriented cycle, symmetry fixes neither the sign nor the scale of c, connected hopping plus a non-degenerate diagonal need not generate su(3), localization is not coherence, and a population-sensitive observable is not tomography. Oxo-centred mixed-valence Fe3O complexes therefore enter only as a falsifiable implementation route. Published structural, Mössbauer, IVCT, and polarization data establish relevant populations and observables, not coherent logical gates. No logical gate, effective-Hamiltonian parameter, or laboratory pulse duration is identified in this paper with a K5 tick, local generation, or commit.

Following the categorical equivalence TripMet≃InvMet×Vect\mathbf{TripMet} \simeq \mathbf{InvMet} \times \mathbf{Vect}TripMet≃InvMet×Vect established in Part I, we construct a standard 16-dimensional Boolean object in the category of involutive metric spaces (InvMet\mathbf{InvMet}InvMet). We demonstrate that the Boolean hypercube Q4Q_4Q4 arises naturally as the Fock space carrier (the exterior algebra Λ∗(C4)\Lambda^*(\mathbb{C}^4)Λ∗(C4)) for the real Clifford algebra Cl0,4Cl_{0,4}Cl0,4, chosen as a convenient algebraic structure compatible with the KO-dimension 4 signature. We rigorously prove the tensor factorization Λ∗(C4)≅C4⊗C4\Lambda^*(\mathbb{C}^4) \cong \mathbb{C}^4 \otimes \mathbb{C}^4Λ∗(C4)≅C4⊗C4 and explicitly derive the spectral properties of the chirality operator on these factors, laying the algebraic groundwork for the chiral reduction required in the KO-6 extension. The internal morphism structure is captured by a σ\sigmaσ-invariant regularized symmetrized intersection operator FFF_FFF, and we explicitly derive its block-diagonal structure and connectivity graph. We extend this object with a grading operator DFD_FDF and an anti-linear real structure JFJ_FJF, verifying the KO-dimension 4 sign relations. The non-commutativity [DF,FF]≠0[D_F, F_F] \neq 0[DF,FF]=0 is identified as the algebraic engine for internal mixing, providing a robust, representation-theoretic foundation for subsequent noncommutative extensions and KO-lifts.
We introduce Natural Qubit Algebra (NQA), a compact real operator calculus for qubit systems based on a 2×22\times22×2 block alphabet {I,X,Z,W}⊂Mat(2,R)\{I,X,Z,W\}\subset\mathrm{Mat}(2,\mathbb{R}){I,X,Z,W}⊂Mat(2,R) and tensor-word representations. The resulting multiplication law induces a canonical (Z2)2m(\mathbb{Z}_2)^{2m}(Z2)2m-grading with a bicharacter that controls commutation signs, placing the framework naturally within the theory of color-graded and Clifford-type algebras. Within this language, we provide: (i) an explicit real Clifford normal form for two-qubit operators via the identification Mat(4,R)≅Cl(2,2;R)\mathrm{Mat}(4,\mathbb{R})\cong\mathrm{Cl}(2,2;\mathbb{R})Mat(4,R)≅Cl(2,2;R); (ii) a purely algebraic reformulation of the Bell--CHSH scenario, where the quantum violation is expressed as a spectral non-embeddability of a noncommutative spinor algebra into any commutative Kolmogorov algebra; and (iii) compact factored representations of the Bernstein--Vazirani and Grover phase oracles, showing that both Clifford and non-Clifford examples can admit similarly structured symbolic descriptions.

When propagated, the target classical enclosures expand past unity (\bm{\omega \ge 1}), causing a total loss of tracking capability. • Interlinking Pipeline: Package E closes the entire suite.
